Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a file downloading method and apparatus.
Background
With the continuous development of the mobile internet technology, more and more users are used to play files on mobile terminals, so that file resources can be shared anytime and anywhere. For example, users often play media files such as audio, video, images, etc., or play text files, etc., through mobile terminals.
Generally, a terminal plays a file in an offline manner. Before playing the file offline, the terminal downloads the file stored in the server to the local terminal in advance, and then plays the file stored locally in the terminal offline according to the playing request. Especially, when files (also called series files) belonging to the same file set need to be played offline, the terminal needs to download the files to be played in the file set to the local in advance.
In the prior art, before a terminal downloads a file stored on a server to a local terminal, a user needs to input a download instruction on a download page, and the terminal executes a corresponding download task only when receiving the download instruction.
For example, assume that all episodes (e.g., 1 st episode to 10 th episode) in a television series constitute one file set. When a user downloads the 1 st to 10 th episodes in the file set through a terminal, the user needs to manually click a download button corresponding to each episode on a download page to input a download instruction. And when the terminal receives the downloading instruction corresponding to each episode, starting to execute the corresponding downloading task.
Therefore, when a user needs to download each episode through the terminal, the terminal starts to execute the corresponding downloading task only when receiving a downloading instruction manually input by the user, and obviously, the convenience of user operation is low.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The following describes a file downloading method and apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a file downloading method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
s101, determining the current file.
In the embodiment of the present application, the current file includes, but is not limited to, a media file such as audio, video, and picture, or a text file in Txt, PDF, or the like.
The current file may be a file in a file collection. For example, the current file may be a file of an episode, a movie, a novel, etc. in a collection of files such as a television series, a series movie, a series novel, etc.
The current document described in the embodiments of the present application at least includes: a currently operated file determined by the terminal, or a currently downloaded file (hereinafter, a downloaded file).
The currently operated file includes, but is not limited to: the current deleted file, the current played file or the current downloaded file determined by the terminal; the currently deleted file refers to a file currently being deleted, and the currently downloaded file refers to a file currently being downloaded. Currently downloaded files include, but are not limited to: and the downloaded files currently stored in the memory areas of the terminal, such as a memory or a cache, and the like.
For example, in an actual Application scenario, a user often plays a media file such as a tv series or a series movie, or a text file in a format such as Txt or PDF through a playing Application (APP) on a terminal.
After playing the APP starts, the terminal can determine the current file.
Specifically, after the playing APP is started, the terminal may start to monitor whether the downloaded file is stored in the storage region of the terminal, and if so, the terminal may determine that the downloaded file is the current file.
Or, the terminal may also monitor whether a currently deleted file exists in the downloaded file, and if so, the terminal may determine that the currently deleted file is the current file.
Or, the terminal may also monitor whether there is a currently played file or a currently downloaded file, and if so, the terminal may determine that the currently played file or the currently downloaded file is the current file.
Of course, the currently operated file described in the embodiment of the present application may also include a currently shared file or a currently approved file.
It should be noted that, when monitoring the currently operated file or the downloaded file, the terminal may monitor the file in real time or may monitor the file at intervals set at intervals, which is not limited herein.
S102, determining a file set to which the current file belongs.
It is considered that in a practical scenario, the collection name and the file name of a file collection generally have the same keywords.
In this embodiment of the application, when the terminal needs to determine the file set to which the current file belongs, the file set to which the current file belongs may be determined according to the file name of the current file.
Specifically, after the terminal determines the current file, the specified keyword in the file name is determined according to the file name of the current file, and a file set corresponding to the set name containing the specified keyword is determined as a file set to which the current file belongs; the specified keywords are keywords except for serial numbers in the file names.
For example, assume that a television series a (i.e., a set of files) includes ten episodes (files), such as 1 st to 10 th episodes. The television series A corresponds to a set name A, the episode corresponding file name can be Ax, and x is a positive integer of 1-10; then "x" in "Ax" is the number in the file name.
Suppose that a playing APP in the terminal is playing the 3 rd episode in the tv series a online, and the file name corresponding to the 3 rd episode is "a 3".
The terminal may monitor the currently played episode (episode 3) and determine the episode as the current episode (i.e., the current file). When determining the tv series to which the current episode belongs, the terminal may first determine that the file name of the current episode is "a 3", then determine that the specified keyword in the file name except the sequence number "3" is "a", and determine that the tv series a (file set) corresponding to the set name containing the specified keyword "a" is the file set to which the current episode (3 rd episode) belongs.
S103, downloading other files in the file set.
Following the above example, when the terminal determines that the file set to which the current episode (3 rd episode) belongs is the tv series a, other episodes in the tv series a are directly and automatically downloaded. For example, all episodes (4 th to 10 th episodes) or partial episodes (e.g., 4 th to 6 th episodes) having a sequence number greater than that of the current episode in the series a may be automatically downloaded.
In the file downloading method shown in fig. 1, the terminal first determines the current file and the file set to which the current file belongs, and then automatically downloads other files in the file set. Obviously, before downloading a file, a user does not need to manually input a downloading instruction, and after determining the current file and the file set to which the current file belongs, the terminal can automatically download other files in the file set, so that the convenience of user operation can be effectively improved.
In this embodiment of the application, when the current file determined in step S101 is the currently operated undeleted file, the method shown in fig. 1 further includes: and downloading the current file. Further, the downloaded current file is saved in a storage area of the terminal.
Specifically, it is considered that in an actual application scenario, when a current file determined by the terminal is a currently played file, if the played file is a file that is not downloaded by the terminal, another file needs to be downloaded in step S103. However, if the played file is a downloaded file of the terminal, it is not necessary to download the current file.
In addition, if the current file determined by the terminal is the currently deleted file or the currently downloaded file, the currently deleted file is already local to the terminal and is being deleted locally, and the current file does not need to be downloaded; the currently downloaded file is being downloaded, and it is not necessary to download the current file.
In the embodiment of the present application, it is considered that, in an actual application scenario, a downloaded file and a currently operated file belonging to the same file set may include a plurality of files.
Then, in step S101, when determining the current file, the terminal may determine that a file corresponding to the largest sequence number among the downloaded files and the currently operated file is the current file.
For example, it is assumed that the storage area of the terminal stores the 1 st episode and the 3 rd episode in the downloaded tv series a, and it is assumed that the terminal currently monitors that the 1 st episode is being deleted, the 2 nd episode not downloaded is being played, and that the storage area stores the 3 rd episode.
Then, the terminal may determine the sequence numbers corresponding to the downloaded 3 rd episode, the 1 st episode and the 2 nd episode being operated (deleted and played), which are 3, 1 and 2 respectively, and determine the episode (3 rd episode) corresponding to the maximum sequence number 3 among the sequence numbers 3, 1 and 2 as the current file.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, when the monitored file is a downloaded file and/or a currently operated file, the serial number of the current file determined by the terminal is: the maximum sequence number in the sequence numbers corresponding to the downloaded file and the currently operated file.
In this embodiment of the present application, a rule for downloading a file may be preset in the terminal, and then in step S103, when the terminal downloads other files in the file set, the terminal may determine a file to be downloaded according to the preset rule and download the determined file to be downloaded.
Since the sequence number of the current file determined by the terminal is the largest sequence number of the sequence numbers corresponding to the downloaded file and the currently operated file, the preset rule may be set to include the following rule one.
Rule one is as follows: the sequence number of the file needing to be downloaded currently is larger than that of the current file.
When the number of files needing to be downloaded is determined to be large through the rule one, the problem that the downloading fails due to the fact that the available storage space of the storage area of the terminal is limited may exist. The preset rule may be set to further include the following rule two.
Rule two: the number of files needing to be downloaded currently does not exceed M, wherein M is less than or equal to N, N is the total number of all files in the file set, and M and N are positive integers.
In step S103, the terminal determines the file to be downloaded according to the rule one, which specifically includes:
determining the sequence number of the current file, determining other sequence numbers larger than the sequence number corresponding to the current file according to the sequence numbers of other files in the file set, and determining the files corresponding to the determined other sequence numbers as the files needing to be downloaded.
Or the terminal determines the file to be downloaded according to the combination of the rule I and the rule II, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
determining the sequence number of the current file, determining other sequence numbers which are larger than the sequence number corresponding to the current file according to the sequence numbers of other files in the file set, and determining the files with the number which is not more than M and corresponding to the sequence numbers as the files needing to be downloaded in the other sequence numbers.
For example, assume that the preset rule includes rule one and rule two, where M is 3.
Then, when the terminal monitors that the 1 st set and the 3 rd set in the television series a (including the 1 st set to the 10 th set) are stored in the cache, and determines that the current file is the 3 rd set.
When the terminal determines other episodes in the tv series a that need to be downloaded according to the preset rule, the specific steps are as follows:
determining the sequence number of a current episode (3 rd episode) to be 3, determining sequence numbers 4-10 with the sequence number larger than 3 in the sequence numbers (4-10) corresponding to other files (4 th episode-10 th episode), and determining three episodes corresponding to the three sequence numbers in the sequence numbers 4-10 to be episodes needing to be downloaded currently, for example, determining the 4 th episode, the 6 th episode and the 7 th episode corresponding to the sequence numbers 4, 6 and 7 to be episodes needing to be downloaded currently.
In an actual application scenario, after the user plays the currently downloaded file through the terminal, the user is used to play the downloaded file corresponding to the serial number which is connected with the serial number of the downloaded file and is greater than the serial number through the terminal. For example, after the user views the set 3, the user is used to sequentially view the set 4, the set 5 and the set 6, and if the terminal determines that the current file is the set 3 and determines that the files to be downloaded are the set 4, the set 6 and the set 7, the download of the set 5 is missed, and the user does not view the set 5 in an offline manner. The preset rule may be set and may further include rule three described below.
Rule three: and sequentially selecting M files from the first file with a file serial number larger than the current file serial number as the files needing to be downloaded currently according to the sequence of the file serial numbers in the file set from small to large.
Along the above example, when the terminal determines that the current file is the 3 rd set, the file which needs to be downloaded currently is determined, specifically: determining that the serial numbers corresponding to the 2 nd episode, the 4 th episode and the 10 th episode of other files which are not downloaded in the television series A are 2, 4-10 respectively, sequentially selecting three episodes (M is three) from the first episode (file) which is larger than the serial number 4 of the 3 rd episode (current file) according to the sequence numbers 1-10 of the episodes in the television series A from small to large, namely from the 4 th episode, wherein the three episodes are the 4 th episode to the 6 th episode, and taking the 4 th episode to the 6 th episode as the episode which needs to be downloaded currently.
In practical application scenarios, the required storage space of the file currently required to be downloaded by the terminal may be larger than the locally available storage space, resulting in a download failure.
In this embodiment of the present application, when downloading another file in the file set, the terminal may first determine a locally available storage space, and download another file in the file set according to the available storage space.
Specifically, the local available storage space and the storage space required by the file needing to be downloaded currently can be determined, whether the available storage space is larger than the required storage space or not is judged, if yes, the file needing to be downloaded currently is downloaded, otherwise, the file needing to be downloaded currently is re-determined, and the re-determined file needing to be downloaded currently is downloaded until the available storage space is larger than the required storage space.
When the terminal determines the file to be downloaded again, the terminal may specifically remove the largest sequence number from the sequence numbers corresponding to the file to be downloaded, and determine the files corresponding to the remaining sequence numbers as the file to be downloaded again.
For example, assuming that the local available storage space is 700MB, if the terminal determines that the episodes to be downloaded are the 4 th episode to the 6 th episode in the tv series a, if the storage space actually occupied by the episodes of the 4 th episode to the 6 th episode is 250MB, the terminal determines that the storage space required by the 4 th episode to the 6 th episode is 750MB, and if the terminal determines that the available storage space 700MB is less than the required storage space 750MB after the judgment, the episode to be downloaded at present needs to be re-determined.
When the terminal re-determines the episode which needs to be downloaded currently, the maximum serial number 6 can be removed from the serial numbers 4-6 corresponding to the episodes which need to be downloaded currently (4 th to 6 th episodes), and the episodes (4 th and 5 th episodes) corresponding to the remaining serial numbers 4 and 5 respectively are determined as the re-determined episode which needs to be downloaded currently.
In the above example, if the storage space actually occupied by each of the 4 th to 6 th episodes is 200MB, the terminal determines that the required storage space corresponding to the 4 th to 6 th episodes is 600MB, determines that the available storage space 700MB is larger than the required storage space 600MB by judgment, and directly downloads the 4 th to 6 th episodes.
The above-mentioned downloading of other files in the file collection according to the available storage space may also be determined by:
determining local available storage space, predicting the number of files needing to be downloaded currently according to the available storage space and the required storage space of an average file, determining the files needing to be downloaded currently according to the number, and then directly downloading the determined files needing to be downloaded currently.
When the predicted number of the files needing to be downloaded currently is large and the available storage space is small and is not enough to store, the number of the files needing to be downloaded currently is predicted again, specifically, the number of the files needing to be downloaded currently can be reduced by a set value, and the reduced number is used as the predicted number of the files needing to be downloaded currently.
For example, assuming that the locally available storage space is 700MB, the average episode occupancy storage space in a television series is predicted to be 200 MB.
According to the integer part 3 of the ratio 3.5 between the available storage space 700MB and the predicted occupied storage space 200MB, the integer part 3 is determined to predict the number of files needing to be downloaded currently, namely three episodes need to be downloaded.
If the storage space actually occupied by each episode at present is 300MB, and 900MB of storage space is occupied for downloading the three episodes, the terminal determines that 700MB of available space is not enough to store the three episodes to be downloaded. The terminal may subtract a set value (e.g., a set value of 1) from the predicted number 3 of the files currently required to be downloaded, that is, if the result of subtracting 1 from 3 is determined to be 2, then determine that the number of the files currently required to be downloaded that are predicted again is 2.
In this embodiment of the application, when downloading other files in the file set, the other files in the file set may also be downloaded according to the locally available storage space and the preset rule.
When the number of the files needing to be downloaded is predicted according to the available storage space, the number can be used as a value of M in a rule II belonging to a preset rule.
In step S103 of this embodiment, when downloading another file in the file set, the terminal may download the other file in the file set in an offline cache manner, or directly download an online file, where the online file is another file in the file set that needs to be downloaded.
For example, assume that the server closest to the terminal is the first server and the file to be downloaded is stored on the second server.
Downloading the file in an offline cache manner may specifically be: the terminal sends a downloading request to the first server through the playing APP, so that the first server downloads the file to be downloaded, the first server can download the file from the second server after receiving the downloading request, and the downloaded file is stored in the first server for the terminal to directly download from the first server. After the terminal sends the download request to the first server, the user may close playing the APP, or directly close the terminal. When the terminal needs to download the file, the file saved in advance is directly downloaded from the first server, so that the bandwidth of the terminal can be effectively saved, and the hang-up time of the terminal is saved.
When the online file is directly downloaded, the method specifically comprises the following steps: the terminal firstly sends a downloading request to the first server through the playing APP, and the first server then obtains files needing to be downloaded from the second server and sends the downloaded files to the terminal. In the process of downloading the file, the playing APP needs to be kept in an on state all the time (i.e. always on hook), and the downloading efficiency is also low.
In the embodiment of the present application, the file is preferably downloaded in an offline cache manner, but is not limited to the two downloading manners, and is not limited specifically here.
The embodiment of the application also provides another file downloading method, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: and determining that the available storage space of the preset storage area is larger than a preset threshold value.
The preset storage area may be a storage area for caching video files, and the preset threshold may be a storage space required for averaging one video file.
Step two: a next video file associated with the video file currently being played is determined.
In an actual application scenario, video files (i.e., serialized video files) belonging to the same video file set have correlation (i.e., continuity) with each other in a scenario, that is, there is a sequential playing order of the video files.
Thus, the next video file described in this application is: the playing sequence is behind the currently played video file, and the scenario is a video file which is continuous with the currently played video file.
If the video file with the scenario continuous with the currently played video file is downloaded, the next video file is as follows: and playing the video files which are positioned behind the downloaded video files in sequence and have continuous scenarios with the downloaded video files.
Step three: and automatically downloading the next video file determined in the step two to a preset storage area.
The video file is automatically downloaded, namely the video file can be directly downloaded without inputting any instruction by a user.
Wherein, the sequence of the step one and the step two can be interchanged.
Optionally, when it is determined that the video file stored in the preset storage area is being deleted, the next video file is automatically downloaded to the preset storage area. I.e. the automatic downloading of the next video file may be triggered by the action that one video file is being deleted.
