本发明涉及一种皂豆的制备方法,属于日用品加工技术领域。
背景技术
现有皂类用品都拒绝不了碱液的皂化反应,而强碱易破坏添加的营养成分,况且pH值不能达到理想状态。比如皂基皂不仅对于肤质有影响,对环境也是一种避免不了的威胁,即便是冷制皂,也有其工艺及使用的不足。然而,我们都忽略了古人在很久以前就有天然的做皂方式,汉代的《神农本草经》中已有用新鲜皂荚洗衣物的明确记载,后来也有做成皂粉。但皂粉不易操作,且古方配置单一,又不适应现在生活的要求。
现有市场上的药皂,一方面添加过多化学成分,并未重视传统中草药药用价值;另一方面对于中药的添加工艺并没有正视每一味中药本身的药理性质及药效成分。现有的中药皂在加工过程中破坏了中药的有效成分,或是器械对药物产生反应,从而达不到药皂应有的功效或是产生有害物质。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种皂豆的制备方法,摒弃碱液的参与,且加入中药成分,生产出一种突破皂化反应的纯天然植物皂,使其具有美白去斑、滋润皮肤、抗菌消炎的功效。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种皂豆的制备工艺,其制备步骤如下:
一、将单味或成方中药于蒸馏水中过水,捞起放置10~15℃,密封8~10h,而后取出打磨成中药细粉;
二、将糯米、食用豆类干燥,打磨成粉,糯米粉与豆类质量比为3~4:1;
三、将新鲜无患子果皮清净,放入石臼中捣碎成糊状,新鲜皂荚切成约2~3厘米小段,放入石臼中捣碎成泥状,无粗颗粒,而后将两者混合均匀,所用无患子与皂荚的质量比为1:1.1~1.3;
四、将步骤一、步骤二和步骤三中所得原料混合,混合质量比为3:2:2,调制均匀后入模,风干成型,即制成。
进一步的,所述步骤一中,单味或成方中药包括本草类中药饮片、新鲜花草类中药、动物、矿物类中药的一种或几种组合。
更进一步的,对单味或成方中药中不易过水的中药直接打磨成中药细粉。
进一步的,所述步骤二中,食用豆类为黄豆、黑豆、绿豆、扁豆、红豆的一种或多种混合。

实施例1
一种皂豆的制备工艺,其制备步骤如下:
一、将单味或成方中药于蒸馏水中过水,捞起,放置10~15℃密封8~10h,拿出将其打磨成中药细粉,对单味或成方中药中不易过水的中药直接打磨成中药细粉,对成方中药,将上述两步所得中药细粉混合均匀;
二、将糯米、食用豆类干燥,打磨成粉,糯米粉与豆类质量比为3~4:1;
三、将新鲜无患子果皮清净,放入石臼中捣碎成糊状,新鲜皂荚切成约2~3厘米小段,放入石臼中捣碎成泥状,无粗颗粒,而后将两者混合均匀,所用无患子与皂荚的质量比为1:1.1~1.3;
四、将步骤一、步骤二和步骤三中所得原料混合,混合质量比为2:3:2,调制均匀后入模,风干成型,即制成。

一种皂豆的制备工艺,其制备步骤如下:
一、将以下重量份的白茯苓60、黄芪75、白芷60、银杏叶15、甘草30、杏仁45、蒸馏水中过水,捞起,放置10~15℃密封8-10小时,拿出将其打磨成中药细粉;藏红花30、人参15、僵蚕60、珍珠30直接研磨成中药细粉,而后将两者混合均匀。
二、将干燥糯米、黄豆及红豆打磨成粉以备用,糯米粉与豆类比例为4:1。
三、将新鲜无患子果皮清净滴干,放入石臼中捣碎成糊状,将新鲜皂荚切成约2-3厘米小段,放入石臼中捣碎成泥状,无粗颗粒,将无患子和皂荚所得物混合至均匀,其比例为1:1.3。
将步骤一、二、三所得物混合,混合比例为:2:3:2。不断调制均匀,入模,风干成型,即可制成本发明所得皂豆。
本实施例中中药成分:
白茯苓:性甘、淡、平。渗湿利水;健脾和胃;宁心安神。用于小便不利;水肿胀满;痰饮咳逆;呕吐;脾虚食少;泄泻;心悸不安;失眠健忘;遗精白浊。本发明取其渗湿之功效。
黄芪:甘、温。有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。本发明取其益气、抗衰老、抗菌等作用。
白芷:辛,温。有祛风除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能。主治风寒感冒、头痛、鼻炎、牙痛。赤白带下、痛疖肿毒等症。本发明取其除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛的功效。
银杏叶:甘、苦、涩、平。具有活血化瘀,通络止痛,敛肺平喘,化浊降脂的功效。用于瘀血阻络,胸痹心痛,中风偏瘫,肺虚咳喘,高脂血症。本发明取其活血化瘀,通络止痛之功效。
甘草:甘,平。具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。本发明取其清热解毒之功效。

人参:甘、温、平。补元气,固脱,补脾益肺,生津,安神。本发明取其生津、益气之功效。
僵蚕:具有息风止痉,祛风止痛,化痰散结之功效。常用于肝风夹痰,惊痫抽搐,小儿急惊,破伤风,中风口?,风热头痛,目赤咽痛,风疹瘙痒,发颐痄腮。本发明取其祛风止痛之功效。
珍珠:具有安神定惊、明目去翳、解毒生肌等功效,现代研究还表明珍珠在提高人体免疫力、延缓衰老、祛斑美白、补充钙质等方面都具有独特的作用。本发明取其解毒生肌、延缓衰老、祛斑美白、补充钙质之功效。
本实施例所得皂豆的功效为:祛斑美白、祛暗沉、祛黑去色素、提升肌肤活力等。
本发明采用天然的手工工艺,没有皂液制作皂基参与皂化反应,所制成的皂豆取材自然,所添加的中草药成分灵活多样,既可以是中药饮片,也可以是新鲜花、叶、根、茎、果实类草本植物,还可以是动物或矿物类中药,添加物遵循了医药理论,具有保健治疗的功效,使用后的废弃水不会对环境造成污染,纯天然,无公害。

Claims (5)
1.一种皂豆的制备工艺,其制备步骤如下:
一、将单味或成方中药于蒸馏水中过水,捞起放置10~15℃,密封8~10h,而后取出打磨成中药细粉;
二、将糯米、食用豆类干燥,打磨成粉,糯米粉与豆类质量比为3~4:1;
三、将新鲜无患子果皮清净,放入石臼中捣碎成糊状,新鲜皂荚切成约2~3厘米小段,放入石臼中捣碎成泥状,无粗颗粒,而后将两者混合均匀,所用无患子与皂荚的质量比为1:1.1~1.3;
四、将步骤一、步骤二和步骤三中所得原料混合,混合质量比为3:2:2,调制均匀后入模,风干成型,即制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皂豆的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,单味或成方中药包括本草类中药饮片、新鲜花草类中药、动物、矿物类中药的一种或几种组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的皂豆的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,对单味或成方中药中不易过水的中药直接打磨成中药细粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的皂豆的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,食用豆类为黄豆、黑豆、绿豆、扁豆、红豆的一种或多种混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的皂豆的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,成方中药按以下重量份,白茯苓60、黄芪75、白芷60、银杏叶15、甘草30、杏仁45,蒸馏水中过水捞起,放置10~15℃密封8-10h,拿出将其打磨成中药细粉;藏红花30、人参15、僵蚕60、珍珠30直接研磨成中药细粉,而后将两者混合均匀。
