Abstract

本发明涉及装潢用材,具体公开了一种新型玻璃,包括主体和设置在主体两侧的镀膜基体,主体包括两块相对侧为凹凸面玻璃,确保了该新型玻璃能形成漫反射,镀膜基体使该新型玻璃的表面不粗糙,方便了玻璃表面清理,两块相对侧为凹凸面玻璃之间设有密封腔,密封腔内注有有色液态或抽成真空;两个镀膜基体的外侧由内至外依次设有镀银层、镀铜层和防氧化层;主体、镀膜基体、镀银层、镀铜层和防氧化层均为透明状,镀银层防止了有害光线透过该新型玻璃,镀铜层确保了该新型玻璃对450至550nm波段的光线的透射率和其他波段的光线的透射率相同,使该新型玻璃的透过颜色为纯色或为无色。

一种新型玻璃
技术领域
本发明涉及装潢用材,尤其涉及了一种新型玻璃。
背景技术
现今的用于浴室和厨房的装潢新型玻璃都是采用表面粗糙的毛新型玻璃,由于毛新型玻璃表面不平整,光线通过毛新型玻璃被反射后向四面八方射出去(因为毛新型玻璃表面不是光滑的平面,使光产生了漫反射),折射到视网膜上已经是不完整的像,保护了个人隐私,但是毛新型玻璃在清理时常常因为表面粗糙而造成污垢难已清除。
现在的毛新型玻璃上都设有防氧化层,防氧化层防止了毛新型玻璃表面受到有机物的腐蚀,但是防氧化层对450至550nm波段的光线的透射率比其他波段的光线的透射率高,不可避免的导致毛新型玻璃的透过颜色呈绿色,达不到透射光无色的市场要求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,我们提出了一种新型玻璃,其目的:在形成漫反射的同时,表面不粗糙,方便表面清理,玻璃的透过颜色为无色或为纯色。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新型玻璃,包括主体和设置在主体两侧的镀膜基体,主体包括两块相对侧为凹凸面玻璃,两块相对侧为凹凸面玻璃之间设有密封腔,密封腔内注有有色液态或抽成真空;
两个镀膜基体的外侧由内至外依次设有镀银层、镀铜层和防氧化层;
主体、镀膜基体、镀银层、镀铜层和防氧化层均为透明状。
优选的,镀银层的厚度为15纳米。
优选的,镀铜层的厚度为20纳米。
通过上述技术方案,主体包括两块相对侧为凹凸面玻璃,确保了该新型玻璃能形成漫反射;设置在主体两侧的镀膜基体,使该新型玻璃的表面不粗糙,方便了玻璃表面清理,两个镀膜基体的外侧由内至外依次设有镀银层、镀铜层和防氧化层,镀银层防止了有害光线透过该新型玻璃,镀铜层确保了该新型玻璃对450至550nm波段的光线的透射率和其他波段的光线的透射率相同;两块相对侧为凹凸面玻璃之间设有密封腔,密封腔内注有有色液态或抽成真空,使该新型玻璃的透过颜色为纯色或为无色。

如图1所示,一种新型玻璃,包括主体1和设置在主体1两侧的镀膜基体2,主体1包括两块相对侧为凹凸面玻璃,两块相对侧为凹凸面玻璃之间设有密封腔11,所述主体1确保了该新型玻璃能形成漫反射,镀膜基体2使该新型玻璃的表面不粗糙,方便了玻璃表面清理。
两个镀膜基体2的外侧由内至外依次设有镀银层21、镀铜层22和防氧化层23,主体1、镀膜基体2、镀银层21、镀铜层22和防氧化层23均为透明状,镀银层21的厚度为15纳米,镀铜层22的厚度为20纳米,镀银层21防止了有害光线透过该新型玻璃,镀铜层22确保了该新型玻璃对450至550nm波段的光线的透射率和其他波段的光线的透射率相同,使该新型玻璃的透过颜色为无色,防氧化层23防止了该新型玻璃表面被有机物腐蚀;密封腔11内注有有色液态或抽成真空,使该新型玻璃的透过颜色为纯色或为无色。
以上就是一种新型玻璃的结构特点和作用效果,其优点:在形成漫反射的同时,表面不粗糙,方便表面清理,玻璃的透过颜色为无色或为纯色。

1.一种新型玻璃,其特征在于,包括主体(1)和设置在主体(1)两侧的镀膜基体(2),主体(1)包括两块相对侧为凹凸面玻璃,两块相对侧为凹凸面玻璃之间设有密封腔(11),密封腔(11)内注有有色液态或抽成真空;
两个镀膜基体(2)的外侧由内至外依次设有镀银层(21)、镀铜层(22)和防氧化层(23);
主体(1)、镀膜基体(2)、镀银层(21)、镀铜层(22)和防氧化层(23)均为透明状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型玻璃,其特征在于:镀银层(21)的厚度为15纳米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型玻璃,其特征在于:镀铜层(22)的厚度为20纳米。
