本发明公开一种装配式建筑门窗安装工艺组合件，其特征是将T型角铝预埋入混凝土砌块建筑预留装门窗的内墙壁上，T型角铝露出内墙壁的高度为20mm～25mm,混凝土凝固成型稳定后，在T型角铝的铝平台位置安装N个固定膨胀螺丝，以T型角铝露出墙壁的铝板为基准面，在制作完成的门窗外框上，每隔240mm±15mm加工安装孔，将门窗外框调试平齐后，由膨胀螺丝将门窗外框固定在T型角铝外露部分形成基准面上，用发泡剂或玻璃胶填充缝隙处，将内外墙胶涂在门窗外框﹑T型角铝与墙壁接触的内外侧面上。本发明密封性好，稳定性强，适合混凝土砌块建筑预留口位门窗安装推广使用。

本发明涉及建筑门窗安装工艺领域，具体属于一种装配式建筑门窗安装工艺组合件。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展，国内城市化进程的速度不断加快，越来越多的农村人口拥入各级城市。为了顺应这一时代发展的大潮，各级城市的建筑规模和建筑设计水平不断提高，已适应人民对建筑房屋质量要求的不断提升。众所周知，在各类建筑物中家庭住宅的质量和技术指标与人民生活息息相关。人民对家庭住宅的要求需要满足：安全﹑实用﹑可靠﹑隔音效果好﹑通风条件好﹑采光性好等。为了满足人民的需要，家庭住宅必须要安装门和窗户。门窗的安装方式有：木质轴接式﹑铐链链接式和预埋转动式，在这些安装方式中都需要先在墙体中预埋固定受力物。为了保证预埋入墙体的受力物或固定件，稳定可靠使用寿命长，可以承受较大的外力，同时还要尽量确保家庭住宅整体的美观性和实用性，满足门窗与墙体接触部位密封性好，耐雨水渗透性的要求：本发明提供一种装配式建筑门窗安装工艺组合件。
发明内容
本发明提供一种装配式建筑门窗安装工艺组合件，通过对T型角铝﹑混凝土砌块建筑内墙﹑膨胀螺丝﹑门窗外框﹑发泡剂或玻璃胶﹑内外墙胶进行整体匹配设计组合，可以满足上述背景技术中提到的人民实际需要。适合混凝土砌块建筑预留口位门窗安装推广使用。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种装配式建筑门窗安装工艺组合件，其特征是将T型角铝预埋入混凝土砌块建筑预留装门窗的内墙壁上，T型角铝露出内墙壁的高度为20mm～25mm,混凝土凝固成型稳定后，在T型角铝的铝平台位置安装N个固定膨胀螺丝，以T型角铝露出墙壁的铝板为基准面，在制作完成的门窗外框上，每隔240mm±15mm加工安装孔，将门窗外框调试平齐后，由膨胀螺丝将门窗外框固定在T型角铝外露部分形成基准面上，用发泡剂或玻璃胶填充缝隙处，将内外墙胶涂在门窗外框﹑T型角铝与墙壁接触的内外侧面上。
所述T型角铝的厚度为2mm+0.2mm,高度为50mm-0.2mm,长度为40mm+0.5mm，T型角铝的铝平台位置安装N个固定膨胀螺丝，固定膨胀螺丝的上面有一层混凝土层，该层混凝土的高度比T型角铝外露高度小5mm～8mm。
所述门窗外框居中区域开有直径φ10mm±0.3mm的通孔，固定门窗外框的膨胀螺丝安装在此通孔处。
所述内外墙胶选用特质高分子聚合物乳液，由干粉胶A08型混合水制成，先在门窗外框﹑T型角铝与墙壁接触内外侧面上涂玻璃胶，随后在玻璃胶上涂内外墙胶。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
通过对T型角铝﹑混凝土砌块建筑内墙﹑膨胀螺丝﹑门窗外框﹑发泡剂或玻璃胶﹑内外墙胶进行整体匹配设计组合，可以有效阻止雨水沿门窗渗透入内，满足门窗与墙体接触部位密封性的要求。同时，稳定可靠使用寿命长，可以承受较大的外力，保证了家庭住宅整体的美观性和实用性。本发明设计巧妙﹑构思新颖，适合混凝土砌块建筑预留口位门窗安装推广使用。

1.一种装配式建筑门窗安装工艺组合件，其特征是将T型角铝预埋入混凝土砌块建筑预留装门窗的内墙壁上，T型角铝露出内墙壁的高度为20mm～25mm,混凝土凝固成型稳定后，在T型角铝的铝平台位置安装N个固定膨胀螺丝，以T型角铝露出墙壁的铝板为基准面，在制作完成的门窗外框上，每隔240mm±15mm加工安装孔，将门窗外框调试平齐后，由膨胀螺丝将门窗外框固定在T型角铝外露部分形成基准面上，用发泡剂或玻璃胶填充缝隙处，将内外墙胶涂在门窗外框﹑T型角铝与墙壁接触的内外侧面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式建筑门窗安装工艺组合件，其特征在于所述T型角铝的厚度为2mm+0.2mm,高度为50mm-0.2mm,长度为40mm+0.5mm，T型角铝的铝平台位置安装N个固定膨胀螺丝，固定膨胀螺丝的上面有一层混凝土层，该层混凝土的高度比T型角铝外露高度小5mm～8mm。
