Abstract

本发明涉及一种带扬声器的LED灯,依次包括灯壳体、灯板、灯杯、灯座、灯头和至少一个扬声器;其中,所述灯板安装在所述灯杯的顶面上,且该灯板上设有多个LED,所述扬声器安装在所述灯杯的外侧面,所述灯板所在的顶面和所述扬声器所在的外侧面不在一个平面上。与现有技术相比,本发明改变了现有技术中将LED分布设置在扬声器周围的LED灯的结构,将扬声器设置在灯杯的外侧面,扬声器所在的外侧面与灯板所在的LED发光面不在一个平面上,这样就不会由于扬声器而出现照明暗区,使得照明效果好。

Description

一种带扬声器的LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种带扬声器的LED灯。
背景技术
LED(LightEmittingDiode,发光二极管)是一种能够将电能转化为可见光的固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光。LED灯由于具有节能、环保、可光控、实用性强、稳定性高、响应时间短、长寿命等很多优点,在提倡低碳生活的今天已经广泛应用于各种照明领域。LED照明是高效绿色照明的发展趋势,其特有的电源和控制方式使其很容易整合一些智能控制和多媒体功能。
当前市场上已经有一些带扬声器的LED灯,其产品一般是将扬声器设置在发光面的中心位置,将LED分布设置在扬声器的周围,形成绕扬声器四周的环形LED带,由于发光面中间的扬声器的设置,这种带扬声器的LED灯在照明时中间会存在黑暗区,影响照明效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带扬声器的LED灯,以解决现有带扬声器的LED灯存在黑暗区影响照明效果的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种带扬声器的LED灯,依次包括灯壳体、灯板、灯杯、灯座、灯头和至少一个扬声器;其中,所述灯板安装在所述灯杯的顶面上,且该灯板上设有多个LED,所述扬声器安装在所述灯杯的外侧面,所述灯板所在的顶面和所述扬声器所在的外侧面不在一个平面上。
本发明改变了现有技术中将LED分布设置在扬声器周围的LED灯的结构,将扬声器设置在灯杯的外侧面,扬声器所在的外侧面与灯板所在的LED发光面不在一个平面上,这样就不会由于扬声器而出现照明暗区,使得照明效果好。
较佳地,所述扬声器通过扬声器固定板固定在所述灯杯上,在扬声器固定板和扬声器之间设有扬声器密封衬垫。
提高扬声器固定板与扬声器之间的密封性能和牢固性。
较佳地,在所述灯杯上方安装有支架,所述灯壳体通过连接件固定在所述支架上,固定在支架上的灯壳体形成一个包容所述灯杯的腔体,该腔体下方具有开口。
所述的支架保护和支撑了灯杯和灯壳体之间的结构。
较佳地,在所述灯杯的下部设有灯座,灯座的下部与灯头连接,灯座的上部开口与所述腔体下方开口相匹配。
较佳的,所述灯壳体包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体通过卡扣与所述第二壳体固定连接形成所述包容灯杯的腔体;其中所述第一壳体为一透明灯罩,该透明灯罩位于所述支架正上方,且所述支架中心有一与所述灯板匹配的孔,所述设在灯板上的多个LED通过所述孔和透明灯罩进行照明;所述第二壳体全部为网状结构或至少覆盖在所述扬声器表面的部分为网状结构。
灯壳体包括通过卡扣连接的第一壳体和第二壳体,其结构简单,易拆装。
较佳地,所述第二壳体为一体成型的环形结构。
较佳地,所述第二壳体为分片式结构,第二壳体的多个分片分别固定在所述支架上之后形成环形结构。
本发明采用了上述技术方案的有益效果在于:
本发明提供一种照明效果好的带扬声器的LED灯。本发明改变了现有技术中将LED分布设置在扬声器周围的LED灯的结构,将扬声器设置在灯杯的外侧面,扬声器所在的外侧面与灯板所在的LED发光面不在一个平面上,这样就不会由于扬声器而出现照明暗区,使得照明效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
图1示出了根据本发明一个实施例的一种带扬声器的LED灯的外观示意图,图2示出了根据本发明一个实施例的一种带扬声器的LED灯的结构爆炸图。如图1和图2所示,根据本发明一个实施例的一种带扬声器的LED灯依次包括灯壳体8、灯板2、灯杯1、灯座9、灯头10和至少一个扬声器3,如图1和图2所示,本实施例中以两个扬声器为例来说明根据本发明一个实施例的一种带扬声器的LED灯。
具体地说,灯板2安装在灯杯1的顶面4上,且该灯板2上设有多个LED5,两个扬声器3分别安装在灯杯1的外侧面上,灯板2所在的顶面4和两个扬声器3所在的外侧面不在一个平面上;所述扬声器3通过扬声器固定板6固定在灯杯1上,在扬声器3和扬声器固定板6中间设置扬声器密封衬垫13。
进一步地,根据本发明一个实施例的一种带扬声器的LED灯还包括支架7和灯壳体8。其中,在所述灯杯1上方安装有支架7,所述灯壳体8通过连接件固定在所述支架7上,固定在支架7上的灯壳体8形成一个包容所述灯杯1的腔体,该腔体下方具有开口,在所述灯杯1的下部设有灯座9,灯座9的下部与灯头10连接,灯座9的上部开口与所述腔体下方开口相匹配。
根据本发明一个实施例的一种带扬声器的LED灯,在灯杯2的底部设有灯杯密封衬垫10。
具体地,灯壳体8包括第一壳体81和第二壳体82,第一壳体81通过连接件与第二壳体82连接形成上述包容灯杯1的腔体,所述连接件为卡扣。其中,第一壳体81为一透明灯罩,该透明灯罩位于支架7的正上方,且支架7中心有一与灯板2匹配的孔12,设在灯板2上的多个LED5通过孔12和透明灯罩进行照明;第二壳体82全部为网状结构覆盖在扬声器3表面的部分第二壳体为网状结构,第二壳体82为分片式结构,第二壳体82的多个分片分别固定在支架7上之后形成环形结构。
本发明将扬声器设置在灯杯的外侧面,与灯板所在的发光面不在一个平面上,不会由于扬声器的设置而出现照明暗区,照明效果好。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。系统权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第一,第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。

Claims (7)

1.一种带扬声器的LED灯,其特征在于:依次包括灯壳体、灯板、灯杯、灯座、灯头和至少一个扬声器;其中,所述灯板安装在所述灯杯的顶面上,且该灯板上设有多个LED,所述扬声器安装在所述灯杯的外侧面,所述灯板所在的顶面和所述扬声器所在的外侧面不在一个平面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述扬声器通过扬声器固定板固定在所述灯杯上,在扬声器固定板和扬声器之间设有扬声器密封衬垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:在所述灯杯上方安装有支架,所述灯壳体通过连接件固定在所述支架上,固定在支架上的灯壳体形成一个包容所述灯杯的腔体,该腔体下方具有开口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯,其特征在于:在所述灯杯的下部设有灯座,灯座的下部与灯头连接,灯座的上部开口与所述腔体下方开口相匹配。
5.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳体包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体通过卡扣与所述第二壳体固定连接形成所述包容灯杯的腔体;其中所述第一壳体为一透明灯罩,该透明灯罩位于所述支架正上方,且所述支架中心有一与所述灯板匹配的孔,所述设在灯板上的多个LED通过所述孔和透明灯罩进行照明;所述第二壳体全部为网状结构或至少覆盖在所述扬声器表面的部分为网状结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述第二壳体为一体成型的环形结构。
7.根据权利要求5所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述第二壳体为分片式结构,第二壳体的多个分片分别固定在所述支架上之后形成环形结构。
