Abstract
一种环保抗菌渔网涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:水性丙烯酸酯80‑90、二羟基丙酮5‑6、已二酸二酰肼3‑4、抗菌添加剂2‑3、荧光颜料5‑8、高岭土6‑10、乳化硅油2‑3、去离子水10‑15。本发明工艺简单,生产成本较低,使用二羟基丙酮、已二酸二酰肼制备交联型水性丙烯酸酯,提高了涂料的耐候性;还加入了抗菌添加剂提高了涂料的抗菌性,同时加入的荧光颜料能起到诱捕鱼类的作用,提高了捕鱼效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种渔网涂料,具体为一种环保抗菌渔网涂料。
背景技术
目前,渔网涂料种类比较单一,一些防污抗菌的涂料主要抗菌成分大部分是化学药剂,在实际使用过程中容易造成环境污染,因此,提供一种环保无污染的抗菌渔网涂料势在必行。
发明内容
为达到以上目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种环保抗菌渔网涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:水性丙烯酸酯80-90、二羟基丙酮5-6、已二酸二酰肼3-4、抗菌添加剂2-3、荧光颜料5-8、高岭土6-10、乳化硅油2-3、去离子水10-15。
所述的抗菌添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄岑10-15、烟草10-20、大青叶5-10、菊花10-18、龙胆草5-10;将以上原料粉碎为粒径为300-400目的粉末,在常温下加入8-10倍的清水浸泡24小时,然后升温至80-90℃蒸煮1-1.5小时,冷却后喷雾干燥得到抗菌添加剂。
所述的荧光颜料为氧化钇、氧化镁、氧化钡中的一种。
一种环保抗菌渔网涂料,由以下制备步骤制得:
(1)将水性丙烯酸酯与二羟基丙酮放入反应釜中,在65-70℃温度下进行预聚反应50-55min;然后再加入已二酸二酰肼在70-75℃温度下进行扩链反应100-110min,制得交联型水性丙烯酸酯;
(2)将制得的交联型水性丙烯酸酯在40-50℃下逐步加入抗菌添加剂、荧光颜料、高岭土、乳化硅油、去离子水,然后混合搅拌均匀即可。
有益效果:本发明加工工艺简单,生产成本较低,使用二羟基丙酮、已二酸二酰肼制备交联型水性丙烯酸酯,提高了涂料的耐候性;还加入了抗菌添加剂提高了涂料的抗菌性,同时加入的荧光颜料能起到诱捕鱼类的作用,提高了捕鱼效率。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种环保抗菌渔网涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:水性丙烯酸酯55、二羟基丙酮5.6、已二酸二酰肼3.4、抗菌添加剂2.3、荧光颜料5.8、高岭土7、乳化硅油2.3、去离子水15。
所述的抗菌添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄岑15、烟草12、大青叶8、菊花15、龙胆草7;将以上原料粉碎为粒径为340目的粉末,在常温下加入9倍的清水浸泡24小时,然后升温至85℃蒸煮1.2小时,冷却后喷雾干燥得到抗菌添加剂。
所述的荧光颜料为氧化钇。
一种环保抗菌渔网涂料,由以下制备步骤制得:
(1)将水性丙烯酸酯与二羟基丙酮放入反应釜中,在66℃温度下进行预聚反应52min;然后再加入已二酸二酰肼在75℃温度下进行扩链反应100min,制得交联型水性丙烯酸酯;
(2)将制得的交联型水性丙烯酸酯在45℃下逐步加入抗菌添加剂、荧光颜料、高岭土、乳化硅油、去离子水,然后混合搅拌均匀即可。
有益效果:本发明使用二羟基丙酮、已二酸二酰肼制备交联型水性丙烯酸酯,提高了涂料的耐候性;还加入了抗菌添加剂提高了涂料的抗菌性,同时加入的荧光颜料能起到诱捕鱼类的作用,提高了捕鱼效率。
Claims (4)
1.一种环保抗菌渔网涂料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:水性丙烯酸酯80-90、二羟基丙酮5-6、已二酸二酰肼3-4、抗菌添加剂2-3、荧光颜料5-8、高岭土6-10、乳化硅油2-3、去离子水10-15。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抗菌渔网涂料,其特征在于所述的抗菌添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄岑10-15、烟草10-20、大青叶5-10、菊花10-18、龙胆草5-10;将以上原料粉碎为粒径为300-400目的粉末,在常温下加入8-10倍的清水浸泡24小时,然后升温至80-90℃蒸煮1-1.5小时,冷却后喷雾干燥得到抗菌添加剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抗菌渔网涂料,其特征在于所述的荧光颜料为氧化钇、氧化镁、氧化钡中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抗菌渔网涂料,其特征在于由以下制备步骤制得:
(1)将水性丙烯酸酯与二羟基丙酮放入反应釜中,在65-70℃温度下进行预聚反应50-55min;然后再加入已二酸二酰肼在70-75℃温度下进行扩链反应100-110min,制得交联型水性丙烯酸酯;
(2)将制得的交联型水性丙烯酸酯在40-50℃下逐步加入抗菌添加剂、荧光颜料、高岭土、乳化硅油、去离子水,然后混合搅拌均匀即可。
