Abstract

本发明实施例提供了上行聚合载波的方法及基站,当所述聚合载波组中所有CC聚合时所述UE所需的总发射功率大于UE的最大发射功率时,选择预设调整规则调整所述聚合载波组中的CC,使得调整后的聚合载波组中的所有CC聚合时所需的总发射功率不大于所述UE的最大发射功率,利用调整后的聚合载波组中的每个CC与所述UE进行传输上行数据。从而保证调整后的聚合载波组中的所有CC聚合时所需的总发射功率不大于所述UE的最大发射功率,基利用调整后的聚合载波组中的每个CC与所述UE进行传输上行数据时,不会产生UE发射功率回退的问题,所述聚合载波组中每个CC都可以按照所述UE给此CC所分配的发射功率进行上行数据传输,提高聚合载波组中每个CC的数据传输效率。
