Abstract
本发明公开了一种海带切丝刀片。其主要解决现有圆形刀片因前角、楔角设定不合理而存在拉料速度慢且不均速、效率差的问题。其包括一圆片状刀体,在刀体中心开有一轴孔,在刀体的周边上设有若干刀齿,特点是:刀齿的前角角度为0°~10°,楔角角度为35°~50°,齿深为1.0~1.1mm。本发明前角角度设定成正值,拉动海带的受力方向改变,增加了拉力且不会产生打滑;楔角角度设定变小,刀齿可快速深入料体内。本发明拉料速度均匀且快,效率高,适用范围广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及切割元件,尤其是一种海带切丝刀片。
背景技术
海带切丝加工已实现机械化,海带切丝机得到广泛应用。其主要包括第一刀轴及第二刀轴,在第一刀轴及第二刀轴上间隔安装圆形刀片,该圆形刀片采用陶瓷材料烧结、磨削制成,且圆形刀片周边上均匀设有刀齿,两根刀轴上的刀片相互交错插入,电动机驱动两刀轴带动刀片对向转动,通过圆形刀片上的刀齿实现拉料功能,通过相邻刀片的刀体剪切作用实现切丝功能。例如,2014年1月29日公开的CN203409806U中国实用新型专利说明书中就公开了这样一种结构的海带切丝机。目前,公开使用的海带切丝圆形刀片如图1所示,其刀齿的前角4角度均设定为负值,楔角5角度(约为60°)设定过大。这种结构的圆形刀片,因楔角角度过大造成刀齿进入料体过浅,前角角度设定为负值造成刀齿拉料易出现打滑,尤其是料体较肥厚的海带打滑现象十分明显,其存在着拉料速度慢且不均速、效率差问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有圆形刀片因前角、楔角设定不合理而存在拉料速度慢且不均速、效率差的不足,本发明提供一种设计合理、拉料速度均速且快、效率高、适用范围广的海带切丝刀片。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种海带切丝刀片,其包括一圆片状刀体,在所述的刀体中心开有一轴孔,在刀体的周边上设有若干刀齿,其特征在于:所述的刀齿的前角角度为0°~10°,楔角角度为35°~50°,齿深为1.0~1.1mm。
所述的刀齿的前角角度为4°。
所述的刀齿的楔角角度为45.21°。
所述的刀齿的齿深为1.05mm。
所述的轴孔为一双扁轴孔。
本发明是在圆片状刀体的周边上设有若干刀齿,刀齿的前角角度为0°~10°,楔角角度为35°~50°,齿深为1.0~1.1mm,其楔角角度设定变小,刀齿齿尖变小,可快速深入料体内;前角角度设定成正值,改变了刀齿拉动海带的受力方向,增加了刀齿拉动海带的拉力,其在拉动海带料体时不会产生打滑。本发明与现有海带切丝圆形刀片相比,其拉料速度均匀且快、效率高,尤其适合料体较为肥厚的海带切丝,其适用范围广。

具体实施方式
实施例一
在图2中,一种海带切丝刀片,其包括一圆片状刀体1,在刀体1的周边上均匀设有若干刀齿2。其中,刀体1选用耐磨、抗腐蚀的陶瓷材料烧结、磨削制成。如图3所示,在本实施例中,刀齿2的前角4角度设定为4°,楔角5角度设定为45.21°,齿深6为1.05mm。
需要说明的是,海带切丝刀片的外径、厚度、轴孔直径等几何参数可根据使用要求设定。
为了刀片的制造工艺及合理装配在刀轴上,如图2所示,在刀体1的中心开有一轴孔3,该轴孔3为双扁轴孔。双扁轴孔的设计,使得圆形刀片烧结过程中不易变形,且传递扭矩均匀,其设计合理。
本实施例中,刀齿2的前角4、楔角5、齿深6的参数设定,是本发明的最佳方案,其刀齿可深入料体内,增加了拉动海带的拉力且不会产生打滑现象,具有拉料速度快且均匀、效率高的优点。
实施例二
本实施例中,一种海带切丝刀片,其包括一圆片状刀体1,在刀体1的周边上均匀设有若干刀齿2。其刀体1与实施例1相同,其不同之处在于:刀齿2的前角4角度设定为0°,楔角5角度设定为49.21°,齿深6为1.0mm。
实施例三
本实施例中,一种海带切丝刀片,其包括一圆片状刀体1,在刀体1的周边上均匀设有若干刀齿2。其刀体1与实施例1相同,其不同之处在于:刀齿2的前角4角度设定为10°,楔角5角度设定为35.21°,齿深6为1.1mm。

1.一种海带切丝刀片,其包括一圆片状刀体,在所述的刀体中心开有一轴孔,在刀体的周边上设有若干刀齿,其特征在于:所述的刀齿的前角角度为0°~10°,楔角角度为35°~50°,齿深为1.0~1.1mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海带切丝刀片,其特征在于:所述的刀齿的前角角度为4°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种海带切丝刀片,其特征在于:所述的刀齿的楔角角度为45.21°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种海带切丝刀片,其特征在于:所述的刀齿的齿深为1.05mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种海带切丝刀片,其特征在于:所述的轴孔为一双扁轴孔。
