本发明旨在解决医院新生儿科医师在日常工作中手工计算新生儿静脉营养的难题。
背景技术
作为新生儿科医师,几乎每天都要手工计算静脉营养,甚至每天计算很多次,算好以后还要反过来再计算各种成份是否符合标准,非常繁琐,占用医生的大量时间,还担心会出错。到目前为止,尚无更好的解决方案。
发明内容
为解决医院新生儿科医师在日常工作中手工计算新生儿静脉营养的繁琐,本发明为一种计算新生儿静脉营养的速算器,是以Excel表格为载体,可以计算出新生儿的静脉营养常用成份(葡萄糖、小儿复方氨基酸、脂肪乳、10%氯化钠、氯化钾、水溶性维生素、脂溶性维生素、甘油磷酸钠、肝素)的数值,并且既准确又快速,希望它能对新生儿科医师的工作有所帮助。

其中单元格D6、D10、D12、D16、D18、D24、D26、D28、D32为可输入单元格。
单元格D8、B12、B14、G12、I12、D20、D22、N8、N10、N12、N14为可选择单元格,可以在单元格D8内选择输注方式为外周静脉或中心静脉;在单元格B12和B14内选择奶的品种为足月儿奶、早产儿奶、母乳、母乳+母乳强化剂(HMF)、蔼尔舒、纽太特、纽康特、PDF奶;在单元格G12内选择喂奶间隔时间为q1h、q2h、q3h、q4h、q6h;在单元格I12内选择喂奶次数为×2、×4、×6、×8、×10;在单元格D20内选择氨基酸克数为0、1、1.5、2、2.5、3、3.5、4;在单元格D22内选择脂肪乳克数为0、0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5、3;在单元格N8内选择葡萄糖的百分比浓度为25、50;单元格N10内选择葡萄糖的百分比浓度为5、10;在单元格N12和N14内选择有、无。

具体实施方式
首先按照患者实际情况在单元格D6、D10、D12、D16、D18、D24、D26、D28、D32内输入相应的值,然后在单元格D8、B12、B14、G12、I12、D20、D22、N8、N10、N12、N14内选择相应的值,检查单元格W8、W10、W12、W14、W16、W18、W20、W22、W24、W26、W28、W32内的值有无不当,最后把单元格S8、S10、S12、S14、S16、S18、S20、S22、S24、S26、S28、S30内相应的值转抄至医嘱单。

Claims (4)

1.一种计算新生儿静脉营养的速算器,是以Excel表格为载体,可以计算新生儿静脉营养的常用成份(葡萄糖、6%小儿复方氨基酸、20%脂肪乳、10%氯化钠、10%氯化钾、水溶性维生素、脂溶性维生素、甘油磷酸钠、肝素)的数值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的速算器,其中单元格D8、B12、B14、G12、I12、D20、D22、N8、N10、N12、N14为可选择单元格,可以在单元格D8内选择输注方式为外周静脉或中心静脉;在单元格B12和B14内选择奶的品种为足月儿奶、早产儿奶、母乳、母乳+母乳强化剂(HMF)、蔼尔舒、纽太特、纽康特、PDF奶;在单元格G12内选择喂奶间隔时间为q1h、q2h、q3h、q4h、q6h;在单元格I12内选择喂奶次数为×2、×4、×6、×8、×10;在单元格D20内选择氨基酸克数为0、1、1.5、2、2.5、3、3.5、4;在单元格D22内选择脂肪乳克数为0、0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5、3;在单元格N8内选择葡萄糖的百分比浓度为25、50;单元格N10内选择葡萄糖的百分比浓度为5、10;在单元格N12和N14内选择有、无。
