Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐晒防皱的压涂式黄麻织物面料,是在黄麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、纳米氧化锌、抗皱剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到黄麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。黄麻织物面料表面经涂布材料保护后,织物具有更好的耐晒防皱特性,提高了面料的使用品质。

技术领域
本发明属于黄麻织物面料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐晒防皱的压涂黄麻织物面料。
背景技术
黄麻是一种长而柔软的、有光泽的植物纤维,可以织成高强度的粗糙的细丝。黄麻纤维是最廉价的天然纤维之一,种植量和用途的广泛都仅次于棉花,具有吸湿性能好、散失水分快等特点,主要用于纺织麻袋、粗麻布等。。同时黄麻还有重要的药用价值,黄麻在面料上的应用也逐渐被市场所关注,不断开发黄麻织物面料的新功能是黄麻织物面料发展的趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐晒防皱的压涂式黄麻织物面料。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种耐晒防皱的压涂式黄麻织物面料,是在黄麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、纳米氧化锌、抗皱剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到黄麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
优选地,所述黄麻基布的组织结构采用异面组织,以便于涂层更好的涂布以及面料后期的固化平衡,延长使用寿命。
优选地,异面组织包括选1/2斜纹、1/3斜纹、破斜纹、1/4斜纹或者五枚缎纹组织结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种压涂式的耐晒防皱黄麻织物面料,经过压涂涂层保护后,使黄麻织物面料具有更好的耐晒防皱性能,提高了黄麻织物面料的使用品质。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
耐晒防皱黄麻织物面料,是在黄麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、纳米氧化锌、抗皱剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到黄麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120℃环境下固化1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中的黄麻基布的组织结构为1/2斜纹组织结构。
本实施例所得黄麻织物面料具有很好的耐晒防皱特性。
实施例2
耐晒防皱黄麻织物面料,是在黄麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、纳米氧化锌、抗皱剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到黄麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于130℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中黄麻基布的组织结构为破斜纹组织结构。
本实施例所得黄麻织物面料具有很好的耐晒防皱特性。

本实施例中黄麻基布的组织结构为五枚缎纹组织结构。
本实施例所得黄麻织物面料具有很好的耐晒防皱特性。

1.一种耐晒防皱的压涂式黄麻织物面料,其特征在于:是在黄麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、纳米氧化锌、抗皱剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到黄麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。

3.根据权利要求2所述的耐晒防皱的压涂式黄麻织物面料,其特征在于:所述异面组织包括选1/2斜纹、1/3斜纹、破斜纹、1/4斜纹或者五枚缎纹组织结构。
