技术领域
本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种耐火环保电缆。
背景技术
耐火环保电缆是最常见的一种电缆,使用范围广。但是随着现在用电领域的扩大,人们对电缆的耐火环保屏蔽功能要求越来越搞,一般耐火环保电缆无屏蔽层、起火后因线芯温度过高导致其他材料融化、也不能阻止火焰对电缆持续的破坏。
发明内容
针对现有电缆存在的缺陷,本发明提出一种耐火环保电缆,屏蔽性好,能防止火焰二次破坏。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提出一种耐火环保电缆,它包括导线线芯、耐火环保云母带、线芯绝缘层、加固层、加固填充物、耐火填充物、耐火包带、内护套、金属屏蔽层、外护套;所述导线线芯共设置七组;所述线芯包括线芯导体、耐火环保云母带、线芯绝缘层;所述耐火环保云母带包覆线芯导体;耐火环保云母带外部包裹着所述线芯绝缘层;七组线芯均匀挤包在所述加固层内部;加固层外部包裹所述耐火包带;耐火包带外部包裹所述内护套;内护套外部包裹所述金属屏蔽层;金属屏蔽层外部包裹所述外护套;外护套、金属屏蔽层、内护套、耐火包带、加固层位于同一中心轴上;所述加固填充物填充在加固层与导线线芯之间;所述耐火填充物填充在加固层与耐火包带之间。
所述加固层为正多边形。
所述耐火填充物为聚碳酸酯树脂。
所述外护套为聚乙烯。
综合所述本发明有以下有益效果:耐火环保性好、屏蔽性高、提高了电缆强度、防止了火焰对电缆的二次破坏。

具体实施:加固层4为正多边形。
耐火填充物6为聚碳酸酯树脂。
外护套10为聚乙烯。
