本发明公开了一种吸汗防紫外袜及其制备方法。所述吸汗防紫外袜由下述重量份的原料织造而成:60‑80wt%棉纤维和20‑40wt%氨纶。本发明的吸汗防紫外袜,工艺稳定,选用原料好,通过各道工序的把关,质量稳定,表现在外观上,织物密度均匀、厚实、色泽纯正,定型成型好,是健康家居生活的理想选择。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种袜子,具体涉及一种吸汗防紫外袜及其制备方法。
背景技术
“袜子”一词最早见于《中华古今注》,曰:“三代及周著角韈,以带系于踝”。“三代”是指我国最早有记载的夏、商、周时期,距今已有三四千年历史。“角韈”应该是用兽皮制作的原始袜子,所以写作“韈”。后来,随着纺织品的出现,袜子又由兽布发展到用布、麻、丝绸制作,“韈”也相应地改为"袜",最后步步简化为今天我们所说的“袜”。“袜”字的嬗变过程,其实蕴含了中华文明历史的发展进程。
古代袜子的形制大约可以分三片式手工袜子为有筒袜、系带袜、裤袜、分趾袜、光头袜和无底袜等六种。其中有筒袜的袜筒长短不一,有的长至腹部,有的仅至踝间。系带袜为的是穿着时不易脱落。分趾袜是将拇趾与另外四趾分开,形如丫状。光头袜和无底袜多用于古代缠足的妇女,俗称半袜。
现今,袜子的种类很多,按袜筒的长度分,有长筒袜、中筒袜和短筒袜和船袜(隐形袜);按袜口种类分,有户口袜、罗口袜和橡口袜;按使用对象分,有男袜、女袜和童袜。圆袜由袜口、袜筒和袜脚3部分组织。袜子的规格,是用袜子尺码表示的,而袜号又是以袜底的实际长度尺寸为标准的,所以知道自己的脚长后便可选购合脚的袜子。由于袜子所使用的原料不同,其在袜号系列上也有所不同。
随着人们对健康生活追求的不断提高,对袜子的性能不仅仅局限于保暖、美观等,还辅以更多按摩、抗菌、防螨、吸湿排汗、防静电、抗紫外线等各种保健及防护功能。
本发明提供了一种吸汗防紫外袜,满足人们对袜子的多功能需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种吸汗防紫外袜。
本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供上述吸汗防紫外袜的制备方法。
本发明的技术问题,是通过下述技术方案得以实现的:
一种吸汗防紫外袜,由下述重量份的原料织造而成:60-80wt%棉纤维和20-40wt%氨纶。
所述吸汗防紫外袜再经过吸汗防紫外处理步骤而得。
所述吸汗防紫外处理步骤为将所述吸汗防紫外袜在吸汗防紫外整理剂中浸渍,所述的吸汗防紫外整理剂由下述重量份的原料组成:0.1-0.5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.1-0.5份2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、0.1-0.5份渗透剂、5-15份乙醇、0.1-0.5份交联剂、95-105份水。
所述的渗透剂由40-60wt%丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠和40-60wt%十三烷基磺酸钠混合而成。
优选地,所述的交联剂由40-60wt%2,3-二羟基丁二酸和40-60wt%3-羟基戊二酸混合而成。
本发明还提供了上述吸汗防紫外袜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用常规方法将棉纤维和氨纶织造、加工成袜子;
(2)将上述袜子进行吸汗防紫外处理。
优选地,所述步骤(2)为在65-85℃条件下,将袜子在吸汗防紫外整理剂中浸渍20-30min,脱水后,在70-90℃条件下烘干5-10min。
所述的吸汗防紫外整理剂由下述重量份的原料组成:0.1-0.5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.1-0.5份2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、0.1-0.5份渗透剂、5-15份乙醇、0.1-0.5份交联剂、95-105份水。
具体的,在本发明中:
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,CAS号:9003-39-8。
2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮,CAS号:131-56-6。
丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠,CAS号:577-11-7。
十三烷基磺酸钠,CAS号:5802-89-1。
2,3-二羟基丁二酸,CAS号:526-83-0。
3-羟基戊二酸,CAS号:638-18-6。
乙醇,CAS号:64-17-5。
本发明的吸汗防紫外袜,工艺稳定,选用原料好,通过各道工序的把关,质量稳定,表现在外观上,织物密度均匀、厚实、色泽纯正,定型成型好,是健康家居生活的理想选择。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,以下所述,仅是对本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做其他形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更为同等变化的等效实施例。凡是未脱离本发明方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以下实施例所做的任何简单修改或等同变化,均落在本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1
吸汗防紫外袜原料(重量百分比):70wt%棉纤维(棉纤维为长绒棉,其长度为40mm,细度为7200nm)和30wt%氨纶(采用杜邦氨纶丝,70D)。
吸汗防紫外整理剂原料(重量份):0.3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.3份2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、0.3份渗透剂、10份乙醇、0.3份交联剂、100份去离子水。
所述的渗透剂由50wt%丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠和50wt%十三烷基磺酸钠搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的交联剂由50wt%2,3-二羟基丁二酸和50wt%3-羟基戊二酸搅拌混合均匀得到。
本发明还提供了上述吸汗防紫外袜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用编织机,按常规方法将棉纤维和氨纶织造成袜子毛胚布(克重为160克/平方米),按照制作袜子的工艺和要求,将袜子毛胚布裁剪后,加工成袜子;
(2)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、渗透剂、乙醇、交联剂加入去离子水中搅拌混合均匀,得到吸汗防紫外整理剂;将袜子放在温度为75℃的吸汗防紫外整理剂中浸渍25min,其中袜子与吸汗防紫外整理剂的质量比为1:10(即1kg袜子用10kg吸汗防紫外整理剂浸渍),脱水后,在80℃条件下烘干8min;得到吸汗防紫外袜。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的渗透剂仅为丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠。得到实施例2的吸汗防紫外袜。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的渗透剂仅为十三烷基磺酸钠。得到实施例3的吸汗防紫外袜。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的交联剂仅为2,3-二羟基丁二酸。得到实施例4的吸汗防紫外袜。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的交联剂仅为3-羟基戊二酸。得到实施例5的吸汗防紫外袜。
测试例1
对实施例1-5的吸汗防紫外袜进行抗紫外线性能测试测试,采用GB/T18830-2009纺织品防紫外线性能的评定,进行测试。紫外线防护系数(简称:UPF)值、UVA的透过率测试数据见表1。

测试例2
对实施例1-5的吸汗防紫外袜进行导湿排汗性测试,参照标准ISO11092:1993,采用SDL排汗导湿仪测试各实施例和对比例的热阻、湿阻。测试数据见表1。

测试例3
实施例1吸汗防紫外整理剂(吸汗防紫外整理剂原料(重量份):0.3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.3份2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、0.3份渗透剂、10份乙醇、0.3份交联剂、100份去离子水)毒性实验:
(1)吸汗防紫外整理剂经口急性毒性;取吸汗防紫外整理剂对40只空腹16h的昆明种标准小白鼠一次性经口灌胃,吸汗防紫外整理剂剂量高达1000mg/kg。每天观察动物和中毒表现,七天结束实验,各组实验动物在整个实验过程中,无任何中毒表现,饮食和运动均正常,无一动物死亡。
(2)对皮肤刺激性:将10只日本大耳标准实验用兔的脊柱两侧毛分别剪掉,将浸渍过吸汗防紫外整理剂的纱布,敷贴在右侧暴露的皮肤上。24小时后观察敷贴部位皮肤,均未出现红斑和水肿等刺激症状,根据皮肤刺激强度分级标准,该吸汗防紫外整理剂对皮肤属无刺激物质。
(3)对眼睛刺激性:将吸汗防紫外整理剂,直接滴入日本大耳标准实验用兔的右眼,左眼作对照,被动闭合5秒,然后用生理盐水冲洗干净,24小时后观察,眼睛均无异常,根据眼睛刺激强度分级标准,该吸汗防紫外整理剂对眼睛属无刺激物质。

Claims (5)

1.一种吸汗防紫外袜,其特征在于,由袜子经过吸汗防紫外处理步骤而得,所述袜子由下述重量份的原料织造而成:60-80wt%棉纤维和20-40wt%氨纶;
所述吸汗防紫外处理步骤为将所述袜子在吸汗防紫外整理剂中浸渍,所述的吸汗防紫外整理剂由下述重量份的原料组成:0.1-0.5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.1-0.5份2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、0.1-0.5份渗透剂、5-15份乙醇、0.1-0.5份交联剂、95-105份水;
所述的渗透剂由40-60wt%丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠和40-60wt%十三烷基磺酸钠混合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸汗防紫外袜,其特征在于,所述的交联剂由40-60wt%2,3-二羟基丁二酸和40-60wt%3-羟基戊二酸混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的吸汗防紫外袜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用常规方法将棉纤维和氨纶织造、加工成袜子;
(2)将上述袜子进行吸汗防紫外处理。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸汗防紫外袜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)为在65-85℃条件下,将袜子在吸汗防紫外整理剂中浸渍20-30min,脱水后,在70-90℃条件下烘干5-10min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的吸汗防紫外袜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的吸汗防紫外整理剂由下述重量份的原料组成:0.1-0.5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.1-0.5份2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、0.1-0.5份渗透剂、5-15份乙醇、0.1-0.5份交联剂、95-105份水。
