Abstract
本发明涉及一种外墙,具体涉及一种具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙,属于建筑墙体技术领域。所述外墙从外到内依次设置为保温外墙板、防水透气膜、气凝胶复合夹心防火保温板、承重墙柱、抗菌板材和内饰面墙板。本发明耐候性好,可避免出现冷桥现象;具有优异的防火和隔音效果且能持续诱生空气负氧离子、释放远红外线,达到杀菌、抑菌和提高空气洁净度的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑墙体技术领域,特别涉及一种外墙。
背景技术
集成建筑包括三个层次,分别为(1)初级层次:又称之为现场“绑棍建筑”,即在房屋制造工厂制造“一根根”建筑构件,运到施工现场,然后把“一根根”建筑构件钉到一起,再固定上建筑围护体系,就构成完整的建筑物。有所区别的是,当今中国是“一块块”的砌砖、抹灰、刷涂料来盖房子;(2)第二层次:又称之为2D模块化建筑,即在房屋制造工厂把“一根根”建筑构件钉到一起,再固定上建筑围护体系,构成“一面面”的墙面、楼面和屋面等二维(2D)建筑系统。然后把这些二维(2D)的墙面、楼面和屋面系统运送到施工现场,再吊装组成完整的建筑物。(3)最高层次:又称之为3D模块化建筑,即在房屋制造工厂把“一面面”的墙面、楼面和屋面等二维(2D)建筑系统固定到一起,形成三维(3D)建筑系统。然后把这些三维(3D)建筑系统运送到施工现场,再吊装组成完整的建筑物。
墙体是三维(3D)建筑系统的重要组成部分,起着承受载荷,围护,分隔房间,保温,隔热,隔音的作用,钢结构建筑以及混凝土框架结构建筑的围合墙体多采用粘土空心砖墙体,其防水及保温性能较低;而木结构建筑,其围合墙体多为木结构墙体,设计时侧重考虑内墙装饰和外墙防水,不能兼顾隔音、保温、透气和防水等各种因数。
此外,当今,空气和谁的污染已成为全球化的问题,人的许多疾病都与之密切相关。人类切需要在享受现代文明的同时,有一个健康的体魄,提高生活质量。室内环境对人们的身体健康尤为重要;然而,目前大多数墙体会释放甲醛、氨、苯、TDI等有害物质,这已成为威胁人类健康的头号杀手,因此,急需绿色健康、环保无毒的居住环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙。
本发明的技术方案是:一种具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙,外墙从外到内依次为保温外墙板、防水透气膜、气凝胶复合夹心防火保温板、承重墙柱、抗菌板材和内饰面墙板;
防水透气膜和气凝胶复合夹心防火保温板之间设有抗菌型负离子软质聚氨酯泡沫;
保温外墙板由外墙板和保温板组成;其中,外墙板中填充有可释放负氧离子的矿物质颗粒,且外墙板中矿物质颗粒的质量占外墙板总质量的0.1%;保温板包括保温外框架,保温外框架内设置有多个空腔,每个空腔内设置有发泡材料层和保温部件层,保温部件层与发泡材料层相复合,保温部件层设有增强保温层;
内墙饰面板包括壳体和设在壳体中的保温材料,壳体外侧设有隔音层,内侧设有吸附层。有益效果:(1)本发明耐候性好,避免出现冷桥现象;同时整个墙体为承重墙柱结构承重,具有优良的抗震性能,保证结构安全。
(2)本发明还具有良好的吸声消震功能,使墙体具有优异的隔音效果。

下面结合附图并举实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
参见附图,一种具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙,外墙从外到内依次为保温外墙板1、防水透气膜3、气凝胶复合夹心防火保温板4、承重墙柱5、抗菌板材6和内饰面墙板7;
防水透气膜3和气凝胶复合夹心防火保温板4之间设有抗菌型负离子软质聚氨酯泡沫;
保温外墙板1由外墙板和保温板组成;其中,外墙板中填充有可释放负氧离子的矿物质颗粒,且外墙板中矿物质颗粒的质量占外墙板总质量的0.1%;保温板包括保温外框架,保温外框架内设置有多个空腔,每个空腔内设置有发泡材料层和保温部件层,保温部件层与发泡材料层相复合,保温部件层设有增强保温层;
内墙饰面板7包括壳体和设在壳体中的保温材料,壳体外侧设有隔音层,内侧设有吸附层。
进一步的,内墙饰面板7的外表面涂刷有纳米负离子功能型内墙乳胶漆,并在纳米负离子功能型内墙乳胶漆的表面设置有负离子环保装饰线条。
进一步的,C型钢中内嵌保温材料。
进一步的,C型钢中内嵌的保温材料为玻璃丝棉。
进一步的,抗菌板材6包括基材,基材上依次涂覆有渗透底漆层、附着底漆层、底漆层、色底漆层和两层抗菌涂料层;基材中填充有可释放负氧离子的矿物质颗粒,且矿物质颗粒的质量占基材总质量的0.3%。
进一步的,保温部件层与发泡材料层、增强保温层与阻燃保温板均采用添加了负离子空气净化剂的建筑用环保胶水粘结。
进一步的,所述阻燃保温板的材料为极限氧指数为30%的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料板。

1.一种具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙,其特征是:所述外墙从外到内依次为保温外墙板(1)、防水透气膜(3)、气凝胶复合夹心防火保温板(4)、承重墙柱(5)、抗菌板材(6)和内饰面墙板(7);
所述防水透气膜(3)和气凝胶复合夹心防火保温板(4)之间设有抗菌型负离子软质聚氨酯泡沫;
所述保温外墙板(1)由外墙板和保温板组成;其中,所述外墙板中填充有可释放负氧离子的矿物质颗粒,且所述外墙板中所述矿物质颗粒的质量占外墙板总质量的0.1%;所述保温板包括保温外框架,所述保温外框架内设置有多个空腔,每个空腔内设置有发泡材料层和保温部件层,所述保温部件层与发泡材料层相复合,所述保温部件层设有增强保温层;
所述内墙饰面板(7)包括壳体和设在壳体中的保温材料,所述壳体外侧设有隔音层,内侧设有吸附层。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙,其特征是:所述内墙饰面板(7)的外表面涂刷有纳米负离子功能型内墙乳胶漆,并在纳米负离子功能型内墙乳胶漆的表面设置有负离子环保装饰线条。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙,其特征是:所述C型钢中内嵌保温材料。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙,其特征是:所述C型钢中内嵌的保温材料为玻璃丝棉。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙,其特征是:所述抗菌板材(6)包括基材,所述基材上依次涂覆有渗透底漆层、附着底漆层、底漆层、色底漆层和两层抗菌涂料层;所述基材中填充有可释放负氧离子的矿物质颗粒,且所述矿物质颗粒的质量占基材总质量的0.3%。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙,其特征是:所述保温部件层与发泡材料层、所述增强保温层与阻燃保温板均采用添加了负离子空气净化剂的建筑用环保胶水粘结。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有隔音功能的挂板饰面外墙,其特征是:所述阻燃保温板的材料为极限氧指数为30%的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料板。
