本发明的药物组合物具有益气活血、化瘀通络、祛风化痰、清热熄风的功效，用于治疗脑中风所致半身不遂、肢体麻木、言语不清、口眼歪斜等症，无毒副作用，治疗效果显著。

下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是，本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。除非另有说明，否则本发明中的百分数是重量百分数。
实施例1
称取当归35克、川芎35克、红花35克、桃仁35克、牛黄35克、水牛角35克、麝香15克、珍珠粉25克、雄黄35克、朱砂35克、黄连35克、黄芩35克、栀子35克、郁金35克、冰片12克、蜈蚣35克、赤芍35克、全虫25克、水蛭25克、陈皮35克、茯苓35克、桑寄生50克、杜仲50克、清半夏35克、威灵仙50克、夏枯草50克、怀牛膝55克、鸡血藤35克、甘草12克、黄芪55克和党参35克，粉碎，过100目筛，即得。
实施例2
化合物具有下列结构式：
试验例对小鼠凝血时间的影响
取昆明种小鼠50只，体重(18±2)g，雌雄各半，随机分为5组，每组10只。生理盐水阴性对照组，阳性药(脑心通胶囊组，0.3g/粒，成阳步长制药有限公司生产)组、给药组1、给药组2和给药组3。各组给药量如下：生理盐水阴性对照组，给予生理盐水灌胃1mL/1000g体重；阳性药组，脑心通胶囊内容物10g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组1，实施例1的粉末10g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组2，0.02g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组3，实施例1的粉末5g和0.01g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重。以上均每日1次，连续给药7d。末次给药后60min，取血测定凝血时间，方法如下：用毛细玻璃管将小鼠做眼眶内眦取血，迅速滴血于载玻片上，血滴直径5-10mm，立即开始计时，此后每隔30s用干燥洁净针头挑动血液1次至针头能挑起纤维蛋白为止，即为凝血时间。结果见下表：
和生理盐水阴性对照组比较，*P＜0.05
与生理盐水阴性对照组比较，各治疗组的凝血时间都显著延长，这说明本发明药物均具有延长凝血时间的功效。而中风的一大病因就是血栓形成，因此有望开发成新的治疗药物。

1.一种治疗脑中风及中风后遗症的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：当归30-40份、川芎30-40份、红花30-40份、桃仁3040份、牛黄30-40份、水牛角30-40份、麝香10-20份、珍珠粉20-30份、雄黄30-40份、朱砂30-40份、黄连30-40份、黄芩30-40份、栀子30-40份、郁金30-40份、冰片10-15份、蜈蚣30-40份、赤芍30-40份、全虫20-30份、水蛭20-30份、陈皮30-40份、茯苓30-40份、桑寄生45-55份、杜仲45-55份、清半夏30-40份、威灵仙45-55份、夏枯草45-55份、怀牛膝50-60份、鸡血藤30-40份、甘草10-15份、黄芪50-60份和党参30-40份。
