本发明属于发动机技术领域,具体涉及一种油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的逐步增强,同时也伴随着国家环保排放法规的日趋严格,以及国内越来越多大中型城市的限摩令,以汽油为燃料的小型内燃机动力机械(如摩托车发动机)面临来自电动车的全面冲击,虽然电动车在节能环保方面拥有天然的优势,但是其在续航里程短、充电不方便、电池寿命短、输出扭矩无法满足重载需求、需要另外增加变速机构来解决电机自身功率扭矩的不足、电机耐久性能不可靠易损坏、使用后期维护成本极高等方面的问题同样突出。因此,混合动力发动机,尤其是油电混合动力发动机越来越受到消费者的青睐。
特别是对于小型油电混合动力发动机(例如摩托车发动机、三轮车发动机等)而言,由于缺乏有效技术手段将两组动力输出可靠结合,仅是将驱动电机与发动机进行简单的功能嫁接,市面上没有一种小型油电混合动力发动机将起动电机、充电磁电机与驱动电机三者从结构和功能上融为一体,从而造成相关的零件重复设计和使用,成本高昂,并且故障频发,且不便于维修。解决以上问题成为当务之急。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种从结构和功能上将起动电机、充电磁电机与驱动电机三者融为一体的油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,其要点在于,包括:电机总成;传动盘,其套设在所述电机总成的输出轴上;连接轴孔,沿所述传动盘的轴向设置在其中部,该连接轴孔具有第一连接段和第二连接段,其中,第一连接段用于连接内燃机的传动轴,第二连接段用于连接电机总成的输出轴;以及单向超越离合器,共两个,正对设置且超越方向相反,并过盈压装在所述第二连接段中。
采用以上结构,传动盘上连接轴孔的第一连接段和第二连接段分别用于连接内燃机的传动轴和电机的输出轴,通过两个超越方向相反的单向超越离合器,使两组动力输出在单独工作时不会互相干涉,实现电机本身作为动力输出、电机带动内燃机启动以及内燃机带动电机充电三种工作模式,不但大大减少了相关的零件重复设计和使用,降低了故障发生率,同时极大降低了油电混合动力发动机的结构成本,且结构简单巧妙,易于维修。
作为优选:所述传动盘包括正对设置的第一传动盘和第二传动盘,该第一传动盘与第二传动盘固定连接,所述单向超越离合器一个安装在所述第一传动盘上,另一个安装在所述第二传动盘上。采用以上结构,能够方便两个单向超越离合器的安装,不至于对连接盘的加工精度提出过高要求,降低了生产及装配难度。
作为优选:在所述第一传动盘上沿周向分布有第一连接孔,在所述第二传动盘上沿周向分布有与第一连接孔相应的第二连接孔,每个第一连接孔与相应的第二连接孔通过螺柱连接。采用以上结构,结构简单,且第一传动盘和第二传动盘连接可靠。
作为优选:在所述传动盘的圆周面上沿径向设置有一个或多个凸包,在所述传动盘外侧安装有与该凸包相对应的点火角度信号传感器。采用以上结构,实现对转速信号、角度信息的采集和触发。
作为优选:所述输出轴远离传动轴的一端安装有风扇。采用以上结构,实现对电机的散热,成本低廉,结构可靠。
作为优选:在所述输出轴上套设有两个输出轴支撑轴承,分别位于所述电机总成的两侧端盖上。采用以上结构,减小输出轴转动的摩擦力,有效增加输出轴的使用寿命。
作为优选:在所述输出轴支撑轴承外侧安装有电机油封。采用以上结构,防止机油溢出。
作为优选:所述电机总成通过连接螺栓与所述传动盘的壳体连接。采用以上结构,结构简单,牢固可靠。
作为优选:所述第二连接段的直径大于第一连接段的直径,所述传动轴与第一连接段键连接。采用以上结构,便于传动轴和输出轴的连接。
作为优选:所述单向超越离合器为楔块式、滚柱式或棘轮式超越离合器。可根据实际情况进行选取。

如图1所示,一种油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,包括一个电机总成1和传动轴30,其中,在该电机总成1的输出轴11远离传动轴30的一端安装有风扇13,用于电机散热,在输出轴11靠近传动轴30的一端套设一个整体式的传动盘20,在该传动盘20的中部沿其轴向开设有一个连接轴孔21,改连接轴孔21为阶梯孔形式,沿长度方向分为第一连接段211和第二连接段212,第一连接段211和第二连接段212为同轴设置,且第二连接段212的直径大于第一连接段211的直径,并在第一连接段211内加工有内花键,所述传动轴30的一端加工有与第一连接段211的内花键相适配的外花键,即所述传动轴30的一端与第一连接段211键连接,进而实现传动轴30与传动盘20同步转动。在第二连接段212内沿轴向正对设置有两个超越方向相反的单向超越离合器22,两个单向超越离合器22与所述第二连接段212过盈配合。所述单向超越离合器22可以是楔块式、滚柱式或棘轮式超越离合器。
请参见图1,在电机总成1的输出轴11上套设有两个输出轴支撑轴承15,分别位于所述电机总成1的两侧端盖上,在该输出轴支撑轴承15外侧安装有电机油封14,电机总成1通过连接螺栓12与所述传动盘20的壳体23连接,该壳体23设置在传动盘20的外部,并位于电机总成1和内燃机之间,在所述传动盘20的圆周面上沿径向设置有一个或多个凸包204,在所述传动盘20的外侧安装有与该凸包204相对应的点火角度信号传感器24,该点火角度信号传感器24可以安装在传动盘20的壳体23上或者与传动盘20相邻的盘盖(图中未标记)上,实现对转速信号、角度信息的采集和触发。
实施例2:
如图2所示,本实施例与实施例1大致相同,区别主要在于传动盘20采用分体式结构,即沿轴向分成了同轴设置的第一传动盘201和第二传动盘202,均为圆盘形的结构,连接轴孔21贯穿第一传动盘201和第二传动盘202,第一连接段211整体位于第一传动盘201上,第二连接段212位于第一传动盘201和第二传动盘202上,单向超越离合器22一个安装在位于第一传动盘201的第二连接段212中,另一个安装在第二传动盘202上。在第一传动盘201的盘面周向上均匀地分布有第一连接孔201a,在所述第二传动盘202上沿周向分布有与第一连接孔201a相应的第二连接孔202a,每个第一连接孔201a与相应的第二连接孔202a通过螺柱203连接,螺柱203类似双头螺柱结构,其一端螺纹地穿入第一传动盘201的第一连接孔201a中,另一端穿入第二传动盘202的第二连接孔202a中,将第一传动盘201和第二传动盘202固定连接,并且,螺柱203也可以为螺栓结构,通过与第一连接孔201a和第二连接孔202a螺纹配合将第一传动盘201和第二传动盘202固定连接。
另外,第一传动盘201和第二传动盘202也可以是其中一个的盘面周向上均匀分布有多个凹槽,另一个在相对应的位置设有形状大小与凹槽相适应的凸柱,凸柱嵌入到对应的凹槽中,使第一传动盘201和第二传动盘202固定连接。
本发明的工作原理如下:
当电机作为内燃机启动电机时,电机的输出轴11在两个单向超越离合器作用下可以带动传动轴30转动,当到达一定转速时,点火角度信号传感器24输出信号,使电磁阀工作,打开燃油开关,启动内燃机并使内燃机燃油状态下正常燃烧,并能实现稳定怠速自动运行。此时,内燃机作为动力输出,内燃机带动传动轴30(包括但不限于曲轴、主轴、副轴)转动,在两个超越方向相反的单向超越离合器作用下,由于传动轴30的转速大于输出轴11的转速,传动轴30带动电机的输出轴11转动,因此可以将能量回收充电,发动机此时作为充电磁电机。当电机作为驱动电机时,即作为动力输出时,电机的输出轴11带动传动轴30转动,将动力传递输出。
最后需要说明的是,上述描述仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不违背本发明宗旨及权利要求的前提下,可以做出多种类似的表示,这样的变换均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,其特征在于,包括:
电机总成(1);
传动盘(20),其套设在所述电机总成(1)的输出轴(11)上;
连接轴孔(21),沿所述传动盘(20)的轴向设置在其中部,该连接轴孔(21)具有第一连接段(211)和第二连接段(212),其中,第一连接段(211)用于连接内燃机的传动轴(30),第二连接段(212)用于连接电机总成(1)的输出轴(11);以及
单向超越离合器(22),共两个,正对设置且超越方向相反,并过盈压装在所述第二连接段(212)中;
其中,在所述传动盘(20)的圆周面上沿径向设置有至少一个凸包(204),在所述传动盘(20)外侧安装有与该凸包(204)相对应的点火角度信号传感器(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,其特征在于:所述传动盘(20)包括正对设置的第一传动盘(201)和第二传动盘(202),该第一传动盘(201)与第二传动盘(202)固定连接,所述单向超越离合器(22)一个安装在所述第一传动盘(201)上,另一个安装在所述第二传动盘(202)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,其特征在于:在所述第一传动盘(201)上沿周向分布有第一连接孔(201a),在所述第二传动盘(202)上沿周向分布有与第一连接孔(201a)相应的第二连接孔(202a),每个第一连接孔(201a)与相应的第二连接孔(202a)通过螺柱(203)连接。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,其特征在于:所述输出轴(11)远离传动轴(30)的一端安装有风扇(13)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,其特征在于:在所述输出轴(11)上套设有两个输出轴支撑轴承(15),分别位于所述电机总成(1)的两侧端盖上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,其特征在于:在所述输出轴支撑轴承(15)外侧安装有电机油封(14)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,其特征在于:所述电机总成(1)通过连接螺栓(12)与所述传动盘(20)的壳体(23)连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,其特征在于:所述第二连接段(212)的直径大于第一连接段(211)的直径,所述传动轴(30)与第一连接段(211)键连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的油电混合动力发动机电机连接结构,其特征在于:所述单向超越离合器(22)为楔块式、滚柱式或棘轮式超越离合器。
