发明内容
本发明的目的是通过对引起脚癣的四种真菌进行实验室研究和对脚癣、脚臭、脚汗患者的临床研究而研制一种抗真菌除臭的药物鞋垫，可以有效防治脚癣、脚臭和脚汗，避免细菌的继发性感染。
本发明采用的技术方案为一种抗真菌除臭鞋垫，包括上层和下层，在两层之间有中药层，所述中药层包括如下重量份的组分：
党参 5~15份；
茯苓 2~5份；
黄芪 1~5份；
五味子 2~5份；
川乌 6~15份；
决明子 2~12份；
葛根 3~8份；
茶干粉 5~20份；
丁香 2~5份；
桂枝 2~5份；
黄芩苷 1~3份；
当归 2~10份。

（1）本发明的基本构思是，通过在易于通透的棉布鞋垫内加入杀灭真菌、收敛和抑制汗腺分泌的无毒、无副作用的中药，药物可缓慢而持久地透过多孔的鞋垫外层和袜子而作用于足部，可以杀灭或抑制真菌生长和繁殖，收敛止汗和吸汗的药物可防止在多汗的情况下组织浸软、疏松而利于真菌和细菌的侵袭和繁殖，并降低在潮湿环境中脱落皮屑的分解进而起到抗脚癣、敛汗、除臭的作用；
（2）本发明通过在鞋垫表面涂覆远红外陶瓷粉，远红外陶瓷粉能放射出8～15μm波长的远红外线，尤其当它与人体接触之后，在人体体温的作用下它能更好地被人体共振吸收，从内部深层进行热传导，使脚部发热保暖；利用远红外线的高效浸透力和辐射率，促进人体脚部的微循环和新陈代谢，活化脚部细胞，进一步增强了中药鞋垫的抗菌除臭功能；且下层选用硅胶层，可以保证鞋垫在鞋内不会滑动变形，行走中可以放心使用。

作为本发明进一步改进，所述上层设置有按摩突起，所述按摩突起之间设置有贯穿所述上层的透气孔。
本发明根据我国中医学的“足部反射区健康疗法”、“上病下治”和“内病外治”等基本理论，选取纯天然的中草药为原料、遵循“君臣佐使”的用药原则，经科学配伍研制而成一种抗真菌除臭鞋垫。将传统中药与现代工艺紧密结合，具有制备方法简单、药物配伍合理、药效时间长、疗效显著、成本较低、无任何毒副反应等优点。该鞋垫通过药物协同作用，改善足底血液循环，具有清热、解毒、抗菌、消炎、活血、止痛、吸汗、除臭、刺激按摩足底反射区的作用，不仅能够消除疲劳，调理脏腑功能，还具有预防脚气和保健按摩的作用，满足了人们利用鞋垫进行治疗和保健的双重需求。
一种抗真菌除臭鞋垫的制备方法，包括如下步骤：将所述重量份的各原料干燥后，粉碎至80~100目，混合均匀，装入由透气材料制成的袋体中即制备得到所述中药层，将所述中药层材均匀平铺，压实后粘结或缝接在所述上层和所述下层之间。

测试方法
对上述实施例得到的鞋垫进行测试，测试方法如下：
抗菌性能：按照日本工业标准JIS Z2801进行测定。
抗菌稳定性：将所制样品浸泡在80℃的水中，一周后，测试其抗菌活性值的损失量，其计算方法为：活性值损失量=（测试前大肠杆菌抗菌活性值-测试后大肠杆菌抗菌活性值）/测试前大肠杆菌抗菌活性值。
测试结果见表2。

尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上，但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用，它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域，对于熟悉本领域的人员而言，可容易地实现另外的修改，因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下，本发明并不限于特定的细节。

Claims (1)

1.一种抗真菌除臭鞋垫，包括上层和下层，在两层之间有中药层，其特征在于，所述中药层包括如下重量份的组分：
党参 5~15份；
茯苓 2~5份；
黄芪 1~5份；
五味子 2~5份；
川乌 6~15份；
决明子 2~12份；
葛根 3~8份；
茶干粉 5~20份；
丁香 2~5份；
桂枝 2~5份；
黄芩苷 1~3份；
当归 2~10份；
所述上层为透气材料，下层为硅胶材料；
所述中药层外包裹有透气材料，所述中药层分别与所述上层和下层粘接或缝接；
所述透气材料为棉布、无纺布或竹碳纤维；
所述上层涂有以橡胶为基质含有10~20%远红外陶瓷粉的胶状物；
所述上层设置有按摩突起，所述按摩突起之间设置有贯穿所述上层的透气孔；
所述的抗真菌除臭鞋垫通过下述的制备方法制备得到：
将所述重量份的各原料干燥后，粉碎至80~100目，混合均匀，装入由透气材料制成的袋体中即制备得到所述中药层，将所述中药层均匀平铺，压实后粘结或缝接在所述上层和所述下层之间。
