背景技术
夏季天气炎热，蚊虫肆虐，即使再小心防护，也很难避免不被叮咬，一般人被蚊子叮咬后，都会出现红肿、痒、痛等症状。叮咬后要注意避免过分挠抓，否则特别容易发生感染。通常为了止痒，大多数人会在红肿部分皮肤上涂抹花露水、风油精等。但是花露水含有酒精成分，涂抹在身上，随着酒精的挥发会带走身体的热量，产生凉爽感，但长期大量使用，会导致体表排汗功能障碍，排汗不畅，体内热量排泄不畅，容易引起中暑。花露水刺激性成分含量较高，而儿童皮肤娇嫩，如果直接涂抹在皮肤上，会给儿童皮肤带来一些刺激，引起不适。风油精的主要成分之一樟脑具有一定的毒性，孕妇和儿童都不适宜使用。
现代医学所谓的疼痛，是一种复杂的生理心理活动，是临床上最常见的症状之一。它包括伤害性刺激作用于机体所引起的痛感觉，以及机体对伤害性刺激的痛反应(躯体运动性反应和/或内脏植物性反应，常伴随有强烈的情绪色彩)。痛觉可作为机体受到伤害的一种警告，引起机体一系列防御性保护反应。但另一方面，疼痛作为报警也有其局限性(如癌症等出现疼痛时，已为时太晚)。而某些长期的剧烈疼痛，对机体已成为一种难以忍受的折磨。因此，镇痛是医务工作者面临的重要任务。疼痛是象征危险的信号，促使人们紧急行动，避险去害。在医学上，疼痛是最常见的症状之一，疼痛的位置常指示病灶所在，而疼痛的性质间接说明病理过程的类型。另一方面，在不影响对病情的观察的条件下，医生有责任帮助病人消除疼痛。因而无论是麻醉止痛还是一般镇痛措施，都是医学研究的一个重要课题。
在当今诸多超负荷的工作压力下导致疼痛增多，但是市面上许多药品单病单治，有的治标不治本，有的顾此失彼，疼痛没治好，却又来了别的病。诸如牵引、手术除了给众多患者带来生活上的不便之外，还要承担高昂的治疗费用，且复发率很高。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种消肿止痛的膏药及其制备方法。
一种消肿止痛的膏药，原材料按照如下份数比组成：
当归35-42份，乳香32-48份，穿山甲6-12份，独活11-23份，石胡荽27-38份，秦艽17-30份，红花17-29份，延胡索16-23份，川牛膝15-26份，杜仲17-28份，防风16-27份，全蝎6-16份，五爪龙17-29份，凤仙花13-23份，羊踯躅11-21份，麝香3-9份，甘草7-18份，广丹190-210份，香油510-530份，凡士林11-16份，薄荷脑3-9份，甘油7-13份，聚多卡醇2-5份，薄荷醇0.08-0.2份，蒲公英2-7份，滑石2-6份，对羟基苯甲酸酯1-7份，烷基苯磺酸钠2-5份，香精2-6份。
进一步说明，所述的一种消肿止痛的膏药，原材料按照如下份数比组成：
当归36份，乳香38份，穿山甲10份，独活13份，石胡荽28份，秦艽19份，红花19份，延胡索20份，川牛膝16份，杜仲18份，防风17份，全蝎9份，五爪龙19份，凤仙花15份，羊踯躅18份，麝香7份，甘草11份，广丹191份，香油510份，凡士林12份，薄荷脑8份，甘油12份，聚多卡醇3份，薄荷醇0.09份，蒲公英6份，滑石5份，对羟基苯甲酸酯2份，烷基苯磺酸钠3份，香精4份。
进一步说明，所述的一种消肿止痛的膏药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)将凡士林，薄荷脑，甘油，聚多卡醇，薄荷醇，蒲公英，滑石，对羟基苯甲酸酯，烷基苯磺酸钠进行混合并进行加热，温度为76-86℃，加入蒸馏水并搅拌成乳状；
(2)在步骤(1)的混合物中加入香精，搅拌均匀并冷却；
(3)将穿山甲、全蝎和麝香单独粉碎，备用；
(4)将当归，乳香，穿山甲，独活，石胡荽，秦艽，红花，延胡索，川牛膝，杜仲，防风，全蝎，五爪龙，凤仙花，羊踯躅，麝香，甘草全部放入香油中浸泡7天；
(5)将步骤(4)中的备用药物进行熬制，温度为200-230℃，时间为1-1.5小时，然后用大火熬制，温度为290-310℃，时间为0.5-1小时；
(6)再将温度升至300℃时缓而匀速的搅入广丹，在搅入广丹时停火降温，将药膏倒入冷水中褪火毒，将成块的药膏放入锅中，将温度升到80℃再搅入步骤(2)的混合物和步骤(3)的药粉，即可。

乳香：辛、苦，温；活血止痛，消肿生肌。
穿山甲：味咸，微寒；通经下乳，祛瘀散结，消肿排脓，外用止血。
独活：辛、苦，温；祛风除湿，通痹止痛，解表。
石胡荽：辛、温，无毒；通窍散寒，祛风利湿，散瘀消肿。
秦艽：苦、辛，微寒；祛风湿，舒筋络，清虚热。
红花：辛，温；活血通经，散瘀止痛。
延胡索：辛、苦，温；活血，利气，止痛。
川牛膝：甘、微苦，性平；活血祛瘀，祛风利湿。
杜仲：甘，温；补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎。
防风：辛、甘，温；解表祛风，胜湿，止痉。
全蝎：辛、平，有毒；息风镇痉，攻毒散结，通络止痛。
五爪龙：甘、微苦，性平；祛风除湿，祛瘀消肿。
凤仙花：味甘、苦，性微温；祛风除湿，活血止痛，解毒杀虫。
羊踯躅：辛、性温，有毒；驱风除湿，化痰止咳，散瘀止痛。
麝香：辛，温；开窍醒神，活血通经，消肿止痛。
甘草：甘，平；补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
广丹：辛、咸，微寒，有毒；外用解毒生肌。
香油：味甘、性微寒，无毒；润燥通便，解毒，生肌。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明具有祛风除湿，疏风散寒、散热、活血化瘀，通经活络，散结止痛，强筋壮骨，清热解毒，消肿止痛之疗效，临床对风寒、湿，劳伤，跌打伤导致的头痛，颈椎病，肩周炎，脊柱炎，骨增生，骨膜炎，关节炎等病症引起的酸、困、僵、麻、热、冷、肿等疼痛。本本发明也可用于消肿止痒，以具有消肿止痒的中草药为主要有效成分，天然安全，适合各种人群使用。

所述的一种消肿止痛的膏药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)将凡士林，薄荷脑，甘油，聚多卡醇，薄荷醇，蒲公英，滑石，对羟基苯甲酸酯，烷基苯磺酸钠进行混合并进行加热，温度为76℃，加入蒸馏水并搅拌成乳状；
(2)在步骤(1)的混合物中加入香精，搅拌均匀并冷却；
(3)将穿山甲、全蝎和麝香单独粉碎，备用；
(4)将当归，乳香，穿山甲，独活，石胡荽，秦艽，红花，延胡索，川牛膝，杜仲，防风，全蝎，五爪龙，凤仙花，羊踯躅，麝香，甘草全部放入香油中浸泡7天；
(5)将步骤(4)中的备用药物进行熬制，温度为200℃，时间为1小时，然后用大火熬制，温度为290℃，时间为0.5小时；
(6)再将温度升至300℃时缓而匀速的搅入广丹，在搅入广丹时停火降温，将药膏倒入冷水中褪火毒，将成块的药膏放入锅中，将温度升到80℃再搅入步骤(2)的混合物和步骤(3)的药粉，即可。
实施例2
一种消肿止痛的膏药，原材料按照如下份数比组成：
当归42份，乳香48份，穿山甲12份，独活23份，石胡荽38份，秦艽30份，红花29份，延胡索23份，川牛膝26份，杜仲28份，防风27份，全蝎16份，五爪龙29份，凤仙花23份，羊踯躅21份，麝香9份，甘草18份，广丹210份，香油530份，凡士林16份，薄荷脑9份，甘油13份，聚多卡醇5份，薄荷醇0.2份，蒲公英7份，滑石6份，对羟基苯甲酸酯7份，烷基苯磺酸钠5份，香精6份。
所述的一种消肿止痛的膏药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)将凡士林，薄荷脑，甘油，聚多卡醇，薄荷醇，蒲公英，滑石，对羟基苯甲酸酯，烷基苯磺酸钠进行混合并进行加热，温度为86℃，加入蒸馏水并搅拌成乳状；
(2)在步骤(1)的混合物中加入香精，搅拌均匀并冷却；
(3)将穿山甲、全蝎和麝香单独粉碎，备用；
(4)将当归，乳香，穿山甲，独活，石胡荽，秦艽，红花，延胡索，川牛膝，杜仲，防风，全蝎，五爪龙，凤仙花，羊踯躅，麝香，甘草全部放入香油中浸泡7天；
(5)将步骤(4)中的备用药物进行熬制，温度为230℃，时间为1.5小时，然后用大火熬制，温度为310℃，时间为1小时；
(6)再将温度升至300℃时缓而匀速的搅入广丹，在搅入广丹时停火降温，将药膏倒入冷水中褪火毒，将成块的药膏放入锅中，将温度升到80℃再搅入步骤(2)的混合物和步骤(3)的药粉，即可。

1.一种消肿止痛的膏药，其特征在于，原材料按照如下份数比组成：
当归35-42份，乳香32-48份，穿山甲6-12份，独活11-23份，石胡荽27-38份，秦艽17-30份，红花17-29份，延胡索16-23份，川牛膝15-26份，杜仲17-28份，防风16-27份，全蝎6-16份，五爪龙17-29份，凤仙花13-23份，羊踯躅11-21份，麝香3-9份，甘草7-18份，广丹190-210份，香油510-530份，凡士林11-16份，薄荷脑3-9份，甘油7-13份，聚多卡醇2-5份，薄荷醇0.08-0.2份，蒲公英2-7份，滑石2-6份，对羟基苯甲酸酯1-7份，烷基苯磺酸钠2-5份，香精2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消肿止痛的膏药，其特征在于，原材料按照如下份数比组成：当归36份，乳香38份，穿山甲10份，独活13份，石胡荽28份，秦艽19份，红花19份，延胡索20份，川牛膝16份，杜仲18份，防风17份，全蝎9份，五爪龙19份，凤仙花15份，羊踯躅18份，麝香7份，甘草11份，广丹191份，香油510份，凡士林12份，薄荷脑8份，甘油12份，聚多卡醇3份，薄荷醇0.09份，蒲公英6份，滑石5份，对羟基苯甲酸酯2份，烷基苯磺酸钠3份，香精4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消肿止痛的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
(1)将凡士林，薄荷脑，甘油，聚多卡醇，薄荷醇，蒲公英，滑石，对羟基苯甲酸酯，烷基苯磺酸钠进行混合并进行加热，温度为76-86℃，加入蒸馏水并搅拌成乳状；
(2)在步骤(1)的混合物中加入香精，搅拌均匀并冷却；
(3)将穿山甲、全蝎和麝香单独粉碎，备用；
(4)将当归，乳香，穿山甲，独活，石胡荽，秦艽，红花，延胡索，川牛膝，杜仲，防风，全蝎，五爪龙，凤仙花，羊踯躅，麝香，甘草全部放入香油中浸泡7天；
(5)将步骤(4)中的备用药物进行熬制，温度为200-230℃，时间为1-1.5小时，然后用大火熬制，温度为290-310℃，时间为0.5-1小时；
(6)再将温度升至300℃时缓而匀速的搅入广丹，在搅入广丹时停火降温，将药膏倒入冷水中褪火毒，将成块的药膏放入锅中，将温度升到80℃再搅入步骤(2)的混合物和步骤(3)的药粉，即可。
