本发明公开了带有触控操作功能的机顶盒及控制模式切换方法，包括机顶盒和遥控器，机顶盒通过无线网络连接触控设备，机顶盒中包含触控模块和遥控器操控模块，触控设备通过触控模块控制机顶盒，遥控器通过遥控器操控模块控制机顶盒。能够解决传统非触控屏幕电视机只能通过遥控器来操作的问题。此方案将操作电视机的方法得到拓展，可以间接支持触摸设备，来实现触控屏幕的操作显示效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机顶盒及控制方法。
背景技术
在三网融合大背景下涌现了大量的多屏互动应用，实现了手机屏、pad屏、电视屏和电脑屏内容的资源互动,而现在大部分的电视机和机顶盒都是采用遥控器进行操作，遥控器操作有效范围有限，一般距离短，需要对准设备。现有技术中，电视机等非触控屏幕显示设备大多基于遥控器来操作显示内容，而遥控器操作，不能带来触控显示操作的体验例如手势操作（快速长滑动，短滑动，长按压，短按压，多点操作等）。在触控操作大势所趋的情况下，遥控器操作体验和触控操作体验之间，触控操作体验更能得到用户的认可。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：针对上述问题，提供了一种具有触屏操作功能的技能盒和一种用于遥控器操作盒触屏操作切换的方法。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种带有触控操作功能的机顶盒，包括机顶盒和遥控器，其特征在于：机顶盒通过无线网络连接触控设备，机顶盒中包含触控模块和遥控器操控模块，触控设备通过触控模块控制机顶盒，遥控器通过遥控器操控模块控制机顶盒。
触控设备包含一个报文发送模块，机顶盒中包含一个控制模式切换模块。
一种机顶盒的触控设备控制和遥控器控制切换方法：报文发送模块每隔一段时间t向机顶盒中的控制模式切换模块发送报文，控制模式切换模块接收到报文后启用触控模块，如果在一段时间T内没有接收到报文，则关闭触控模块启用遥控器操控模块。
t为0.5-1.5秒，T为4-6s。
本发明的有益效果：
能够解决传统非触控屏幕电视机只能通过遥控器来操作的问题。此方案将操作电视机的方法得到拓展，可以间接支持触摸设备，来实现触控屏幕的操作显示效果。
通过机顶盒内的应用会不停的检测是否有触控设备向盒子发送连接报文来判断使用哪一个操控模式，防止两种操控模式同时存在时带来的操作从图问题，并且也不用用户自己去切换操控模式。

具体实施方式：
机顶盒中包含触控模块和遥控器操控模块，触控设备通过触控模块控制机顶盒，遥控器通过遥控器操控模块控制机顶盒。触控模块和遥控器操控模块的启动通过控制模式切换模块切换。触控设备包含一个报文发送模块。
当触控设备启动，开启应用程序且与机顶盒建立了无线连接，触控设备的报文发送模块启动和机顶盒通讯的程序，每隔一秒就向机顶盒发送报文（该报文不包括任何触控指令，属于基本通讯连接），发送的方式，可以选择UDP或者TCP协议，也可以通过蓝牙设备来发送。
机顶盒则不停地收取来自局域网中触控设备的报文，如果五秒内，收取到了报文，则认为，当前机顶盒和触控设备相连接，只启用触控模块。如果五秒内，没有接收到相应的报文，则机顶盒认为当前机顶盒没有和触控设备相连接，只能接收遥控器的指令。
当机顶盒接收到了相应的报文启用触控模块后，如果用触控设备给机顶盒发送触控指令（如慢速滑动，快速滑动，短按压，长按压，多点触控），则机顶盒内的软件会监听相应的指令，然后处理触控指令事件。当机顶盒处理了触控指令事件后，机顶盒则将触控界面数据通过HDMI接口，传给电视机，来显示区分遥控器操作界面的触控界面。
如果机顶盒在5秒内不能接收到触控设备发出的报文，那么机顶盒就认为此刻没有和触控设备相连接，这个时候启用遥控器操控模块，机顶盒里面应用程序就默认接受和处理遥控器发送的按键指令，机顶盒接收到遥控器发送的按键指令后，机顶盒内的软件就将适合遥控器界面的数据通过HDMI接口传给电视机，用来显示区分触控操作界面的遥控器操作界面。
但是机顶盒内的应用会不停的检测是否有触控设备向盒子发送连接报文，如果，在五秒内有连接通讯的报文发送过来，则会自动启动适合触摸操作的界面，把适合遥控器操作的界面关闭。从而达到自动适应遥控器操作界面和触控操作界面的不同显示的方法。

Claims (4)

1.一种带有触控操作功能的机顶盒，包括机顶盒和遥控器，其特征在于：机顶盒通过无线网络连接触控设备，机顶盒中包含触控模块和遥控器操控模块，触控设备通过触控模块控制机顶盒，遥控器通过遥控器操控模块控制机顶盒。
2.根据权利要求1所述带有触控操作功能的机顶盒，其特征在于：触控设备包含一个报文发送模块，机顶盒中包含一个控制模式切换模块。
3.一种如权利要求2所述机顶盒的触控设备控制和遥控器控制切换方法,其特征在于，报文发送模块每隔一段时间t向机顶盒中的控制模式切换模块发送报文，控制模式切换模块接收到报文后启用触控模块，如果在一段时间T内没有接收到报文，则关闭触控模块启用遥控器操控模块；t小于T。
4.根据权利要求3所述的触控设备控制和遥控器控制切换方法,其特征在于：t为0.5-1.5秒，T为3-6s。
