Abstract

本发明公开了一种空心界面钉,包括空心柱状的钉身,所述钉身的尾部敞口,钉身的头部由钉头封闭,且钉头的外端为半球形,所述钉身的外壁上开有蜂窝状的小孔,用于填充自体松质骨,所述钉身内连接有支撑铆钉。本发明采用柱状的空心界面钉来避免对肌腱移植物的切割,同时采用支撑铆钉来支撑空心界面钉和锁紧自体松质骨,还具有结构简单、使用寿命长、使用副作用小等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别涉及一种空心界面钉。
背景技术
前交叉韧带的是维持膝关节稳定的主要结构之一,解剖和生物力学特点决定了前十字韧带在人群分布、损伤机制及合并损伤等方面,显现出与其他膝关节损伤不同的疾病特征。前交叉韧带撕裂引起膝关节不稳,治疗不当将引起膝关节功能严重障碍。由于损伤暴力较大,常合并其他主要结构损伤,诊断、处理不当将会延误治疗,同时由于前交叉韧带的力学功能日益得到重视,以及损伤后造成的功能性不稳定,造成的膝关节不能满足日常生活和运动的需要,并可导致膝关节一系列后遗病变,因此应该行手术治疗,重建韧带及其功能。
前交叉韧带断裂手术会使用界面螺钉或纽扣板进行对肌腱移植物进行固定,但是界面螺钉对肌腱移植物的切割作用,进一步影响了肌腱的抗拉强度和腱与骨愈合。而纽扣板固定伴随的“雨刷效应”和“蹦极效应”可能会破坏移植物在骨隧道内的生物学愈合过程。
因此本领域技术人员致力于开发一种对肌腱移植物无切割作用,且不会破坏移植物在骨隧道内的生物学愈合过程的固定件。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种对肌腱移植物无切割作用,且不会破坏移植物在骨隧道内的生物学愈合过程的固定件。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种空心界面钉,包括空心柱状的钉身,所述钉身的尾部敞口,钉身的头部由钉头封闭,且钉头的外端为半球形,所述钉身的外壁上开有蜂窝状的小孔,用于填充自体松质骨,所述钉身内连接有支撑铆钉。
采用上述结构的空心界面钉,由于钉身为空心柱状而没有螺纹,并且半球状的钉头使空心界面钉进入骨隧道与肌腱移植物之间时阻力较小,并对肌腱移植物无切割作用。在钉身内填充自体松质骨,利用其诱导成骨的特性促进所挤压的韧带通过小孔与松质骨界面融合,同时通过支撑铆钉来支撑空心界面钉,防止其脱落,同时可以锁紧自体松质骨,从而不会产生“雨刷效应”和“蹦极效应”,从而避免破坏移植物在骨隧道内的生物学愈合过程。
作为优选的,所述支撑铆钉的头部为锥形,且支撑铆钉的头部插入到钉头内端,所述支撑铆钉的钉体外壁为锯齿状,且支撑铆钉的钉体内沿轴向开有中心导向盲孔,所述支撑铆钉的头部封闭、尾部敞口。锯齿状的钉体外壁可以使支撑铆钉更好的锁紧自体松质骨,中心导向盲孔使支撑铆钉的钉入位置不会产生偏移。
作为优选的,所述钉身和钉头为一体成型结构。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用柱状的空心界面钉来避免对肌腱移植物的切割,同时采用支撑铆钉来支撑空心界面钉和锁紧自体松质骨,还具有结构简单、使用寿命长、使用副作用小等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例包括钉身1、钉头2和支撑铆钉3等部件,所述钉身1为空心柱状结构,钉身1的尾部敞口,钉身1的头部由钉头2封闭,所述钉头2的外端为半球形,钉头2和钉身1为一体成型结构,在本实施例中,优选为钉身1和钉头2采用3D打印一体成型。所述钉身1的外壁上开有蜂窝状的小孔1a,用于填充自体松质骨,所述钉身1内连接有支撑铆钉3。
所述支撑铆钉3的头部为锥形,且支撑铆钉3的头部插入到钉头2内端,所述支撑铆钉3的钉体外壁为锯齿状,且支撑铆钉3的钉体内沿轴向开有中心导向盲孔3a,所述支撑铆钉3的头部封闭、尾部敞口。
使用方法:
膝关节交叉韧带重建手术中,使用配套的打入器将将钉身1打入骨隧道固定肌腱移植物,置入深度以钉尾达到软骨下骨为准。再往钉身1的柱状空心内处填入自体松质骨骨屑,使骨屑填满空心界面钉的蜂巢状小孔1a。最后将支撑锚钉3打入钉身1的空心内,锁紧空心界面钉。

Claims (3)

1.一种空心界面钉,其特征是:包括空心柱状的钉身(1),所述钉身(1)的尾部敞口,钉身(1)的头部由钉头(2)封闭,且钉头(2)的外端为半球形,所述钉身(1)的外壁上开有蜂窝状的小孔(1a),用于填充自体松质骨,所述钉身(1)内连接有支撑铆钉(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的空心界面钉,其特征是:所述支撑铆钉(3)的头部为锥形,且支撑铆钉(3)的头部插入到钉头(2)内端,所述支撑铆钉(3)的钉体外壁为锯齿状,且支撑铆钉(3)的钉体内沿轴向开有中心导向盲孔(3a),所述支撑铆钉(3)的头部封闭、尾部敞口。
3.如权利要求1所述的空心界面钉,其特征是:所述钉身(1)和钉头(2)为一体成型结构。
