Abstract

本发明公开了一种控油去屑的头发护理组合物，其包括A组分和B组分，其中，A组分由月桂醇醚硫酸镁、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱、APG、EDTA‑Na2、聚季铵盐‑55、和水组成；B组分由扁柏酚、甘宝素、马尾草萃取物、牛蒡萃取物、柠檬酸、氯化铵、香精、防腐剂组成。本发明的控油去屑的头发护理组合物含有天然表面活性成分和天然营养调理成分，使用时能够减少对人体头皮的刺激性，并能深度清洁头发，起到滋养、杀菌、控油、去屑、止痒的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于人体保洁用品技术领域，具体涉及一种控油去屑的头发护理组合物。
背景技术
日常生活中，日晒、风沙、灰尘都造成头发变脏、干枯、粗糙。而且头皮死皮细胞的脱落所形成的头皮屑也会给我们带来极大的困扰。洗发水对头发具有很好的清洗效果，是日常生活中不可缺少的日用品。
目前，市场上的洗发用品种类繁多，功效各异，但大部分的洗发水或多或少含有对人体有害的化学成分。研发一种同时具有控油去屑、营养保健功能的洗发水具有极好的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种控油去屑的头发护理组合物。
本发明所采取的技术方案是：
一种控油去屑的头发护理组合物，其包括A组分和B组分，其中，A组分由月桂醇醚硫酸镁、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱、APG、EDTA-Na2、聚季铵盐-55、和水组成；B组分由扁柏酚、甘宝素、马尾草萃取物、牛蒡萃取物、柠檬酸、氯化铵、香精、防腐剂组成。
作为优选的，所述组合物的组成包括：月桂醇醚硫酸镁35-45份、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱4-8份、APG 2-4份、EDTA-Na2 0.1-0.5份、聚季铵盐-55 2-4份、扁柏酚0.1-0.5份、甘宝素0.1-0.5份、马尾草萃取物1-5份、牛蒡萃取物4-8份、柠檬酸适量、氯化铵适量、香精适量、防腐剂适量、水补至100份。
进一步优选的，所述组合物的组成包括：月桂醇醚硫酸镁40份、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱6份、APG 3份、EDTA-Na2 0.1份、聚季铵盐-55 3份、扁柏酚0.3份、甘宝素0.3份、马尾草萃取物3份、牛蒡萃取物5份、柠檬酸适量、氯化铵适量、香精适量、防腐剂适量、水补至100份。
进一步优选的，所述控油去屑的头发护理组合物中还含有浮萍萃取物1-2份。
将以上所述的控油去屑的头发护理组合物制备成洗发水，包括如下步骤：
（1）首先将EDTA-Na2加入去离子水中，搅拌至溶解；
（2）将体系升温至60℃左右，依次加入A组分其他成分，搅拌至溶解；
（3）体系降至40℃，用柠檬酸调pH小于7，加入B组分其他成分，搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的控油去屑的头发护理组合物含有天然表面活性成分和天然营养调理成分，使用时能够减少对人体头皮的刺激性，并能深度清洁头发，起到滋养、杀菌、控油、去屑、止痒的效果。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明，但并不局限于此。
实施例 1
一种控油去屑的头发护理组合物，包括A组分和B组分，其中，A组分由：月桂醇醚硫酸镁40份、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱6份、APG 3份、EDTA-Na2 0.1份、聚季铵盐-55 3份组成；B组分由：扁柏酚0.3份、甘宝素0.3份、马尾草萃取物3份、牛蒡萃取物5份、柠檬酸适量、氯化铵适量、香精适量、防腐剂适量组成，水补至100份。
实施例 2
一种控油去屑的头发护理组合物，包括A组分和B组分，其中，A组分由：月桂醇醚硫酸镁35份、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱4份、APG 4份、EDTA-Na2 0.2份、聚季铵盐-55 4份组成；B组分由：扁柏酚0.1份、甘宝素0.5份、马尾草萃取物5份、牛蒡萃取物4份、柠檬酸适量、氯化铵适量、香精适量、防腐剂适量组成，水补至100份。
实施例 3
一种控油去屑的头发护理组合物，包括A组分和B组分，其中，A组分由：月桂醇醚硫酸镁40份、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱6份、APG 3份、EDTA-Na2 0.1份、聚季铵盐-55 3份组成；B组分由：扁柏酚0.3份、甘宝素0.3份、浮萍萃取物2份、马尾草萃取物3份、牛蒡萃取物5份、柠檬酸适量、氯化铵适量、香精适量、防腐剂适量组成，水补至100份。
实施例 4
一种控油去屑的头发护理组合物，包括A组分和B组分，其中，A组分由：月桂醇醚硫酸镁35份、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱8份、APG 2份、EDTA-Na2 0.3份、聚季铵盐-55 2份组成；B组分由：扁柏酚0.2份、甘宝素0.2份、浮萍萃取物1份、马尾草萃取物1份、牛蒡萃取物6份、柠檬酸适量、氯化铵适量、香精适量、防腐剂适量组成，水补至100份。
实施例 5
将实施例1-4的控油去屑的头发护理组合物制备成洗发水，包括如下步骤：
（1）首先将EDTA-Na2加入去离子水中，搅拌至溶解；
（2）将体系升温至60℃左右，依次加入A组分其他成分，搅拌至溶解；
（3）体系降至40℃，用柠檬酸调pH小于7，加入B组分其他成分，搅拌均匀即可。
控油去屑止痒效果测试：
筛选志愿者80名，均有头皮出油、头痒、头屑多的症状，随机分成4组，分别试用实施例1-4的控油去屑洗发水，坚持试用1个月后，根据志愿者的自述评价洗发水的效果。见表1。
评价标准分为：
（1）效果显著：头皮出油、头痒、头屑多的症状得到明显的改善；
（2）有效：头皮出油、头痒、头屑多的症状稍微减少；
（3）无效：试用前后无变化。

以上试用结果表明，本发明的洗发水具有良好的控油、去屑、止痒的效果。且根据95%以上的志愿者反应，使用本发明的洗发水一个月后，头发的梳理性、拉伸力强度均得到明显的改善。

Claims (6)

1.一种控油去屑的头发护理组合物，其包括A组分和B组分，其中，A组分由月桂醇醚硫酸镁、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱、APG、EDTA-Na2、聚季铵盐-55、和水组成；B组分由扁柏酚、甘宝素、马尾草萃取物、牛蒡萃取物、柠檬酸、氯化铵、香精、防腐剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控油去屑的头发护理组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物的组成包括：月桂醇醚硫酸镁35-45份、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱4-8份、APG 2-4份、EDTA-Na20.1-0.5份、聚季铵盐-55 2-4份、扁柏酚0.1-0.5份、甘宝素0.1-0.5份、马尾草萃取物1-5份、牛蒡萃取物4-8份、柠檬酸适量、氯化铵适量、香精适量、防腐剂适量、水补至100份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的控油去屑的头发护理组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物的组成包括：月桂醇醚硫酸镁40份、椰油基二甲基甜菜碱6份、APG 3份、EDTA-Na20.1份、聚季铵盐-55 3份、扁柏酚0.3份、甘宝素0.3份、马尾草萃取物3份、牛蒡萃取物5份、柠檬酸适量、氯化铵适量、香精适量、防腐剂适量、水补至100份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的控油去屑的头发护理组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物中还含有浮萍萃取物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的控油去屑的头发护理组合物，其特征在于，所述浮萍萃取物的含量为1-2份。
6.将权利要求1-5任一项所述的控油去屑的头发护理组合物制备成洗发水，包括如下步骤：
（1）首先将EDTA-Na2加入去离子水中，搅拌至溶解；
（2）将体系升温至60℃左右，依次加入A组分其他成分，搅拌至溶解；
（3）体系降至40℃，用柠檬酸调pH小于7，加入B组分其他成分，搅拌均匀即可。
