背景技术

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供改进的自行车训练器,其结合固定自行车训练器和自行车滚轴的优点并且克服US 2009/0075785 A1已知的自行车训练器的缺点。特别地,本发明的目的是提供尽可能接近地模仿在公路上的骑车条件的自行车训练器。

图1至8以立体图(图1和2)、侧视图(图3和4)、主视图(图5)、后视图(图6)、俯视图(图7)以及仰视图(图8)示出根据本发明的自行车训练器的优选实施方式。根据此优选实施方式的自行车训练器包括支撑件1,该支撑件1用于支撑具有车架和附接至后轴的后车轮的自行车(未示出)。支撑件1包括用于将自行车偏置成直立取向的装置2。自行车训练器进一步包括用于与自行车的后车轮接合的滚轴3a。当自行车由支撑件1支撑时,滚轴适于提供抵抗旋转后车轮的阻力。自行车的后轴不连接至支撑件1。在使用期间,自行车的后车轮倚靠在滚轴3a以及第二滚轴3b上。因为滚轴3a连接至支撑件,所以自行车的后轴经由后车轮和滚轴3a大概间接地连接至支撑件。然而,本发明被理解为这样的方式:滚轴3a不是支撑件1的部分(尽管连接至支撑件1),并且后车轮在滚轴3a上的倚靠不被理解为后轴和支撑件之间的连接。特别地,无论如何,自行车的后轴不安装至支撑件。
而是,后车轮自由地倚靠在第一滚轴3a和第二滚轴3b上并且由第一滚轴3a和第二滚轴3b支撑。自行车的前车轮倚靠在安装部分5上并且由安装部分5支撑,所述安装部分5优选地包括用于接合前车轮的轮胎的装置6。优选地,装置6的用于接收前车轮的轮胎的槽的宽度可调节。尽管不需要,前车轮可以另外借助于诸如绳索或带条的附加固定件固定至安装部分5。优选地,用于前车轮的安装部分5与两个滚轴3a和3b之间的距离通过气缸和活塞8可调节。由此,本发明的自行车训练器可以适于任何类型和尺寸的自行车。
自行车至支撑件1的安装经由用于将自行车偏置成直立取向的装置2实现。装置2包括杆和棒系统。尤其,装置包括气缸15和可以在气缸15内上下移动的活塞16。优选地,活塞的外表面具有带凹槽或沟的表面,该表面与气缸15的相应的带凹槽或沟的内表面接合,以避免活塞16在气缸15内旋转。优选地,用于接收和支撑自行车的车架的一部分的装置17设置在活塞16的顶部上。优选地,所述装置17适于接收并支撑自行车车架的底部托架。另外,杆和棒的系统包括棒条18等,用于将自行车的下管安装至用于将自行车偏置成直立取向的装置。在优选实施方式中,棒条18包括两个棒和两个转接器19,该转接器19能够沿着这两个棒可滑动地移动。这些转接器19适于与自行车车架的下管接合并且安装至自行车车架的下管。转接器19可以包括任何已知的可释放的紧固系统。优选地,转接器包括用于缠绕自行车车架的下管的带条,于是所述自行车车架的下管可以被收紧和紧固。另外或可替换地,提供这种或其他可释放的紧固系统,以将自行车车架的底部托架固定至装置17。
优选地,棒条18可枢转地附接至活塞16,以可调节成自行车车架的下管的不同取向。一旦被安装,自行车车架(即其底部托架)倚靠在装置17上并且车架(优选地其下管)附接至两个转接器19。优选地,底部托架还附接至装置17,以进一步稳固自行车车架。然而,优选地,以这样的方式选择活塞16和气缸15的尺寸:一旦被安装,一方面,自行车倚靠在滚轴3a和3b上,另一方面自行车倚靠在用于前车轮的安装部分5上。但是,只要自行车竖直取向就没有实质的竖直力从用于将自行车偏置成直立取向的装置传递。此外,因为活塞16可以在气缸15内自由地上下移动,所以一旦被安装,整个自行车可以被抬离支撑件。
用于将自行车偏置成直立取向的整个装置适于允许自行车的倾斜移动。对于此目的,气缸15可以绕纵向轴线(平行于活塞和气缸8)旋转或枢转。然而,枢转气缸15压缩经由安装件12分别连接至气缸15的两个弹簧11中的任一个。优选地,弹簧11沿一个方向作用。相应地,枢转气缸15压缩两个弹簧11中的一个,而两个弹簧11中的另一个不会通过力而伸展。优选地,安装部分12可以沿圆弧段13上下移动。沿所述弧形段移动安装部分12不会改变弹簧11的压缩,但是减少或增加从气缸15作用至弹簧11上的杠杆臂。优选地,安装部分12可以借助于气缸15内的马达和主轴上下移动。
如果自行车安装至自行车训练器并且在自行车上的使用者偏向一侧,自行车与气缸15一起倾斜离开竖直方向并且从而压缩弹簧11中的一个。作为回应,此压缩的弹簧11提供将自行车偏置回直立取向的扭矩。如上所讨论地,所述扭矩的量可以通过上下移动安装部分12而调节。由此,为使用者提供一定量的自由度,以在自行车上移动,但是由偏置扭矩稳定。优选地,设置有止动件,所述止动件避免气缸15(相应地自行车)对于竖直方向越过预定临界角的倾斜移动。
一旦被安装,使用者可以踩踏自行车,以旋转后车轮。由设置在滚轴3a内的马达4驱动的滚轴3a主动地提供抵抗旋转后车轮的阻力并且如果需要优选地还主动地加速后车轮。优选地,第二滚轴3b可以自由地旋转。滚轴3a内的马达4以及用于调节扭矩的附加马达可以由控制单元9控制。优选地,控制单元或处理器9可以连接至显示器和/或计算机,以允许显示特定的训练概况和/或具体训练单元的预定的具体参数。
整个自行车训练器倚靠在高度可调节的六个支脚7a至7f上。此外,优选地,自行车训练器包括两个附加滚轴或车轮10,其可以从图中示出的它们的静止位置枢转开,以允许容易移动自行车训练器。
Claims (19)
1.自行车训练器,包括:
支撑件,所述支撑件用于支撑具有车架和附接至后轴的后车轮的自行车,所述支撑件包括用于将所述自行车偏置成直立取向的装置,以及
滚轴,所述滚轴用于与所述自行车的后车轮接合,
其中,当所述自行车由所述支撑件支撑时,所述滚轴适于提供抵抗旋转所述后车轮的阻力并且所述自行车的所述后轴不连接至所述支撑件,
其中,用于偏置的所述装置适于允许所述自行车的倾斜移动,并且用于偏置的所述装置适于在除了后轴之外的部分处直接或间接地连接至所述自行车车架的下管和/或底部托架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自行车训练器,其中用于偏置的所述装置适于提供将所述自行车偏置成所述自行车的相对于竖直方向越过预定第一临界角度的直立取向的扭矩。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自行车训练器,其中所述第一临界角度小于1°。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的自行车训练器,进一步包括止动件,所述止动件适于避免所述自行车的相对于竖直方向越过预定第二临界角度的倾斜移动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自行车训练器,其中所述第二临界角度在2°至6°之间的范围。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的自行车训练器,其中用于偏置的所述装置包括两个独立的弹簧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的自行车训练器,其中所述弹簧适于提供将所述自行车偏置成直立取向的扭矩并且其中所述扭矩的量能够手动和/或借助于马达调节。
8.根据权利要求7所述的自行车训练器,其中所述扭矩能够通过改变杠杆臂调节。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的自行车训练器,其中所述扭矩可以在5Nm至200Nm之间的范围调节。
10.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的自行车训练器,其中当所述自行车由所述支撑件支撑时,所述自行车的后车轮在所述滚轴上沿侧向方向自由移动。
11.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的自行车训练器,其中当所述自行车由所述支撑件支撑时,所述支撑件允许将所述后车轮抬离所述滚轴。
12.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的自行车训练器,进一步包括马达,所述马达适于调节抵抗旋转所述后车轮的阻力,其中所述阻力由所述马达本身主动地提供并且其中所述马达还适于加速所述后车轮。
13.根据权利要求12所述的自行车训练器,其中所述马达设置在所述滚轴内。
14.根据权利要求3所述的自行车训练器,其中所述第一临界角度小于0.5°。
15.根据权利要求3所述的自行车训练器,其中所述第一临界角度为0°。
16.根据权利要求5所述的自行车训练器,其中所述第二临界角度在3°至5°之间的范围。
17.根据权利要求5所述的自行车训练器,其中所述第二临界角度为4°。
18.根据权利要求9所述的自行车训练器,其中所述扭矩可以在15Nm至150Nm之间的范围调节。
19.根据权利要求9所述的自行车训练器,其中所述扭矩可以在25Nm至100Nm之间的范围调节。
