技术领域
本发明涉及一种转轴检测器,更具体地说,它涉及一种台阶轴同轴度检测装置。
背景技术
现有的阶梯轴同轴度检测装置通过阶梯轴与检测装置通过螺纹连接的连接方式对阶梯轴进行检测,这样在阶梯轴安装麻烦,操作困难,从而影响了阶梯轴的检测,提高了安装所需的时间,降低了劳动量。
因此,有必要提供一种新的台阶轴同轴度检测装置。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种台阶轴同轴度检测装置及其检测方法,以解决上述问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种台阶轴同轴度检测装置,包括检测装置及承载所述检测装置的机台,所述检测装置包括检测座、若干检测刷及报警装置,所述检测座包括检测孔,所述检测刷包括电刷和调节杆,所述调节杆设于所述电刷底部用于调节所述电刷的高度,所述检测座与所述检测刷电连接。
优选的,若干个所述检测刷包括轴身检测刷、轴肩检测刷及轴体检测刷。
优选的,所述轴身检测刷、轴肩检测刷及轴体检测刷分别与所述报警装置电连接。
优选的,所述检测座还包括旋转电机,所述旋转电机驱动所述检测座旋转。
优选的,所述报警装置为LED报警灯。
一种台阶轴同轴度检测方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、提供待检测台阶轴,将所述台阶轴的轴头固定于所述检测座,所述检测座的检测孔紧密环设与所述轴头;
步骤(2)、将所述台阶轴的轴身、轴肩及轴体设置于所述轴身检测刷、轴肩检测刷及轴体检测刷的顶部,并根据所述轴身、轴肩及轴体的直径分别调节所述检测刷的高度,使所述检测刷与所述轴身、轴肩及轴体的外壁间距为1㎜;
步骤(3)、开启旋转电机,所述旋转电机驱动所述检测座带动所述台阶轴旋转;
步骤(4)、提供电路系统,所述电路系统将所述支撑台、所述检测刷及所述报警装置电连接;
步骤(5)、当轴身检测刷、轴肩检测刷及轴体检测刷与其对应的轴身、轴肩及轴体接触时,所述电路系统形成闭合电路,所述报警装置报警;
步骤(6)、根据不同的所述电路系统的报警,找到所述台阶轴的同轴度问题段。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明台阶轴同轴度检测装置及其检测方法通过将台阶轴的一端固定,并通过检测刷和电路系统配合,可以迅速找到同轴度的问题段,该结构方便了阶梯轴与检测装置的连接方式,安装简单,操作方便,提高了阶梯轴同轴度的检测效率,提高了生产量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图1,本发明公开一种台阶轴同轴度检测装置1包括检测装置11及承载所述检测装置11的机台12。
所述检测装11置包括检测座111、若干检测刷112及报警装置113,所述检测座111包括检测孔1111,每一个所述检测刷112包括电刷1121和调节杆1122,所述调节杆1122设于所述电刷1121底部用于调节所述电刷1121的高度,所述检测座111与所述检测刷112电连接。
在本实施例中,若干所述检测刷112的数量为三个,分别为轴身检测刷114、轴肩检测刷115及轴体检测刷116。
所述轴身检测刷114、轴肩检测刷115及轴体检测刷116分别与所述报警装置113电连接。
所述检测座111还包括旋转电机1112,所述旋转电机1112驱动所述检测座111旋转。
所述报警装置113为LED报警灯;进一步的,所述LED报警灯的数量与所述检测刷112的数量相同,且分别与其电连接。
在本实施例中,所述检测刷112可以根据不同台阶轴的不同形状,设置不同结构的所述电刷1121,并对每个电刷上设置电连接的报警装置113,所述检测孔1111的尺寸也可以根据轴头的尺寸进行调整。
在本发明另一替代实施例中,所述检测座包括检测孔和检测杆,所述检测杆设于所述检测孔内,所述检测杆设于所述台阶轴的轴心线上且与所述中心孔相对,在机台的另一侧设置红外线接收装置,所述红外线接收装置设置在所述检测杆的延伸方向上,进一步的,所述检测杆为红外线检测杆。
设置红外线检测杆,在检测台阶轴外壁同轴度的基础上,再从中心孔检测台阶轴的同轴度,根据红外线检测杆的红外线发射数据,所述红外线接收装置接收数据,并根据分析得到的数据信息判断台阶轴的同轴度信息,使检测数据更全面和准确。
本发明还公开一种应用上述台阶轴同轴度检测装置的台阶轴同轴度检测方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、提供待检测台阶轴,将所述台阶轴的轴头固定于所述检测座,所述检测座的检测孔紧密环设与所述轴头;
步骤(2)、将所述台阶轴的轴身、轴肩及轴体设置于所述轴身检测刷、轴肩检测刷及轴体检测刷的顶部,并根据所述轴身、轴肩及轴体的直径分别调节所述检测刷的高度,使所述检测刷与所述轴身、轴肩及轴体的外壁间距为1㎜;该尺寸不是唯一的,在其他实施例中,可以根据所述台阶轴的制作精度要求进行调整。
步骤(3)、开启旋转电机,所述旋转电机驱动所述检测座带动所述台阶轴旋转;
步骤(4)、提供电路系统,所述电路系统将所述支撑台、所述检测刷及所述报警装置电连接;
步骤(5)、当轴身检测刷、轴肩检测刷及轴体检测刷与其对应的轴身、轴肩及轴体接触时,所述电路系统形成闭合电路,所述报警装置报警;
步骤(6)、根据不同的所述电路系统的报警,找到所述台阶轴的同轴度问题段。
综上所述,本发明台阶轴同轴度检测装置及其检测方法通过将台阶轴的一端固定,并通过检测刷和电路系统配合,可以迅速找到同轴度的问题段,该结构方便了阶梯轴与检测装置的连接方式,安装简单,操作方便,提高了阶梯轴同轴度的检测效率,提高了生产量。

1.一种台阶轴同轴度检测装置,包括检测装置及承载所述检测装置的机台,其特征在于:所述检测装置包括检测座、若干检测刷及报警装置,所述检测座包括检测孔,所述检测刷包括电刷和调节杆,所述调节杆设于所述电刷底部用于调节所述电刷的高度,所述检测座与所述检测刷电连接,若干个所述检测刷为轴身检测刷、轴肩检测刷及轴体检测刷,所述轴身检测刷、轴肩检测刷及轴体检测刷分别与所述报警装置电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的台阶轴同轴度检测装置,其特征在于:所述检测座还包括旋转电机,所述旋转电机驱动所述检测座旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的台阶轴同轴度检测装置,其特征在于:所述报警装置为LED报警灯。
