Abstract

本发明涉及热气机的结构,具体是一种热气机工质密封系统。该系统包括内部封闭有高压工质气体G的缸体,以及与缸体密封配合并往复移动对外作功的活塞,所述活塞在其长度方向上具有至少两段分别与缸体滑动密封配合的密封段,两段密封段之间构成一个过油腔,过油腔所在的缸体上开有进油口和出油口;进油口经过油泵连接供油系统,出油口连接一个用来控制油压的溢流装置。本发明能够提高热气机的工质密封性能,减少工质泄漏。

技术领域
本发明涉热气机的结构,具体是一种热气机工质密封系统。
背景技术
传统热气机(斯特林发电机)是将高压工质气体密封在一个具有加热端膨胀腔和冷却端压缩腔的配气缸体内,膨胀腔和压缩腔之间设置可往复移动的配气活塞并通过回热器连通,压缩腔再通过管道与动力气缸的封闭端连通。通过在加热端加热缸内工质气体,在冷却端冷却缸内工质气体,再利用配气活塞和动力活塞与外部曲轴按照要求的相位差进行连接,从而可实现连续对外做功。这种结构中,往复移动的动力活塞及配气活塞杆与动力气缸及配气气缸的缸体通过通过环形的密封圈进行密封,密封效果不易保证,特别是内部工质气体压力较大时,难以避免工质气体的泄漏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够提高热气机的工质密封性能,减少工质泄漏的热气机工质密封系统。
本发明的热气机工质密封系统,包括内部封闭有高压工质气体G的缸体,以及与缸体密封配合并往复移动对外作功的活塞,所述活塞在其长度方向上具有至少两段分别与缸体滑动密封配合的密封段,两段密封段之间构成一个过油腔,过油腔所在的缸体上开有进油口和出油口;进油口经过油泵连接供油系统,出油口连接一个用来控制油压的溢流装置。
所述溢流装置包括有一个溢流缸体,溢流缸体中部设置有与溢流缸体滑动密封的平衡活塞,平衡活塞一侧是与缸体内高压工质气体相通的气腔,平衡活塞另一侧是与过油腔相通的油腔,在油腔所在的溢流缸体上设置有溢流口,所述平衡活塞的移动能够改变溢流口溢流通道的大小,进而改变油腔内油压大小。
所述缸体为热气机的动力气缸,所述活塞为热气机的动力活塞。
所述缸体为热气机配气活塞杆的密封导向缸体,所述活塞是连接在配气活塞杆上并与密封导向缸体密封滑动配合的密封活塞。
所述活塞上靠近高压工质一侧的密封段上具有多个与缸体内壁密封滑动配合的密封圈,其中至少一个密封圈是截面形状为“V形”的V型密封圈,其V形的开口朝向高压工质一侧。
本发明通过在活塞中设置过流腔结构,使系统工作过程中能够利用油压对内部工质气体作用在密封段上的压力进行补偿,平衡了密封段内、外侧的压力,避免了密封部分的泄漏,提高了密封性能;此外,特殊的溢流装置结构,使过流腔压力能够随着工质压力的变化而变化,进一步优化的压力补偿的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例的热气机工质密封系统,包括内部封闭有高压工质气体G的缸体1,以及与缸体密封配合并往复移动对外作功的活塞2,活塞2在其长度方向上具有至少两段分别与缸体1滑动密封配合的密封段21,两段密封段之间构成一个过油腔22,过油腔所在的缸体上开有进油口和出油口;进油口经过油泵3连接供油系统,出油口连接一个用来控制油压的溢流装置4。
溢流装置4包括有一个溢流缸体41,溢流缸体中部设置有与溢流缸体滑动密封的平衡活塞42,平衡活塞一侧是与缸体内高压工质气体相通的气腔43,平衡活塞另一侧是与过油腔相通的油腔44,在油腔所在的溢流缸体上设置有溢流口45,所述平衡活塞42的移动能够改变溢流口溢流通道的大小,进而改变油腔内油压大小。
所述活塞2上靠近高压工质一侧的密封段21上具有两个与缸体内壁密封滑动配合的密封圈23,其中远离高压工质的一个密封圈是截面形状为“V形”的V型密封圈,其V形的开口朝向高压工质一侧。
缸体1可以为热气机的动力气缸,此时活塞2为热气机的动力活塞。缸体1也可以为热气机配气活塞杆的密封导向缸体,此时活塞2是连接在配气活塞杆上并与密封导向缸体密封滑动配合的密封活塞。类似的结构还可以设置在不同形式热气机中各类缸体和活塞的密封结构中。

Claims (5)

1.一种热气机工质密封系统,包括内部封闭有高压工质气体G的缸体(1),以及与缸体密封配合并往复移动对外作功的活塞(2),其特征是:所述活塞(2)在其长度方向上具有至少两段分别与缸体(1)滑动密封配合的密封段(21),两段密封段之间构成一个过油腔(22),过油腔所在的缸体上开有进油口和出油口;进油口经过油泵(3)连接供油系统,出油口连接一个用来控制油压的溢流装置(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热气机工质密封系统,其特征是:所述溢流装置(4)包括有一个溢流缸体(41),溢流缸体中部设置有与溢流缸体滑动密封的平衡活塞(42),平衡活塞一侧是与缸体内高压工质气体相通的气腔(43),平衡活塞另一侧是与过油腔相通的油腔(44),在油腔所在的溢流缸体上设置有溢流口(45),所述平衡活塞(42)的移动能够改变溢流口溢流通道的大小,进而改变油腔内油压大小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热气机工质密封系统,其特征是:所述缸体(1)为热气机的动力气缸,所述活塞(2)为热气机的动力活塞。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热气机工质密封系统,其特征是:所述缸体(1)为热气机配气活塞杆的密封导向缸体,所述活塞(2)是连接在配气活塞杆上并与密封导向缸体密封滑动配合的密封活塞。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热气机工质密封系统,其特征是:所述活塞(2)上靠近高压工质一侧的密封段(21)上具有多个与缸体内壁密封滑动配合的密封圈(23),其中至少一个密封圈是截面形状为“V形”的V型密封圈,其V形的开口朝向高压工质一侧。
