Abstract

本发明公开了一种0.6/1kv及以下低压电力电缆,包括缆芯,在缆芯的间隙处设有纤维填充层,在缆芯外依次设有三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层、煅烧云母带绕包层、钢带铠装层、氯磺化聚乙烯外护层以及弹性缓冲层;所述的缆芯由位于电缆中心的矩形支撑架、一根地线以及四根主线芯构成;其中,矩形支撑架的中心设有圆孔,四边上分别设有大小相同的内凹的半圆形凹槽;所述的地线对应的放置在圆孔内,四根主线芯放置在四个半圆形凹槽内;其中,主线芯由中心弹性棒和排列在弹性棒外的单线绞合后绕包绝缘屏蔽层构成。本发明具有耐老化性、耐腐蚀性、耐水蒸气、耐过热水性能、电绝缘性能和耐电晕性以及弹性好等优点。

Description

一种0.6/1kv及以下低压电力电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及的是电缆领域,具体是指一种低压电力电缆,主要适用于0.6/1kv及以下电压等级。
背景技术
目前,建筑市场特别是主要公共场所的建筑,对防火要求越来越高,要求具有防火性能的低压电力电缆不但自身不燃烧、不传播和扩大火情,而且要求在火焰、水淋和震动情况下正常送电,给灭火和抢救人们生命财产赢得宝贵时间。传统的防火电缆一般采用矿物绝缘(氧化镁)和铜管护套,虽然具有一定防火性能,但是存在很多问题,这些问题主要是制造长度短,安装使用时需要中间接头和终端接头,特别是实芯导体致使电缆硬,很难弯曲和平直,接头难度大,电缆端部容易受潮,使绝缘电阻降低,耗铜量大,成本高,严重影响了防火电缆的使用和推广;另外,现有的低压电缆一旦遭到挤压或者车子的碾压,非常的容易断芯。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有结构紧凑、防火效果好、耐电晕性以及弹性好、抗挤压性能好的0.6/1kv及以下低压电力电缆。
本发明所述的一种0.6/1kv及以下低压电力电缆,包括缆芯,在缆芯的间隙处设有纤维填充层,在缆芯外依次设有三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层、煅烧云母带绕包层、钢带铠装层、氯磺化聚乙烯外护层以及弹性缓冲层;所述的缆芯由位于电缆中心的矩形支撑架、一根地线以及四根主线芯构成;其中,矩形支撑架的中心设有圆孔,四边上分别设有大小相同的内凹的半圆形凹槽;所述的地线对应的放置在圆孔内,四根主线芯放置在四个半圆形凹槽内;其中,主线芯由中心弹性棒和排列在弹性棒外的单线绞合后绕包绝缘屏蔽层构成。
进一步改进,所述的单线由导体以及挤包在导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
进一步改进,所述的弹性缓冲层包括柔性内垫和柔性外垫,所述柔性内垫与柔性外垫之间设置有若干气囊。
进一步改进,所述的地线的外径大小与圆孔的内径大小相同。
进一步改进,所述的主线芯的外径小于半圆形凹槽的内径。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明使用了空心矩形支撑架,再在四个边上开有半圆形凹槽,将地线放在空心矩形支撑架的内部,将四个控制线芯放在空心矩形骨架的四个半圆形凹槽内构成缆芯,结构紧凑稳定,抗压耐拉能力强;
2、在缆芯外依次设有三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层、煅烧云母带绕包层和氯磺化聚乙烯外护套,防火效果好,使用安全可靠;
3、在缆芯的间隙处设有纤维填充层,可提高电缆的阻水性能;
5、电缆采用三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层,因为三元乙丙橡胶具有低密度高填充性,耐老化性、耐腐蚀性、耐水蒸气、耐过热水性能、电绝缘性能和耐电晕性以及弹性好,使得电缆也具有以上各性能,大大提高了电缆的性能优势;
6、本发明的弹性缓冲层可以有效的缓冲了来自外界的压力,很好的保护电缆各层不受损坏,提高了电缆的防挤压性,大大提高了电缆的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种0.6/1kv及以下低压电力电缆,包括由位于电缆中心的矩形支撑架1、一根地线3以及四根主线芯构成的缆芯,在缆芯的间隙处设有纤维填充层9,在缆芯外依次设有三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层10、煅烧云母带绕包层11、钢带铠装层12、氯磺化聚乙烯外护层13以及弹性缓冲层14;其中,矩形支撑架的中心设有圆孔2,四边上分别设有大小相同的内凹的半圆形凹槽4;所述的地线3对应的放置在圆孔内2,四根主线芯放置在四个半圆形凹槽4内;其中,主线芯由中心弹性棒5和排列在弹性棒外的单线绞合后绕包绝缘屏蔽层6构成,而单线由导体7以及挤包在导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层8构成。
如图2所示,所述的弹性缓冲层14包括柔性内垫141和柔性外垫142,所述柔性内垫与柔性外垫之间设置有若干气囊143。

1.一种0.6/1kv及以下低压电力电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:在缆芯的间隙处设有纤维填充层,在缆芯外依次设有三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层、煅烧云母带绕包层、钢带铠装层、氯磺化聚乙烯外护层以及弹性缓冲层;所述的缆芯由位于电缆中心的矩形支撑架、一根地线以及四根主线芯构成;其中,矩形支撑架的中心设有圆孔,四边上分别设有大小相同的内凹的半圆形凹槽;所述的地线对应的放置在圆孔内,四根主线芯放置在四个半圆形凹槽内;其中,主线芯由中心弹性棒和排列在弹性棒外的单线绞合后绕包绝缘屏蔽层构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的0.6/1kv及以下低压电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的单线由导体以及挤包在导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的0.6/1kv及以下低压电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的弹性缓冲层包括柔性内垫和柔性外垫,所述柔性内垫与柔性外垫之间设置有若干气囊。
4.根据权利要求1所述的0.6/1kv及以下低压电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的地线的外径大小与圆孔的内径大小相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的0.6/1kv及以下低压电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的主线芯的外径小于半圆形凹槽的内径。
