In a specific implementation, the page request module 601 sends a page request to the server to display a requested page on its own display screen, and a user may input content information for a target form in the requested page. For example, if a user wants to query logistics tracking information of an express through an express application in the mobile terminal, a single number query function key in the express application can be selected to submit a request of an express query page; the express inquiry page comprises a form for inputting an express bill number.
A page data receiving module 602, configured to receive page data of a requested page sent by the server, where the page data includes the target form and information prompt data of the target form determined by the server according to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal.
Specifically, the information prompt data may include error prompt information, input prompt information, and the like. And the error prompt information is used for providing the mobile terminal with error prompt to the user according to the error prompt information when the user confirms that the input content of the target form is wrong. The input prompt information is used for providing auxiliary prompts for the mobile terminal for the user to input the target form, for example, the contents input by the user are reported in a voice mode, and an input rule corresponding to the target form is displayed on a display screen.
In addition, when the page request is received, the server may directly obtain user attribute information preset by the mobile terminal, such as user age, user location, and the like; the server can also query an application program corresponding to the page request to acquire account information of the application currently logged in by the user, and acquire user attribute information such as the age of the user, the location of the user and the like according to the account information; the server can also collect information such as the terminal type, the scene mode, the geographic position and the like of the mobile terminal as user attribute information.
Optionally, the information prompt data includes content verification information and error prompt information corresponding to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal.
Specifically, the content verification information is used for providing the mobile terminal to verify the input content of the user for the target form according to the content verification information, so as to determine whether the input content meets the input rule of the target form. For example, if the target form is used to receive a courier number, the input rule may include only allowing the input of numbers and english letters.
The page display module 603 is configured to display the requested page according to the received page data.
The information prompting module 604 is configured to send form prompting information to a user according to the information prompting data of the target form when receiving input content of the user for the target form.
In a specific implementation, the information prompt module 604 may receive the content input by the user and send form prompt information to the user according to the received input content during the input process of the user for the target form; the information prompt module 604 may also send the form prompt information to the user when receiving all input contents of the user for the target form after the user input is completed.
In an optional embodiment, the information prompt data comprises content verification information and error prompt information corresponding to user attribute information of the mobile terminal;
accordingly, as shown in fig. 7, the information prompt module 604 includes:
the content verification unit 6401 is configured to verify input content of the user for the target form according to the content verification information;
and the error prompt unit 6402 is configured to send an error prompt to the user according to the error prompt information when the content verification unit 6401 confirms that the input content of the user for the target form is incorrect.
For example, if the target form is used to receive an express delivery form number and the input content of the target form by the user includes chinese character information, the content verification unit 6401 determines that the user input is incorrect, and the error prompt unit 6402 may issue an error prompt to the user.
In another optional embodiment, the sending, by the error prompt unit, the error prompt to the user according to the error prompt information includes: controlling the vibration of the mobile terminal, controlling the vibration of an input frame of the target form, displaying error prompt information in the target form or sending a preset error voice prompt.
It can be seen that the mobile terminal shown in fig. 6 can receive the information prompt data issued by the server, verify the input content of the user for the form according to the information prompt data, and send the form prompt information to the user, thereby avoiding the flow waste and a large amount of time consumption caused by repeatedly submitting the form data, and effectively improving the online submission efficiency of the form content.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an information prompting system provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the information prompting system in this embodiment may include a server 801 and a mobile terminal 802, where the server 801 may be connected to the mobile terminal 802 through a network, the server 801 may be the server described above with reference to fig. 5, and the mobile terminal 802 may be the mobile terminal described above with reference to fig. 6, specifically:
a mobile terminal 802, configured to submit a page request to the server 801, where the requested page includes a target form;
the server 801 is configured to obtain the user attribute information of the mobile terminal 802 after receiving the page request, and determine the information prompt data of the target form according to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal 802; sending page data of a requested page to the mobile terminal 802 according to a page request submitted by the mobile terminal 802, wherein the page data comprises the target form and information prompt data of the target form;
the mobile terminal 802 is further configured to display the requested page according to the received page data; and when receiving the input content of the user aiming at the target form, sending form prompt information to the user according to the information prompt data of the target form.
In an optional embodiment, the determining, by the server 801, the information prompt data of the target form according to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal 802 includes:
the server 801 obtains information prompt data corresponding to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal 802 according to a corresponding relationship between preset user attribute information and information prompt data of a target form.
In another optional embodiment, the information prompting data includes content verification information and error prompting information corresponding to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal 802;
correspondingly, when receiving the input content of the user for the target form, the mobile terminal 802 sends form prompt information to the user according to the information prompt data of the target form, including:
the mobile terminal 802 checks the input content of the user for the target form according to the content checking information;
and when the mobile terminal 802 confirms that the input content of the user for the target form is wrong, sending an error prompt to the user according to the error prompt information.
In another optional embodiment, the sending, by the mobile terminal 802, the error prompt to the user according to the error prompt information includes: controlling the vibration of the mobile terminal, controlling the vibration of an input frame of the target form, displaying error prompt information in the target form or sending a preset error voice prompt.
It can be seen that the information prompt system shown in fig. 8 can issue the information prompt data of the form to the mobile terminal through the server, the mobile terminal verifies the input content of the user for the form according to the information prompt data, and sends the form prompt information to the user, thereby avoiding the flow waste and a large amount of time consumption caused by repeatedly submitting the form data, and effectively improving the online submission efficiency of the form content.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

Claims (20)
1. An information prompting method, characterized in that the method comprises:
the server receives a page request submitted by the mobile terminal, and the requested page comprises a target form;
the server acquires user attribute information of the mobile terminal, and determines information prompt data of the target form according to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal, wherein the user attribute information comprises any one or more of a terminal type, a contextual model and a geographic position of the mobile terminal;
the server sends page data of a requested page to the mobile terminal according to a page request submitted by the mobile terminal, wherein the page data comprises the target form and information prompt data of the target form;
the mobile terminal displays the requested page according to the received page data;
when receiving input contents of a user aiming at a target form, the mobile terminal sends form prompt information to the user according to the information prompt data of the target form;
the information prompt data comprises content verification information and error prompt information, wherein the content verification information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to verify the input content of the user aiming at the target form according to the content verification information so as to determine whether the input content meets the input rule of the target form; and the error prompt information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to output an error prompt according to an error prompt mode indicated by the error prompt information when the mobile terminal confirms that the input content of the target form is incorrect by the user.
2. The information presentation method of claim 1, wherein the server determining the information presentation data of the target form based on the user attribute information of the mobile terminal comprises:
and the server acquires the information prompt data corresponding to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal according to the corresponding relation between the preset user attribute information and the information prompt data of the target form.
3. The information presentation method according to claim 1, wherein the information presentation data includes content verification information and error presentation information corresponding to user attribute information of the mobile terminal;
when the mobile terminal receives input content of a user for a target form, sending form prompt information to the user according to the information prompt data of the target form comprises the following steps:
the mobile terminal verifies the input content of the user aiming at the target form according to the content verification information;
and when the mobile terminal confirms that the input content of the user aiming at the target form is wrong, sending an error prompt to the user according to the error prompt information.

The information prompting method of claim 3, wherein the mobile terminal sending an error prompt to a user according to the error prompt information comprises: controlling the vibration of the mobile terminal, controlling the vibration of an input frame of the target form, displaying error prompt information in the target form or sending a preset error voice prompt.
5. An information prompting method, characterized in that the method comprises:
the server receives a page request submitted by the mobile terminal, and the requested page comprises a target form;
the server acquires user attribute information of the mobile terminal, and determines information prompt data of the target form according to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal, wherein the user attribute information comprises any one or more of a terminal type, a contextual model and a geographic position of the mobile terminal;
the server sends page data of a requested page to the mobile terminal according to a page request submitted by the mobile terminal, wherein the page data comprises the target form and information prompt data of the target form, so that when the mobile terminal receives input content of a user aiming at the target form, form prompt information is sent to the user according to the information prompt data of the target form;
the information prompt data comprises content verification information and error prompt information, wherein the content verification information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to verify the input content of the user aiming at the target form according to the content verification information so as to determine whether the input content meets the input rule of the target form; and the error prompt information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to output an error prompt according to an error prompt mode indicated by the error prompt information when the mobile terminal confirms that the input content of the target form is incorrect by the user.
6. The information presentation method of claim 5 wherein the server determining the information presentation data for the target form based on the user attribute information of the mobile terminal comprises:
and the server acquires the information prompt data corresponding to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal according to the corresponding relation between the preset user attribute information and the information prompt data of the target form.

The information prompting method according to claim 5, wherein the information prompting data includes content verification information and error prompting information corresponding to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal, the content verification information is used for providing the mobile terminal to verify the input content of the user for the target form according to the content verification information, and the error prompting information is used for providing the mobile terminal to issue an error prompt to the user according to the error prompting information when confirming that the input content of the user for the target form is erroneous.
8. An information prompting method, characterized in that the method comprises:
the mobile terminal submits a page request to the server, and the requested page comprises a target form;
the mobile terminal receives page data of a requested page sent by the server, wherein the page data comprises the target form and information prompt data of the target form determined by the server according to user attribute information of the mobile terminal, and the user attribute information comprises any one or more of a terminal type, a contextual model and a geographic position of the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal displays the requested page according to the received page data;
when receiving input contents of a user aiming at a target form, the mobile terminal sends form prompt information to the user according to the information prompt data of the target form;
the information prompt data comprises content verification information and error prompt information, wherein the content verification information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to verify the input content of the user aiming at the target form according to the content verification information so as to determine whether the input content meets the input rule of the target form; and the error prompt information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to output an error prompt according to an error prompt mode indicated by the error prompt information when the mobile terminal confirms that the input content of the target form is incorrect by the user.
9. The information presentation method according to claim 8, wherein the information presentation data includes content verification information and error presentation information corresponding to user attribute information of the mobile terminal;
when the mobile terminal receives input content of a user for a target form, sending form prompt information to the user according to the information prompt data of the target form comprises the following steps:
the mobile terminal verifies the input content of the user aiming at the target form according to the content verification information;
and when the mobile terminal confirms that the input content of the user aiming at the target form is wrong, sending an error prompt to the user according to the error prompt information.

The information presentation method of claim 9, wherein said issuing an error presentation to a user based on the error presentation information comprises: controlling the vibration of the mobile terminal, controlling the vibration of an input frame of the target form, displaying error prompt information in the target form or sending a preset error voice prompt.
11. A server, characterized in that the server comprises:
the page request acquisition module is used for receiving a page request submitted by the mobile terminal, and the requested page comprises a target form;
the prompt data acquisition module is used for acquiring user attribute information of the mobile terminal and determining the information prompt data of the target form according to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal, wherein the user attribute information comprises any one or more of a terminal type, a contextual model and a geographic position of the mobile terminal;
the page data sending module is used for sending page data of a requested page to the mobile terminal according to a page request submitted by the mobile terminal, wherein the page data comprises the target form and information prompt data of the target form, so that when the mobile terminal receives input content of a user aiming at the target form, form prompt information is sent to the user according to the information prompt data of the target form;
the information prompt data comprises content verification information and error prompt information, wherein the content verification information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to verify the input content of the user aiming at the target form according to the content verification information so as to determine whether the input content meets the input rule of the target form; and the error prompt information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to output an error prompt according to an error prompt mode indicated by the error prompt information when the mobile terminal confirms that the input content of the target form is incorrect by the user.
12. The server of claim 11, wherein the hints data acquisition module is to:
and acquiring information prompt data corresponding to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal according to the corresponding relation between the preset user attribute information and the information prompt data of the target form.

The server according to claim 11, wherein the information prompt data includes content verification information and error prompt information corresponding to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal, the content verification information is used for providing the mobile terminal to verify the input content of the user for the target form according to the content verification information, and the error prompt information is used for providing the mobile terminal to issue an error prompt to the user according to the error prompt information when confirming that the input content of the user for the target form is incorrect.

the page display module is used for displaying the requested page according to the received page data;
the information prompting module is used for sending form prompting information to a user according to the information prompting data of the target form when receiving the input content of the user aiming at the target form;
the information prompt data comprises content verification information and error prompt information, wherein the content verification information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to verify the input content of the user aiming at the target form according to the content verification information so as to determine whether the input content meets the input rule of the target form; and the error prompt information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to output an error prompt according to an error prompt mode indicated by the error prompt information when the mobile terminal confirms that the input content of the target form is incorrect by the user.
15. The mobile terminal according to claim 14, wherein the information presentation data includes content verification information and error presentation information corresponding to user attribute information of the mobile terminal;
the information prompt module comprises:
the content verification unit is used for verifying the input content of the user aiming at the target form according to the content verification information;
and the error prompt unit is used for sending an error prompt to the user according to the error prompt information when the content verification unit confirms that the input content of the user aiming at the target form is wrong.

The mobile terminal of claim 15, wherein the error prompt unit issuing an error prompt to the user according to the error prompt information comprises: controlling the vibration of the mobile terminal, controlling the vibration of an input frame of the target form, displaying error prompt information in the target form or sending a preset error voice prompt.
17. An information prompting system, characterized by comprising a server and a mobile terminal, wherein:
the mobile terminal is used for submitting a page request to the server, and the requested page comprises a target form;
the server is used for acquiring the user attribute information of the mobile terminal after receiving the page request, and determining the information prompt data of the target form according to the user attribute information of the mobile terminal; sending page data of a requested page to the mobile terminal according to a page request submitted by the mobile terminal, wherein the page data comprises the target form and information prompt data of the target form, and the user attribute information comprises any one or more of a terminal type, a contextual model and a geographic position of the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal is also used for displaying the requested page according to the received page data; when receiving input content of a user aiming at a target form, sending form prompt information to the user according to the information prompt data of the target form;
the information prompt data comprises content verification information and error prompt information, wherein the content verification information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to verify the input content of the user aiming at the target form according to the content verification information so as to determine whether the input content meets the input rule of the target form; and the error prompt information is used for indicating the mobile terminal to output an error prompt according to an error prompt mode indicated by the error prompt information when the mobile terminal confirms that the input content of the target form is incorrect by the user.
18. The information presentation system of claim 17, wherein the server determining the information presentation data of the target form based on the user attribute information of the mobile terminal comprises:
