技术领域
本发明涉及织物印染领域,尤其涉及一种织物抗静电整理剂。
背景技术
织物印染所涉及的整理剂包括由诸多类型,比如抗静电、抗皱等,但是目前的整理剂的性能还不够好,诸如抗静电能力不足等,这对于易起静电的织物会带来不安全因素,还需要进一步改善。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种织物抗静电整理剂,其可以改善织物的抗静电性能。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种织物抗静电整理剂,其由以重量计的以下组分混合而成:
三甲胺乙内酯,1-6份;
氨基硅油,3-5份;
壳聚糖,10-15份;
聚丙烯酸酯衍生物,2-5份;及
乙醇,10-20份。
优选地,以重量计,织物抗静电整理剂由以下组分混合而成:
三甲胺乙内酯,3-5份;
氨基硅油,4-5份;
壳聚糖,13-15份;
聚丙烯酸酯衍生物,3-4份;
乙醇,15-18份。
优选地,聚丙烯酸酯衍生物为氟代聚丙烯酸酯。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明提供了一种织物抗静电整理剂,其包括三甲胺乙内酯、氨基硅油和壳聚糖等,因而具有良好的抗菌和抗静电性能,处理后的织物不易起静电,更安全且具有抗菌性能。

一种织物抗静电整理剂,其由以重量计的以下组分混合而成:3份三甲胺乙内酯,5份氨基硅油,14份壳聚糖,4份氟代聚丙烯酸酯衍生物及15份无水乙醇。
实施例3
一种织物抗静电整理剂,其由以重量计的以下组分混合而成:6份三甲胺乙内酯,3份氨基硅油,15份壳聚糖,5份氟代聚丙烯酸酯衍生物及20份无水乙醇。
本发明的抗静电整理剂可以改善所处理的织物的抗静电性能,使其不会因为静电带来不便或甚至是安全问题,且具有一定的抗菌性能。

1.一种织物抗静电整理剂,其特征在于,其由以重量计的以下组分混合而成:
三甲胺乙内酯,1-6份;
氨基硅油,3-5份;
壳聚糖,10-15份;
聚丙烯酸酯衍生物,2-5份;及
乙醇,10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物抗静电整理剂,其特征在于:以重量计,由以下组分混合而成:
三甲胺乙内酯,3-5份;
氨基硅油,4-5份;
壳聚糖,13-15份;
聚丙烯酸酯衍生物,3-4份;
乙醇,15-18份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的织物抗静电整理剂,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酸酯衍生物为氟代聚丙烯酸酯。
