本发明涉及一种直通式海水淡化专用太阳能真空管,包含:涂黑玻璃内管(1)、透明玻璃外管(2)、真空层(3)、真空密封口(4),涂黑玻璃内管(1)为一个上下口均敞开的玻璃管,在外面有透明玻璃外管(2),在透明玻璃外管(2)与涂黑玻璃内管(1)之间为真空层,真空层中的空气通过真空密封口(4)抽空后,再密封,确保内部的密封状态。

本发明涉及一种直通式海水淡化专用太阳能真空管,属于海水淡化领域。
背景技术:
当前,海水淡化多采用蒸发式可是膜式过滤,设备投资大,维护成本高,而利用太阳能加热海水,要求海水具有一定流动性。
发明内容:
本发明涉及一种直通式海水淡化专用太阳能真空管,以实现利用太阳能淡化海水的目的。
为实现上述的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种直通式海水淡化专用太阳能真空管,包含:
涂黑玻璃内管(1)、透明玻璃外管(2)、真空层(3)、真空密封口(4);如附图1所示。
以下结合附图,说明本发明的技术构造及方法:涂黑玻璃内管(1)为一个上下口均敞开的玻璃管,在外面有透明玻璃外管(2),在透明玻璃外管(2)与涂黑玻璃内管(1)之间为真空层,真空层中的空气通过真空密封口(4)抽空后,再密封,确保内部的密封状态,当海水流经涂黑玻璃内管(1)时,通过太阳能加热,然后再通过蒸馏分离出淡水,高浓度海水可排入大海或是生成海盐回收,实现海水淡化。
本发明的有益效果:利用太阳能淡化海水,环保节能。

请参阅附图1所示,涂黑玻璃内管(1)为一个上下口均敞开的玻璃管,在外面有透明玻璃外管(2),在透明玻璃外管(2)与涂黑玻璃内管(1)之间为真空层,真空层中的空气通过真空密封口(4)抽空后,再密封,确保内部的密封状态,当海水流经涂黑玻璃内管(1)时,通过太阳能加热,然后再通过蒸馏分离出淡水,高浓度海水可排入大海或是生成海盐回收,实现海水淡化。
