Abstract

用于固定挤出的塑料型材的设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于挤出型材的设备,该设备包括至少三个夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置等距地绕要挤出的型材的周边设置,其中,夹紧元件能直接贴靠在要挤出的型材上。
背景技术
特别是在挤出管时,在挤出期间对部分区域存在不同的要求。因此,例如必须对熔体条在离开挤出机后进行定径,并须将其引导到冷却区域内或者在真空箱中向外密封。在有些应用情况下,为了定长剪切必须夹紧管。对于所有这些功能,目前设置不同的工具、密封区域和夹紧装置。
因此,例如DE102005020296A1建议一种由至少两个部分构成的能直接贴靠在要挤出的型材上的设备,在该设备中所述两个部分中的每一个具有至少一个贴靠面,该贴靠面能贴靠在要挤出的型材上,并且所述至少两个部分设置成使得各部分的贴靠面包围要挤出的型材。
所述两个部分因此在其布置结构中在横截面内形成一个圆形开口,要挤出的型材可穿过该开口。有利地,各部分这样实施,使得它们能通过简单的机构这样转动或调节,使得其贴靠面形成用于不同型材横截面的出口。在这里要特别强调,该建议的技术方案能实现在生产期间、亦即在线地按新的横截面调整所述设备。这可以经由合适的机器控制装置实现,方式是:中央调整装置与该机器控制装置处于调节连接中。
EP2085169A1公开了一种用于挤出的管的夹紧装置,在该夹紧装置中能使两个半壳相向运动,以便夹紧管。对于不同的管直径,更换半壳。
由OS2234082已知一种管切割机,在该管切割机中将管经由多个可调的夹爪固定。各夹爪经由螺栓被调节。
如在US5,224,368中描述的飞跃式成型机公开了一种夹紧装置,在该夹紧装置中经由液压驱动装置使弯曲杠杆形式的夹块机构运行,以便夹紧管。
发明内容
现在,本发明的任务在于,这样进一步开发这种夹紧设备,其中,能尽可能有能量和环保意识地以所使用的能量行事,此外所述设备构造应尽可能简单。
结合权利要求1的前序部分,所述任务的解决方案的特征在于,在每个所述夹紧装置中设置有所述夹紧元件,并且各夹紧元件能经由一个驱动装置相对于挤出轴线沿径向运动,每个夹紧装置与相邻的夹紧装置经由一个耦联装置相连接。
通过该设计方案确保了围绕管设置的所有夹紧装置被同时调节,从而保证了管绕挤出轴线的居中的位置。因此没有夹紧会超前或滞后行动。
按照进一步改善方案规定,三至八个夹紧装置等距地绕型材设置。利用两个夹紧装置已经将管保持固定,利用三个夹紧装置使管足够对中。利用多于三个夹紧装置,实现管的还要更好的位置固定。
按照进一步改进方案建议,经由所述驱动装置能使所有设置的夹紧装置的所有夹紧元件运动,由此所有夹紧元件被同步调节,因为经由所述耦联,没有夹紧装置会超前或滞后行动。
有利地,耦联装置是带有设置的传动机构的万向轴并且夹紧元件与齿条相连接。

具体实施方式
图1示出一种典型的挤出生产线,如该挤出生产线现今用于挤出型材那样,不管是用于生产窗户型材还是管。其示出一台挤出机1,在该挤出机中将塑料融化,并且连续地为了造型而输送到挤出模具2中。其后接着一个定径和冷却站3,根据型材的不同可以使用其它冷却站。在冷却站后面接着一个拉出装置4。为了将连续型材6切割成所希望的长度,接着设置有一个分割装置5。
图2示出按照本发明的夹紧设备的示意图。该夹紧设备优选应用在分割装置5的区域内,以便要定长剪切的型材6在分割过程中本身是固定的。但也可想到,将建议的夹紧设备用在挤出生产线的需要固定型材的其他位置处。该设备可特别好地用于固定管,因为所述管的型材横截面是圆形的。
围绕挤出轴线9沿着挤出方向10示出型材6的一部分。型材6经由夹紧装置被固定就位。为此,在型材6的周边上分布设置有多个所述夹紧装置。所有设置的夹紧装置经由耦联装置28相互连接,其中,耦联装置28分别将一个第一夹紧装置23和一个相邻的第二夹紧装置24相连接。
每个所设置的夹紧装置具有一个夹紧元件25,该夹紧元件的贴靠面27能贴靠在型材6的外表面上。每个所述夹紧装置具有一个调整马达,该调整马达有利地是伺服电机,以便使夹紧元件相对于挤出轴线9沿径向运动。其中一个夹紧装置装备有一个驱动装置26,该驱动装置承担各夹紧装置的主要控制。类似于服务器/客户端的解决方案,经由耦联装置28相连接的其他夹紧装置依驱动装置26行事。通过该设计方案确保了,所有围绕管6设置的夹紧装置被同步调节,由此确保了管6绕挤出轴线9的居中的位置。

1.用于挤出型材的设备,该设备包括至少三个夹紧装置(23、24),所述夹紧装置等距地绕要挤出的型材(6)的周边设置,其中,夹紧元件(25)能直接贴靠在要挤出的型材(6)上,其特征在于,在每个所述夹紧装置(23、24)中设置有所述夹紧元件(25),并且各夹紧元件(25)能经由一个驱动装置(26)相对于挤出轴线(9)沿径向运动,每个夹紧装置(23)与相邻的夹紧装置(24)经由一个耦联装置(28)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,三至八个夹紧装置(23、24)等距地绕型材(6)设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,经由所述驱动装置(26)能使所有设置的夹紧装置的所有夹紧元件(25)运动。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述耦联装置(28)是带有设置的传动机构的万向轴。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述夹紧元件(25)与齿条相连接。
