本发明公开了一种离心式小粒径种子精量播种机及其播种量控制方法,所述播种机包括微耕机动力单元、挂接机构以及排种单元等;所述播种量控制方法包括播种机作业前检测反馈控制器根据设定的播种量(克/亩),确定对应的播量系数等步骤;本发明机械离心式集中排种,排种系统结构简单,排种过程中种子不承受剪切力作用,不易发生破损,堵塞情况。

离心式小粒径种子精量播种机及其播种量控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械中精量播种技术领域,具体属于一种离心式小粒径种子精量播种机及其播种量控制方法。
背景技术
油菜、萝卜、白菜、青菜等油料、蔬菜作物的种子颗粒平均几何粒径在5mm以内,属于小粒径种子农作物范畴,传统种植方法是采用育苗移栽或先人工溜种、撒播后间苗、定苗,工序繁多、劳动强度大、浪费种肥、经济效益不高、生产效率低。机械化精量播种能行株距均匀、节约种子、生产效率高,是现代化农业生产发展的必然趋势。
目前的播种机有大中型联合作业播种机和小微型单功能播种机两种,其中大中型联合作业播种机具通常是以功率四十千瓦以上的四轮拖拉机为配套动力,集成有耕整地、施肥、开沟起垄、精量播种、覆土镇压、封闭除草等多功能模块,可一次完成直播作业多项工序,效率高;先进的大中型播种机通常采用气力式排种技术,以机载风泵提供气源,以气流为载体完成取种、护种、投种,对种子无损伤,播种精度高;但这类机具成本较高,田间作业转弯半径大,适合于平原地区大田块的直播机械化,不适应于丘陵山区地带、小地块、科研试验小区、设施大棚内的机械化播种。
已有的小微型单功能播种机,通常以8Kw以下的手扶式两轮拖拉机为配套动力,采用的窝眼轮式或滚筒孔式排种器,虽然结构简单,但对于粒径小、重量轻、剪切强度低的小粒径种子,易形成种子破碎率,且落种不畅易堵塞窝眼型孔、播种量难以精确控制等问题,技术水平较低。
申请号为“201010595786.8”,专利名为“一种离心集排式油菜精量排种器”的中国发明专利,其依靠离心力实现一器多行排种,结构简单且不伤种,出种均匀,排种器的排量随着转速的增加而增加,转速在135r/min-180r/min之间排种器的排量与内锥筒转速近似成线性关系,通过更换配置不同出种孔结构形式的外锥筒可实现不同作物种子的播种,通过配置不同数量出种管可实现不同行数的播种。播种机在田间作业时,播种量稳定性与排种器排种量、播种机前进速度等密切相关。传统的播种机通过地轮驱动排种器,使排种器排种量与播种机行走速度变化保持一致,从而保证单位面积的播种量稳定;上述离心式排种器工作转速较高,因此常采用直流电机驱动主动式排种。
申请号为“201110267140.1”,专利名为“一种离心集排式油菜籽联合直播机”的中国发明专利,其排种器采用离心集排式排种器,由步进电动机驱动,并通过步进电动机控制器控制步进电动机动力输出轴转速,步进电动机的启动、停止及暂停。但该播种机在作业过程中,排种器的工作转速与播种机的前进速度快慢无关,播种机受操作人员、作业负载、地表状态的影响,前进速度变发生变化,导致田间播种籽粒分布不均匀,最终影响作物生长发育。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足本发明提供了一种离心式小粒径种子精量播种机及其播种量控制方法。
一种离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,包括微耕机动力单元、挂接机构3以及排种单元,所述挂接机构3的一端与微耕机动力单元连接,所述挂接机构3的另一端与排种单元连接,所述挂接机构3的下方设有开沟覆土装置,所述微耕机动力单元上设置有播种量控制单元。
一种离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,其播种量控制方法包括以下步骤:步骤001,播种机作业前检测反馈控制器13根据设定的播种量(克/亩),确定对应的播量系数;步骤002,作业时行走轮7带动转速盘9同步转动,均布的磁钢24依次通过转速传感器8,转速传感器8检测到磁钢24,向检测反馈控制器13发送脉冲信号频率;步骤003,检测反馈控制器13根据脉冲信号频率控制电机15的电枢电压占空比,调节离心式排种器14的转速,从而调节其排种量。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、机械离心式集中排种,排种系统结构简单,排种过程中种子不承受剪切力作用,不易发生破损,堵塞情况;
2、通过对拖拉机的前进速度实时监测,建立反馈信号,控制排种器驱动电机的电枢电压,从而控制排种器的工作转速,实现排种量与播种机前进速度变化相匹配,实现播种量的精确控制;
3、以小微型手扶拖拉机为配套动力,田间作业转弯半径小,操作灵活,适用于丘陵山区、小地块、科研试验小区、设施大棚内作业。

具体实施方案
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做出进一步的说明。
一种离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,包括微耕机动力单元、挂接机构3以及排种单元,所述挂接机构3的一端与微耕机动力单元连接,所述挂接机构3的另一端与排种单元连接,所述挂接机构3的下方设有开沟覆土装置,所述微耕机动力单元上设置有播种量控制单元。所述微耕机动力单元包括电启动柴油机11和减速器25,所述减速器25的输入端与电启动柴油机11的输出端相连,所述减速器25上方固定有蓄电池12,所述减速器25下方对称设置有一对行走轮7。所述排种单元包括离心式排种器14和导种管18,所述离心式排种器14与挂接机构3的一端相连接,所述离心式排种器14下方安装有电机15,所述离心式排种器14外侧均匀分布有多个投种口16,所述投种口16上固定有分流器17,所述分流器17末端与导种管18的一端连接,所述导种管18的另一端与开沟覆土装置连接。所述开沟覆土装置包括开沟器挂接横梁5,所述开沟器挂接横梁5固定于挂接机构3的下方,所述开沟器挂接横梁5上设有多个挂接臂19,所述挂接臂19的一端固定于开沟器挂接横梁5上,所述挂接臂19的另一端固定有导种管固定架22,所述导种管固定架22上安装有覆土板23,所述挂接臂19的末端对称安装有一对开沟圆盘20,所述开沟圆盘20上安装有圆盘刮土板21,所述导种管固定架22上固定有导种管18。所述播量控制单元包括转速传感器8、转速盘9和检测反馈控制器13,所述播量控制单元由蓄电池12提供工作电源,所述转速盘9和转速传感器8均固定于行走轮7的轴上,所述检测反馈控制器13固定于减速器25上,所述检测反馈控制器13用于控制电机15的转速。所述转速盘9的盘面周向均匀设置有多个磁钢24。
所述离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,其播种量控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤001,播种机作业前检测反馈控制器13根据设定的播种量(克/亩),确定对应的播量系数;步骤002,作业时行走轮7带动转速盘9同步转动,均布的磁钢24依次通过转速传感器8,转速传感器8检测到磁钢24,向检测反馈控制器13发送脉冲信号频率;步骤003,检测反馈控制器13根据脉冲信号频率控制电机15的电枢电压占空比,调节离心式排种器14的转速,从而调节其排种量。
所述步骤001中确定对应的播量系数具体包括以下步骤:步骤011,利用离心式排种器14开展播量试验,建立电机15输入电压占空比与播种对象单位时间排种量(克/分钟)的函数;步骤012,根据农艺要求播量(克/亩)、微耕机动力单元的理论作业速度(米/分钟)和播种机作业厢宽(米),确定要求的单位时间排种量(克/分钟);步骤013,确定电机15的占空比;步骤014,根据微耕机动力单元的作业理论速度(米/分钟)、行走轮7大小(米)、转速盘9上均布磁钢24数量,确定播种机作业理论脉冲频率;步骤015,根据排种器电机15占空比和理论脉冲数,确定播种机播量系数;步骤016,重复上述步骤012-步骤015,确定不同播量要求(克/亩)对应的不同播量系数,存储于检测反馈控制器13中。
所述步骤003中电机15占空比控制算法为:占空比=播量系数×脉冲信号频率。
本实施例中,播种作业对象为油菜种子,播种机作业厢面宽为2米、播种行数为6行,农艺要求亩播量在250-450克范围内,微耕机作业理论前进速度35米/秒(2.1千米/小时),亩理论纯播种作业时间约为9.53分钟,行走轮直径为0.5米,转速盘9上均布磁钢24的数量为16,播种机前进速度检测脉冲信号理论脉频率为356.5次/分钟,电机15为12V、150W的直流电机(雨田电机,5D150-12),减速器25减速比为10,采用雨田电机5GU10K,驱动转速范围为0-330转/分钟;通过台架试验确定离心式排种器14的油菜排种量与电机占空比的对应关系如图4所示,根据油菜种植亩播量要求和排种量与电机占空比对应关系,选取占空比在0.10-0.40、排种量q在14-58克/分钟范围区间,建立关系函数,为线性关系:p=0.0069q+0.0058,线性拟合决定系数为0.9976,其反函数,即排种量为:q=144.81p-0.7621。
电机15的占空比控制算法为:占空比=播量系数×脉冲信号频率,实现了排种器工作转速与播种机前进速度关联控制。
当播种量要求为250克/亩时,排种器理想排种量应为26.23克,根据占空比与排种量函数关系,确定排种器占空比应为0.1868,播种机前进速度检测脉冲信号理论脉频率为356.5次/分钟,则播量系数为k=2407×10-4。同理可确定播种量要求为250g-450克/亩范围内某一数值对应的播种量,如播量要求260克/亩,播量系数为5.4438×10-4;播种量要求270克/亩,播量系数为5.6469×10-4……将上述应播量与播量系数存储在控制器中。
播种作业开始前,将种子装入离心式排种器14中,根据农艺要求在控制器上设定好播种量,控制器调用与之对应的播量系数;动力单元的电启动柴油机11输出动力,驱动行走轮7,使播种机前进,同时为蓄电池12充电,保证蓄电池12的电力充足;电机15驱动离心式排种器14,使种子在离心力的作用下由投种口16排出,经过分流装置分流后在重力和惯性力的作用下由导种管18运动到开沟器覆土装置中的双圆盘开出的种沟内,后方的覆土器对种子进行覆土完成播种。
作业过程中,当播种机前进速度为理论速度时,占空比为调用的播量系数×理论脉冲数,即为理论占空比,排种器转速不变,排种量不变,纯播种作业时间不变,播种量为要求播种量;当播种机作业速度加快时,驱动轮转速加快,速度检测盘转动同步增加,播种机前进速度检测脉冲信号频率加快,排种器驱动电机占空比增大、转速增加,排种器转速增加,单位时间排种量增大,但单位时间行走距离上升,播种量仍保持不变;反之当播种机作业速度下降时,排种量减少,但单位时间行走距离下降,排种量仍然保持不变,实现了排种量与播种机前进速度相关联、播种量精量控制的高质量播种。
以播种量为430克/亩进行分析,其播量系数为8.8969×10-4,播种机以不同作业速度前进时,理论亩播种量和台架试验亩播量如图5所示意,由图中计算结果可知,当播种机作业速度在1.88-2.83千米/小时范围内变化时,理论亩播种变化在1%以内,利用排种器试验台模拟田间试验,实际亩播量变化在5%以内,表明该方法实现了排种量与播种机前进速度相关联、播种量精量控制的高质量播种。

Claims (9)

1.一种离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,包括微耕机动力单元、挂接机构(3)以及排种单元,其特征在于:所述挂接机构(3)的一端与微耕机动力单元连接,所述挂接机构(3)的另一端与排种单元连接,所述挂接机构(3)的下方设有开沟覆土装置,所述微耕机动力单元上设置有播种量控制单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,其特征在于:所述微耕机动力单元包括电启动柴油机(11)和减速器(25),所述减速器(25)的输入端与电启动柴油机(11)的输出端相连,所述减速器(25)上方固定有蓄电池(12),所述减速器(25)下方对称设置有一对行走轮(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,其特征在于:所述排种单元包括离心式排种器(14)和导种管(18),所述离心式排种器(14)与挂接机构(3)的一端相连接,所述离心式排种器(14)下方安装有电机(15),所述离心式排种器(14)外侧均匀分布有多个投种口(16),所述投种口(16)上固定有分流器(17),所述分流器(17)末端与导种管(18)的一端连接,所述导种管(18)的另一端与开沟覆土装置连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,其特征在于:所述开沟覆土装置包括开沟器挂接横梁(5),所述开沟器挂接横梁(5)固定于挂接机构(3)的下方,所述开沟器挂接横梁(5)上设有多个挂接臂(19),所述挂接臂(19)的一端固定于开沟器挂接横梁(5)上,所述挂接臂(19)的另一端固定有导种管固定架(22),所述导种管固定架(22)上安装有覆土板(23),所述挂接臂(19)的末端对称安装有一对开沟圆盘(20),所述开沟圆盘(20)上安装有圆盘刮土板(21),所述导种管固定架(22)上固定有导种管(18)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,其特征在于:所述播量控制单元包括转速传感器(8)、转速盘(9)和检测反馈控制器(13),所述转速盘(9)和转速传感器(8)均固定于行走轮(7)的轴上,所述检测反馈控制器(13)固定于减速器(25)上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,其特征在于:所述转速盘(9)的盘面周向均匀设置有多个磁钢(24)。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述离心式小粒径种子精量播种机,其播种量控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤001,播种机作业前检测反馈控制器(13)根据设定的播种量(克/亩),确定对应的播量系数;
步骤002,作业时行走轮(7)带动转速盘(9)同步转动,均布的磁钢(24)依次通过转速传感器(8),转速传感器(8)检测到磁钢(24),向检测反馈控制器(13)发送脉冲信号频率;
步骤003,检测反馈控制器(13)根据脉冲信号频率控制电机(15)的电枢电压占空比,调节离心式排种器(14)的转速,从而调节其排种量。
8.根据权利要求7所述离心式小粒径种子精量播种机的播种量控制方法,所述步骤001中确定对应的播量系数具体包括以下步骤:
步骤011,利用离心式排种器(14)开展播量试验,建立电机(15)输入电压占空比与播种对象单位时间排种量(克/分钟)的函数;
步骤012,根据农艺要求播量(克/亩),微耕机理论作业速度(米/分钟)和播种机作业厢宽(米),确定要求的单位时间排种量(克/分钟);
步骤013,确定电机(15)的占空比;
步骤014,根据微耕机动力单元的作业理论速度(米/分钟)、行走轮(7)大小(米)、转速盘(9)上均布磁钢(24)数量,确定播种机作业理论脉冲频率;
步骤015,根据排种器电机(15)占空比和理论脉冲数,确定播种机播量系数;
步骤016,重复上述步骤012-步骤015,确定不同播量要求(克/亩)对应的不同播量系数,存储于检测反馈控制器(13)中。
