一种新型球阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆和手柄,阀体采用不锈钢制成,呈圆筒状,阀芯位于阀体内,手柄位于阀体外侧,阀杆穿过阀体,其内端与阀芯连接,外端与手柄连接,所述的阀体与阀杆之间设有密封座,密封座套在阀杆上,密封座与阀杆的接触处设置密封圈,密封座通过螺纹与阀体连接,所述的密封座上部伸出阀体外。本发明的有益效果:通过增设密封座的方法,使它的密封性能有大幅度提高,也延长了球阀的使用寿命。同时,成本低,具有较高的使用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种不锈钢球阀。
背景技术
不锈钢球阀由于材料采用不锈钢制成,与普通铜球阀相比,具有耐腐蚀、耐高温、硬度高、安全性能好等优点。但是,目前不锈钢球阀没有像铜球阀那样得到广泛应用,其价格高外,主要是密封性能比较差,造成球阀的使用寿命短。不锈钢球阀的阀体一般是钢管切割下来后用车床加工而成,钢管的厚度决定了球阀阀体与阀杆之间的接触面很小,用于密封的橡胶密封圈会易位,随着球阀使用过程中阀杆的频繁扭转,在此处很容易出现渗漏现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述问题,通过改进结构,提供一种密封性能好、使用寿命长的球阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下列技术方案:
一种新型球阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆和手柄,阀体采用不锈钢制成,呈圆筒状,阀芯位于阀体内,手柄位于阀体外侧,阀杆穿过阀体,其内端与阀芯连接,外端与手柄连接,所述的阀体与阀杆之间设有密封座,密封座套在阀杆上,密封座与阀杆的接触处设置密封圈,密封座通过螺纹与阀体连接,所述的密封座上部伸出阀体外。
所述的密封座为圆筒形。
所述的密封座与阀体之间设置垫圈。
所述的阀杆上开有两道环形凹槽,每道环形凹槽中均有O形橡胶密封圈。
本发明的有益效果:通过增设密封座的方法,使它的密封性能有大幅度提高,也延长了球阀的使用寿命。同时,成本低,具有较高的使用价值。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括阀体1、阀杆3、阀芯2、手柄4和密封座5。阀体1采用不锈钢管制成,外形为圆柱状。球形的阀芯2位于阀体1内,控制本球阀的开关。阀杆3的内端与阀芯2连接,外端与手柄4连接。密封座5套在阀杆3上,并通过螺纹与阀体1连接。本实施例中,密封座5与阀体1之间设置垫圈7,以防止此处渗漏。密封座5与阀杆3有较大的接触面,其上部伸出阀体1。密封座5与阀杆3之间通过O形橡胶密封圈6密封。本实施例中,阀杆3上开有两道环形凹槽30,每道环形凹槽30中均有o形橡胶密封圈6。正是由于密封座5与阀杆3之间有较大的接触面,故可设置两道环形凹槽30,以增强此处的密封性能,克服了普通不锈钢球阀的渗漏现象。

1.一种新型球阀,包括阀体(1)、阀芯(2)、阀杆(3)和手柄(4),阀体(1)采用不锈钢制成,呈圆筒状,阀芯(2)位于阀体(1)内,手柄(4)位于阀体(1)外侧,阀杆(3)穿过阀体(1),其内端与阀芯(2)连接,外端与手柄(4)连接,其特征在于,所述的阀体(1)与阀杆(3)之间设有密封座(5),密封座(5)套在阀杆(3)上,密封座(5)与阀杆(3)的接触处设置密封圈(6),密封座(5)通过螺纹与阀体(1)连接,所述的密封座(5)上部伸出阀体(1)外;所述的密封座(5)为圆筒形;所述的密封座(5)与阀体(1)之间设置垫圈(7);所述的阀杆(3)上开有两道环形凹槽(30),每道环形凹槽(30)中均有O形橡胶密封圈(6)。
