本发明公开一种隔音陶瓷砖，包括泡沫陶瓷层、陶瓷基层、蜂窝板层和纤维水泥层，所述泡沫陶瓷层设在陶瓷基层上，所述泡沫陶瓷层与陶瓷基层一体成型设置，所述蜂窝板层设在陶瓷基层下方，所述蜂窝板层内设置有限位销，所述蜂窝板层通过限位销与陶瓷基层卡持连接，所述纤维水泥层设在蜂窝板层下方，所述纤维水泥层外侧设置有聚四氟乙烯护套，所述聚四氟乙烯护套呈U型设置，该隔音陶瓷砖隔音效果好，同时具有良好的抗腐蚀性能，结构强度高。

技术领域
一种隔音陶瓷砖。
背景技术
陶瓷砖按吸水率可分为五大类，即瓷质砖、炻瓷砖、细炻砖、炻质砖、陶质砖。吸水率大于10%的称陶瓷砖，市场上一般称内墙砖，广泛用于居民住宅、宾馆饭店、公共场所等建筑物的墙面装饰，是室内装修的主要产品。吸水率小于0.5%的称瓷质砖，也就是通常所说的玻化砖，用于铺地的大多经过表面抛光处理的，因此又叫抛光砖。广泛用于各类建筑物的地面装饰，也是室内装修的主要产品。吸水率在0.5%～10%之间的陶瓷砖一部分用于外墙修饰，一部分主要用于室内地面的装饰，多用于卫生间，与内墙砖配套使用。陶瓷砖是由粘土和其他无机非金属原料，经成型、烧结等工艺生产的板状或块状陶瓷制品，用于装饰与保护建筑物、构筑物的墙面和地面。通常在室温下通过干压、挤压或其他成型方法成型，然后干燥，在一定温度下烧成。
目前现有的陶瓷地砖隔音效果较差，结构强度不高，长时间使用后容易被腐蚀，造成结构出现破损。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔音效果好，同时具有良好的抗腐蚀性能，结构强度高的隔音陶瓷砖。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种隔音陶瓷砖，包括泡沫陶瓷层、陶瓷基层、蜂窝板层和纤维水泥层，所述泡沫陶瓷层设在陶瓷基层上，所述泡沫陶瓷层与陶瓷基层一体成型设置，所述蜂窝板层设在陶瓷基层下方，所述蜂窝板层内设置有限位销，所述蜂窝板层通过限位销与陶瓷基层卡持连接，所述纤维水泥层设在蜂窝板层下方，所述纤维水泥层外侧设置有聚四氟乙烯护套，所述聚四氟乙烯护套呈U型设置。
作为优选，所述限位销设有一根以上。
作为优选，所述限位销呈等距分布。
作为优选，所述聚四氟乙烯护套与泡沫陶瓷层胶合连接。
作为优选，所述聚四氟乙烯护套长度和宽度均与泡沫陶瓷层相等。
本发明的有益效果为：设置的泡沫陶瓷层、蜂窝板层和纤维水泥层具有良好的隔音效果，泡沫陶瓷层能够保持结构强度高；设置的聚四氟乙烯护套抗腐蚀效果好，保持结构使用寿命长；设置的限位销保持结构紧凑，稳定性高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种隔音陶瓷砖，包括泡沫陶瓷层1、陶瓷基层2、蜂窝板层3和纤维水泥层4，所述泡沫陶瓷层1设在陶瓷基层2上，所述泡沫陶瓷层1与陶瓷基层2一体成型设置，所述蜂窝板层3设在陶瓷基层2下方，所述蜂窝板层3内设置有限位销5，所述蜂窝板层3通过限位销5与陶瓷基层2卡持连接，所述纤维水泥层4设在蜂窝板层3下方，所述纤维水泥层4外侧设置有聚四氟乙烯护套6，所述聚四氟乙烯护套6呈U型设置。
所述限位销5设有一根以上，限位销5保持蜂窝板层3位置稳定。
所述限位销5呈等距分布。
所述聚四氟乙烯护套6与泡沫陶瓷层1胶合连接，保持聚四氟乙烯护套6安装牢固。
所述聚四氟乙烯护套6长度和宽度均与泡沫陶瓷1层相等，保持结构紧凑。
本发明的有益效果为：设置的泡沫陶瓷层、蜂窝板层和纤维水泥层具有良好的隔音效果，泡沫陶瓷层能够保持结构强度高；设置的聚四氟乙烯护套抗腐蚀效果好，保持结构使用寿命长；设置的限位销保持结构紧凑，稳定性高。

1.一种隔音陶瓷砖，其特征在于：包括泡沫陶瓷层、陶瓷基层、蜂窝板层和纤维水泥层，所述泡沫陶瓷层设在陶瓷基层上，所述泡沫陶瓷层与陶瓷基层一体成型设置，所述蜂窝板层设在陶瓷基层下方，所述蜂窝板层内设置有限位销，所述蜂窝板层通过限位销与陶瓷基层卡持连接，所述纤维水泥层设在蜂窝板层下方，所述纤维水泥层外侧设置有聚四氟乙烯护套，所述聚四氟乙烯护套呈U型设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔音陶瓷砖，其特征在于：所述限位销设有一根以上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的隔音陶瓷砖，其特征在于：所述限位销呈等距分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的隔音陶瓷砖，其特征在于：所述聚四氟乙烯护套与泡沫陶瓷层胶合连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的隔音陶瓷砖，其特征在于：所述聚四氟乙烯护套长度和宽度均与泡沫陶瓷层相等。
