本发明涉及一种水上浮体管件插接器,其包括两个对称设置的卡箍,所述卡箍中间的半圆型凹环内侧设有卡槽,卡箍两翼的连接板上设有横管插接套和若干螺栓孔,所述横管插接套内安装有弹性卡环,外侧设有法兰盘;两个对称的卡箍环抱竖向管道,通过短螺栓连接固定;横向管道穿过法兰盘、横管插接套和弹性卡环,通过长螺栓连接固定。本发明构造简单、合理,施工方便,连接可靠、稳定,耐海水侵蚀。其特别适用于各种水上框架、浮体的组装连接。

一种水上浮体管件插接器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水上工程浮体领域,具体地说是一种水上浮体管件插接器。
背景技术
目前,世界各国对海洋工程的探索一刻也没有停步,各种浮体结构层出不穷,各类产品不管是民用还是军工都耗费了大量的精力财力而不尽人意,到目前为止还没有那一项海上浮体产品能从性价比、能从抗拒海洋的恶劣环境中脱颖而出。目前诸多的水上项目如休闲渔业、深海养殖、海上娱乐广场、海上人工岛、海上升降平台、海上大型货场、海上机场及其他军工等等都存在着极大的发展瓶颈。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足, 提供一种构造简单、合理,连接方便,省工省力,稳定可靠,耐侵蚀的水上浮体管件插接器
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种水上浮体管件插接器,其包括两个对称设置的卡箍,其特征在于:所述卡箍中间的半圆型凹环内侧设有卡槽,卡箍两翼的连接板上设有横管插接套和若干螺栓孔,所述横管插接套内安装有弹性卡环,外侧设有法兰盘;两个对称的卡箍环抱竖向管道,通过短螺栓连接固定;横向管道穿过法兰盘、横管插接套和弹性卡环,通过长螺栓连接固定。
所述卡箍半圆型凹环内侧的卡槽与竖向管道上套有的橡胶环配合定位,通过拧紧短螺栓,卡紧固定竖向管道。
所述横管插接套内侧面带有锥度,相应的弹性卡环也带有锥度,拧紧长螺栓,法兰盘压紧弹性卡环,弹性卡环在横管插接套内收缩卡紧横向管道。
所述卡箍上横管插接套中心轴线与半圆型凹环中轴线异面垂直。
所述卡箍两翼的连接板上还设有管线孔。用于安装电缆和通气管路,以方便对竖向管道和横向管道进行充气和控制。
本发明在卡箍中间固定竖向管道,卡箍两翼固定两条横向管道。竖向管道与横向管道异面垂直,形成相互锁定的框架结构。多个管件插接器可有序地将多条竖向管道和横向管道插接起来,形成有序排列的组合框架,进而还可以组合成两层、三层或多层框架。通过向竖向管道和横向管道内充气,就可以在水面按照设计要求组合成水上浮体。对照现有技术,本发明构造简单、合理,施工方便,连接可靠、稳定,耐海水侵蚀,是一种理想的水上浮体管件插接器。其特别适用于各种水上框架、浮体的组装连接。

具体实施方式
从图1、图2、图3中可以看出,本发明一种水上浮体管件插接器,其包括两个对称设置的卡箍1。所述卡箍1是由高强度塑料或复合增强塑料或纤维增强塑料等非金属材料经模压注塑而成的。所述卡箍1中间的半圆型凹环内侧设有卡槽11,卡箍1两翼的连接板上设有横管插接套12和若干螺栓孔。所述横管插接套12内安装有弹性卡环3,外侧设有法兰盘2。
本发明装配时,两个对称的卡箍1环抱竖向管道6,通过短螺栓4和螺帽配合连接固定。而后将横向管道7穿过法兰盘2、横管插接套12和弹性卡环3,通过长螺栓5和螺帽配合连接固定。如图3、图4所示。
进一步,所述卡箍1半圆型凹环内侧的卡槽11与竖向管道6上套有的橡胶环配合定位。该橡胶环是预先套在竖向管道6上的。通过拧紧短螺栓4,两个卡箍1扣合卡紧其中的橡胶环,进而抱紧固定其中的竖向管道。在卡箍1通过卡槽卡紧固定橡胶环,橡胶环具有弹性,具有减震功能,能缓冲风浪的冲击。
进一步,所述横向管道7穿过法兰盘2、横管插接套12和弹性卡环3,通过长螺栓5和螺帽配合连接固定。所述弹性卡环3是由橡胶材料加工的橡胶套环。所述横管插接套12内侧面带有锥度,呈喇叭口状;相应的弹性卡环3也带有锥度。拧紧长螺栓5,法兰盘2压紧弹性卡环3,弹性卡环3在横管插接套12内收缩抱紧横向管道7。
进一步,所述卡箍上横管插接套中心轴线与半圆型凹环中轴线异面垂直。这样,可以进行多个、多层次连接。
进一步,所述卡箍1两翼的连接板上还设有管线孔13。用于安装电缆和通气管路,以方便对竖向管道6和横向管道7进行充气控制。
所述的竖向管道6和横向管道7也是由高强度塑料或复合增强塑料或纤维增强塑料等非金属材料经模压注塑而成的。所紧固的竖向管道的口径可以从10cm到200cm,其上端封闭,下端敞口。横向管道的口径可以从3cm到100cm,两端根据需要可以封闭,也可以敞口。这样,竖向管道6和横向管道7内可以根据需要进行充气,特别是竖向管道6垂直置于海水中,其内的气体随海浪的升降可以产生动态变化的浮力,能够缓冲风浪的冲击,还具有减震功能。
本发明在卡箍中间固定竖向管道,卡箍两翼固定两条横向管道。竖向管道与横向管道异面垂直,形成相互锁定的框架结构。多个管件插接器可有序地将多条竖向管道和横向管道插接起来,形成并多个交错相连、有序排列的组合框架,进而还可以组合成两层、三层或多层框架。通过向竖向管道和横向管道内充气,就可以在水面按照设计要求组合成水上浮体。如各类休闲浮体、海上养殖浮体、工程浮体等等。如图5所示。所组成的浮体结构柔性强度高,富有弹性,抗风浪,具有减震功能,耐海水侵蚀,使用寿命长。
本发明构造简单、合理,施工方便,省工省力,耐海水侵蚀,连接可靠、稳定,是一种理想的水上浮体管件插接器。其特别适用于各种水上框架、浮体的组装连接。

Claims (3)

1.一种水上浮体管件插接器,其包括两个对称设置的卡箍,其特征在于:所述卡箍中间的半圆型凹环内侧设有卡槽,卡箍两翼的连接板上设有横管插接套和若干螺栓孔,所述横管插接套内安装有弹性卡环,外侧设有法兰盘;两个对称的卡箍环抱竖向管道,通过短螺栓连接固定;所述卡箍半圆型凹环内侧的卡槽与竖向管道上套有的橡胶环配合定位,通过拧紧短螺栓,卡紧固定竖向管道;横向管道穿过法兰盘、横管插接套和弹性卡环,通过长螺栓连接固定;所述横管插接套内侧面带有锥度,相应的弹性卡环也带有锥度,拧紧长螺栓,法兰盘压紧弹性卡环,弹性卡环在横管插接套内收缩卡紧横向管道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水上浮体管件插接器,其特征在于:所述卡箍上横管插接套中心轴线与半圆型凹环中轴线异面垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水上浮体管件插接器,其特征在于:所述卡箍两翼的连接板上还设有管线孔。
