本发明公开了一种隔音墙纸,涉及装修材料技术领域。这种隔音墙纸,包括装饰面层和位于装饰面层下面的基层,其特征在于:在所述装饰面层和基层之间设置有吸音层,所述吸音层以甘蔗的纤维和橡胶或者树脂的一种或者两种混合物制成的复合材料作为基层,以含铁、铜、铝的一种或者多种混合粉末作为填充剂。本发明解决了现有吸音墙纸重金属脱落导致污染环境影响身体健康,以及生产成本大的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及装修材料技术领域,尤其是一种隔音墙纸。
背景技术
噪音污染已成为现代社会主要污染之一,严重影响到了人们的生产生活和身体健康,房屋建筑的去除噪音问题已成为人们必须解决的共识。
墙纸因具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,正被越来越广泛的应用于住宅、办公场所、宾馆等的室内装修等。传统的墙纸通常是用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理,如涂布、印刷、压纹或表面覆塑,最后经裁切、包装后出厂;这种墙纸一般是做装饰或防水用,功能单一,不具有隔音效果。近几年有人提出了隔音墙纸的技术方案,将墙纸浸入含有铂、钯、银、铜、铝等金属粉末的溶液,再烘干制得,如申请号是201010194490.5(授权公告号是CN101831837B)“一种吸音墙纸的制备方法”,申请号是201310691665.7(申请公布号是CN104711895.A)“一种抗水隔音壁纸涂层材料”,一是需要用到铂、钯、银等贵重金属,生产成本大,二是有金属脱落污染环境,影响身体健康的隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供一种室内装修用隔音墙纸,它可以解决重金属脱落导致污染环境影响身体健康,生产成本大的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种隔音墙纸,包括装饰面层和位于装饰面层下面的基层,在所述装饰面层和基层之间设置有吸音层,所述吸音层以甘蔗的纤维和橡胶或者树脂的一种或者两种混合物制成的复合材料作为基层,以含铁、铜、铝的一种或者多种混合粉末作为填充剂。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述复合材料含有如下重量份的原料:干燥的蔗糖厂滤泥10~20份,环氧树脂5~10份,界面改性剂1~5份。
进一步的:所述复合材料含有如下重量份的原料:干燥的蔗糖厂滤泥10~20份,橡胶5~10份,界面改性剂1~5份。
进一步的:所述界面改性剂是马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯、铝酸酯、异氰酸酯、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、乙烯蜡的一种或者多种混合物。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的隔音原理是通过铁、铜、铝金属粉末增大墙纸的密度,使得声音在传播过程的振动被极大的衰减,同时由于它本身密度很大,不容易产生共振,贴在墙面或者门板上就使得噪音失去了振动传播的条件,从而达到隔音目的。本发明的吸音层用甘蔗的纤维和橡胶或者甘蔗的纤维和树脂作为基材,甘蔗的纤维表面粗糙能吸附大量的金属粉末,同时橡胶或者纤维的粘附力大,既能牢固吸附大量的金属粉末又能降低金属粉末脱落的几率,即本发明吸音层的基材极大的增加了金属粉末的含量,无需铂、钯、银等贵重金属其密度也足够大以起到非常好的隔音效果,极大的降低了生产成本;并且吸音层设置在装饰面层和基层之间,在装饰面层和基层的保护、橡胶或者树脂强吸附力的双重措施下,金属粉末脱落的几率非常小,解决了重金属污染环境影响身体健康的问题。
2、本发明甘蔗的纤维来自于蔗糖厂滤泥,既减少了将蔗渣粉碎的工序,又提高了糖厂滤泥的利用价值,实现了将废弃物资源化利用;同时由于蔗糖厂采用碳酸法的生产工艺,一方面使得甘蔗纤维中的部分果胶等低分子杂质被去除,提高了纤维表面的粗糙程度。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一:
这种隔音墙纸厚度为1.2mm,包括装饰面层和位于装饰面层下面的基层,在所述装饰面层和基层之间设置有吸音层,该吸音层以甘蔗的纤维和树脂制成的复合材料作为基层,以150~200目的超细铁粉作为填充剂。作为基层的复合材料含有如下重量份的原料:干燥的蔗糖厂滤泥10份,环氧树脂5份,乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物2份,乙烯蜡1份。超细铁粉10份。
通过DN10声级计检测,检测结果昼间小于55分贝,夜间小于40分贝,达到《GB3096-2008声环境质量标准》:以居民住宅、医疗卫生、文化教育、科研设计、行政办公为主要功能,需要保持安静的区域,环境噪声限值昼间不得超过55分贝,夜间不得超过45分贝。
实施例二:
这种隔音墙纸厚度为1.2mm,包括装饰面层和位于装饰面层下面的基层,在所述装饰面层和基层之间设置有吸音层,该吸音层以甘蔗的纤维和橡胶生胶制成的复合材料作为基层,以150~200目的超细铁粉和超细铜粉混合物作为填充剂。作为基层的复合材料含有如下重量份的原料:干燥的蔗糖厂滤泥20份,橡胶生胶10份,乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物3份,乙烯蜡2份。超细铁粉10份,超细铜粉10重。
通过DN10声级计检测,检测结果昼间小于55分贝,夜间小于40分贝,达到《GB3096-2008声环境质量标准》:以居民住宅、医疗卫生、文化教育、科研设计、行政办公为主要功能,需要保持安静的区域,环境噪声限值昼间不得超过55分贝,夜间不得超过45分贝。

1.一种隔音墙纸,包括装饰面层和位于装饰面层下面的基层,其特征在于:在所述装饰面层和基层之间设置有吸音层,所述吸音层以甘蔗的纤维和橡胶或者树脂的一种或者两种混合物制成的复合材料作为基层,以含铁、铜、铝的一种或者多种混合粉末作为填充剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔音墙纸,其特征在于:所述复合材料含有如下重量份的原料:干燥的蔗糖厂滤泥10~20份,环氧树脂5~10份,界面改性剂1~5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔音墙纸,其特征在于:所述复合材料含有如下重量份的原料:干燥的蔗糖厂滤泥10~20份,橡胶5~10份,界面改性剂1~5份。
4.根据权利要求2或者3所述的隔音墙纸,其特征在于:所述界面改性剂是马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯、铝酸酯、异氰酸酯、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、乙烯蜡的一种或者多种混合物。
