Abstract

本发明涉及蒸饭柜上使用的配件，具体涉及一种蒸饭柜的柜门，柜门包括内胆和外框，内胆扣合在外框内，所述内胆和外框之间设有密封条，内胆和外框对密封条起到挤压作用，内胆、密封条及外框通过拉铆螺母连接在一起，保证密封条安装牢固。本发明柜门采用内胆和外框扣合式结构，可将密封条牢固的固定，防止密封条滑落，使用拉铆螺母固定安装，安装牢固，并且外形美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及蒸饭柜上使用的配件，具体涉及一种蒸饭柜的柜门。
背景技术
蒸饭柜，又称蒸饭车、蒸饭机或蒸饭箱，是指利用电、燃气发热，蒸煮食物的大型厨房烘烤设备，内部采用不锈钢蒸盘作为容器。主体为柜体状，材质为不锈钢。蒸饭柜多用于酒店、部队、学校工厂等大型食堂。
因蒸饭柜在蒸煮食物时需要密封，因此蒸饭柜设有柜门，柜门与柜体连接。柜门密封通常采用密封条密封，密封条一般设置在柜体上，使用时，密封条经常滑落，影响密封效果。
另外，柜门通常与柜体采用合页或轴连接，合页通常转动角度有限，且安装时需要多处孔连接，费时费事，且影响外观。轴连接成本较高，且安装不便。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供一种结构简单，密封效果良好的蒸饭柜的柜门。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种蒸饭柜的柜门，柜门包括内胆和外框，内胆扣合在外框内，所述内胆和外框之间设有密封条，内胆和外框对密封条起到挤压作用，内胆、密封条及外框通过拉铆螺母连接在一起，拉铆螺母穿过外框一侧将三者连接，从而保证密封条以及柜门整体安装牢固。
所述柜门上下两端分别连接有连接装置，所述连接装置包括相互配合的门轴母与门轴芯，门轴母或门轴芯设置在柜门上，所述门轴母为环状，门轴母包括两级台阶孔，所述门轴芯伸入第一级台阶孔内，门轴芯为圆柱体，门轴芯在门轴母内转动，可实现柜门的360°转动。
所述门轴母内设有拉铆螺母，拉铆螺母穿过第二级台阶孔，拉铆螺母将门轴母固定。
常用结构中，所述门轴母通过拉铆螺母固定在柜门上，门轴芯设置在柜体上，柜体上可设置专门的安装部件，将门轴芯固定在安装部件上。
所述密封条选用T型或C型密封条，或者其他类型的密封条。
本发明的优点及有益效果为：
本发明柜门采用内胆和外框扣合式结构，安装方便，并且可将密封条牢固的固定，防止密封条滑落；使用内胆、密封条及外框三者通过拉铆螺母固定连接，安装牢固，并且外形美观；
本发明柜门的转动角度范围大，转动灵活，且安装方便；门轴母使用拉铆螺母固定，安装牢固。

其中，1-柜门，2-柜体，3-连接装置，4-内胆，5-密封条，6-外框，7-拉铆螺母，8-门轴芯，9-门轴母，10-安装支架，11-第一级台阶孔，12-第二级台阶孔。
具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示，一种蒸饭柜的柜门，柜门1包括内胆4和外框6，内胆4及外框6均为长方形，内胆4扣合在外框6内，所述内胆4和外框6之间的空隙内设有密封条5，内胆4、密封条5及外框6通过拉铆螺母7连接在一起。所述密封条5为T型密封条。
如图4、图5所示，柜门1与柜体2连接，所述柜门1上下两端分别连接有连接装置3，所述连接装置3包括相互配合的门轴母9与门轴芯8，门轴母9设置在柜门1上，门轴芯8设置在柜体2的安装支架10上。
所述门轴母9为环状，门轴母9包括两级台阶孔，所述门轴芯8伸入第一级台阶孔11内，门轴芯8为圆柱体，门轴芯8在第一级台阶孔11内转动。门轴母9内设有拉铆螺母7，拉铆螺母7穿过第二级台阶孔12，拉铆螺母7将门轴母9固定在柜门1上。

1.一种蒸饭柜的柜门，其特征是，柜门包括内胆和外框，内胆扣合在外框内，所述内胆和外框之间设有密封条，内胆、密封条及外框通过拉铆螺母连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒸饭柜的柜门，其特征是，柜门上下两端分别连接有连接装置，所述连接装置包括相互配合的门轴母与门轴芯，门轴母或门轴芯设置在柜门上，所述门轴母为环状，门轴母包括两级台阶孔，所述门轴芯伸入第一级台阶孔内，门轴芯为圆柱体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蒸饭柜的柜门，其特征是，所述门轴母内设有拉铆螺母，拉铆螺母穿过第二级台阶孔。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的蒸饭柜的柜门，其特征是，所述门轴母设置在柜门上，门轴芯设置在柜体上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蒸饭柜的柜门，其特征是，所述密封条为T型或C型密封条。
