本发明涉及养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法。
【背景技术】
近年来泥鳅养殖规模迅速发展,苗种成为制约产业发展瓶颈,苗种对于全国泥鳅养殖市场依然是突出问题,苗种主要为野生补捞苗和人工孵化的种苗,但野生苗种质量难以保障,增加养殖风险;而人工孵化的种苗因受到人工培养条件和近亲繁殖的影响,抗病能力下降;因此,目前大部分养殖都是用抗生素来加强鱼类及泥鳅的抗病能力,但是抗生素的滥用最直接危害是人类,因此需求既能达到鱼类及泥鳅抗病能力,又能达到生态环保且不危害人类的生态药物是迫在是其关键所在。
【发明内容】
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种抗病的中药配方,旨在提升鳅苗的抗病能力,加强对养殖环境的免疫作用,替代抗生素,减少对人体的危害;本发明的抗病通过十二种中药物合理配伍,安全无毒副作用,其中鱼腥草、板蓝根和利巴韦林是提高免疫和抗病的良药,对鳅苗的抗病能力具有较大的促进作用,提高了苗种的培育成活率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)产卵:挑选健康、成熟的雌雄泥鳅注射催生药,催生药为鱼类的促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH-A2)和地欧酮(DOM),雌鳅剂量分别为15~25μg/kg,雄鳅剂量为8~10μg/kg,再分别继续饲养10~15天后,按照雌雄比为3:1挑选性成熟的雄泥鳅与雌泥鳅一起放入产卵池中交配产卵,产卵完成后将雌雄泥鳅全部取走;
(2)孵化:将泥鳅的受精卵全部转移至孵化池中,孵化池中的受精卵的密度为35~40万粒/亩,孵化出的鳅苗用开口饵料进行培育,孵化后待大部分仔泥鳅卵黄囊基本消失后,再培育至6~7天,开口饵料为生鸡蛋黄或生鸭蛋黄与用河虾磨成小于50目的虾粉的混合物,蛋黄与虾粉的重量比为1:4~1:6,投喂量根据仔泥鳅孵化出来的密度来决定,以每升水中20~25尾仔泥鳅,投喂量为0.5~2g,每天投喂2~3次;
(3)育苗:育苗池内加入抗病药物,育苗池中的中药滤液与池水比为1:2000,且中药滤液的投放频率为1次/48h~1次/96h,然后将步骤(2)中孵化出的鳅苗转入育苗池,每亩投放幼苗15~20万尾,用红蚯蚓粉和鸡蛋黄混合作为饵料继续饲养鳅苗至5~7cm长可用于销售,饲料投喂量为每10万尾泥鳅幼苗使用4~6个鸡蛋黄和红蚯蚓粉500~800g。

利巴韦林5~15份。

黄芩15份大黄7.5份黄连7.5份板蓝根7份金银花25份连翘40份
蒲公英45份鱼腥草50份柴胡50份甘草25份利巴韦林10份。
进一步所述本发明一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,抗病药物是由黄芩、大黄、黄连、板蓝根、金银花、连翘、蒲公英、鱼腥草、柴胡、甘草、利巴韦林十一味中药混合加水煮沸保持30~50min,过滤得到滤液并浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.05~1.10所得到。

(2)本发明的抗病通过十二种中药物合理配伍,安全无毒副作用,其中鱼腥草、板蓝根和利巴韦林是提高免疫和抗病的良药,对鳅苗的抗病能力具有较大的促进作用,提高了苗种的培育成活率。

以下通过具体实施例本发明作进一步详述。本发明为一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,提供了一种泥鳅育苗的抗病方法。
一、配方实施例
实施例1
育苗池中所用的抗病药物为中草药滤液,中药主要组成及重量份为:
黄芩10份大黄5份黄连5份板蓝根6份金银花20份
连翘30份蒲公英40份鱼腥草40份柴胡40份甘草20份利巴韦林5份。
实施例2
育苗池中所用的抗病药物为中草药滤液,中药主要组成及重量份为:
黄芩20份大黄10份黄连10份板蓝根8份金银花30份
连翘50份蒲公英50份鱼腥草60份柴胡60份甘草30份利巴韦林15份。
实施例3
育苗池中所用的抗病药物为中草药滤液,中药主要组成及重量份为:
黄芩15份大黄7.5份黄连7.5份板蓝根7份金银花25份连翘40份
蒲公英45份鱼腥草50份柴胡50份甘草25份利巴韦林10份。
二、过程实施例
上述实施例1-3的中药配方可以按照以下实施例进行:
实施例4
一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)产卵:挑选健康、成熟的雌雄泥鳅注射催生药,催生药为鱼类的促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH-A2)和地欧酮(DOM),雌鳅剂量分别为15μg/kg,雄鳅剂量为8g/kg,再分别继续饲养10天后,按照雌雄比为3:1挑选性成熟的雄泥鳅与雌泥鳅一起放入产卵池中交配产卵,产卵完成后将雌雄泥鳅全部取走;
(2)孵化:将泥鳅的受精卵全部转移至孵化池中,孵化池中的受精卵的密度为35万粒/亩,孵化出的鳅苗用开口饵料进行培育,孵化后待大部分仔泥鳅卵黄囊基本消失后,再培育至6天,开口饵料为生鸡蛋黄或生鸭蛋黄与用河虾磨成小于50目的虾粉的混合物,蛋黄与虾粉的重量比为1:4,投喂量根据仔泥鳅孵化出来的密度来决定,以每升水中20尾仔泥鳅,投喂量为0.5g,每天投喂2次;
(3)育苗:育苗池内加入抗病药物,抗病药物是由黄芩、大黄、黄连、板蓝根、金银花、连翘、蒲公英、鱼腥草、柴胡、甘草、利巴韦林十一味中药混合加水煮沸保持40min,过滤得到滤液并浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.05所得到,中药滤液按重量与育苗池中的池水的重量比为1:2000添加。首次投放中药滤液后,后续中药滤液的投放频率为1次/48h。将步骤(2)中孵化出的鳅苗转入育苗池,每亩投放幼苗15万尾,用红蚯蚓粉和鸡蛋黄混合作为饵料继续饲养鳅苗至5~7cm长可用于销售,饲料投喂量为每10万尾泥鳅幼苗使用4个鸡蛋黄和红蚯蚓粉500g。
实施例5
一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,包括以下步骤:

实施例6
一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)产卵:挑选健康、成熟的雌雄泥鳅注射催生药,催生药为鱼类的促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH-A2)和地欧酮(DOM),雌鳅剂量分别为20μg/kg,雄鳅剂量为9μg/kg,再分别继续饲养12天后,按照雌雄比为3:1挑选性成熟的雄泥鳅与雌泥鳅一起放入产卵池中交配产卵,产卵完成后将雌雄泥鳅全部取走;
(2)孵化:将泥鳅的受精卵全部转移至孵化池中,孵化池中的受精卵的密度为37万粒/亩,孵化出的鳅苗用开口饵料进行培育,孵化后待大部分仔泥鳅卵黄囊基本消失后,再培育至6~7天,开口饵料为生鸡蛋黄或生鸭蛋黄与用河虾磨成小于50目的虾粉的混合物,蛋黄与虾粉的重量比为1:5,投喂量根据仔泥鳅孵化出来的密度来决定,以每升水中22尾仔泥鳅,投喂量为0.5~2g,每天投喂2次;
(3)育苗:育苗池内加入抗病药物,抗病药物是由黄芩、大黄、黄连、板蓝根、金银花、连翘、蒲公英、鱼腥草、柴胡、甘草、利巴韦林十一味中药混合加水煮沸保持45min,过滤得到滤液并浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.08所得到,中药滤液按重量与育苗池中的池水的重量比为1:2000添加。首次投放中药滤液后,后续中药滤液的投放频率为1次/72h。将步骤(2)中孵化出的鳅苗转入育苗池,每亩投放幼苗17.5万尾,用红蚯蚓粉和鸡蛋黄混合作为饵料继续饲养鳅苗至5~7cm长可用于销售,饲料投喂量为每10万尾泥鳅幼苗使用4个鸡蛋黄和红蚯蚓粉650g。
对比例
(1)产卵:按照雌雄比为2:1挑选健康、性征成熟的雄泥鳅与雌泥鳅一起放入产卵池中自然交配产卵,捞走鳅卵;
(2)孵化:将泥鳅的受精卵全部转移至孵化池中,孵化池中的受精卵的密度为35万粒/亩,孵化出的鳅苗用开口饵料进行培育,孵化后待大部分仔泥鳅卵黄囊基本消失后,再培育至6~7天,开口饵料为鹌鹑蛋与用虾壳粉和蚯蚓粉磨混合,投喂量根据仔泥鳅孵化出来的密度来决定,以每升水中25尾仔泥鳅,投喂量为1~2g,每天投喂3次;
(3)育苗:育苗池内消毒后,且中药滤液的投放频率为1次/36h,将孵化好的鳅苗转移至育苗池内,用红蚯蚓粉和鹌鹑蛋黄及氯霉素混合作为饵料继续饲养鳅苗至4~6cm长可用于销售,饲料投喂量为每12万尾泥鳅幼苗使用6个鸡蛋黄和红蚯蚓粉700g。
效果验证
(a)对比例中的氯霉素属于抗生素,给泥鳅喂食过多,易造成泥鳅畸形,且对生态会造成不良影响,同时,长期抗生素在养殖池中,也会造成抗生素渗进水体,或通过泥鳅富集进入人体,对人体健康造成危害;
(b)对比例中的产卵池中,泥鳅产卵后被捞走,未及时捞走的卵容易被池内的泥鳅吃掉或造成其他的伤害,大大降低了导致卵的孵化率不高。
对比例与本发明的养殖效果对比数据如下表:
以上结果显示,本发明提供的育苗方法在鳅苗的孵化和成活率方面的效果明显高于对比例的育苗效果。
Claims (8)
1.一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)产卵:挑选健康、成熟的雌雄泥鳅注射催生药再分别继续饲养10~15天后,按照雌雄比为3:1挑选性成熟的雄泥鳅与雌泥鳅一起放入产卵池中交配产卵,产卵完成后将雌雄泥鳅全部取走;
(2)孵化:将泥鳅的受精卵全部转移至孵化池中,孵化池中的受精卵的密度为35~40万粒/亩,孵化出的鳅苗用开口饵料进行培育,孵化后待仔泥鳅卵黄囊基本消失后,再培育6~7天;
(3)育苗:在育苗池内加入抗病药物,然后将步骤(2)中孵化出的鳅苗转入育苗池,每亩投放幼苗15~20万尾,用红蚯蚓粉和鸡蛋黄混合作为饵料继续饲养鳅苗至5~7cm长可用于销售,饲料投喂量为每10万尾泥鳅幼苗使用4~6个鸡蛋黄和红蚯蚓粉500~800g。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中的催生药为鱼类的促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH-A2)和地欧酮(DOM),雌鳅剂量分别为15~25μg/kg,雄鳅剂量为8~10μg/kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,其特征在于:孵化池中投喂的开口饵料为生鸡蛋黄或生鸭蛋黄与用河虾磨成小于50目的虾粉的混合物,蛋黄与虾粉的重量比为1:4~1:6。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,其特征在于:孵化池中开口饵料的投喂量根据仔泥鳅孵化出来的密度来决定,以每升水中20~25尾仔泥鳅,投喂量为0.5~2g,每天投喂2~3次。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,其特征在于:育苗池中的抗病药物为中草药滤液,中药主要组成及重量份为:
黄芩10~20份大黄5~10份黄连5~10份板蓝根6~8份金银花20~30份
连翘30~50份蒲公英40~50份鱼腥草40~60份柴胡40~60份甘草20~30份
利巴韦林5~15份。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,其特征在于:育苗池中的抗病药物为中草药滤液,中药主要组成及重量份为:
黄芩15份大黄7.5份黄连7.5份板蓝根7份金银花25份连翘40份
蒲公英45份鱼腥草50份柴胡50份甘草25份利巴韦林10份。
7.根据权利要求1、5或6所述一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,其特征在于:所述抗病药物由黄芩、大黄、黄连、板蓝根、金银花、连翘、蒲公英、鱼腥草、柴胡、甘草、利巴韦林十一味中药混合加水煮沸保持30~50min,过滤得到滤液并浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.05~1.10所得到。
8.根据权利要求7所述一种泥鳅的抗病育苗方法,其特征在于:育苗池中的中药滤液与池水比为1:2000,且中药滤液的投放频率为1次/48h~1次/96h。
