Abstract

本发明提供一种阴阳树脂分离层测定系统,包括垂直设置的管体,所述管体的内壁沿垂直方向设置有一列横置的缝隙,每条缝隙在所述管体的外侧均连通片状腔体,所述缝隙由半透膜封闭,所述片状腔体水平设置且相互平行,所述片状腔体内充满高盐溶液,所述片状腔体内设置有压力传感结构,本发明通过在半透膜的一侧布置高盐溶液,使在所述管体内的阴阳树脂内的水分子被吸收入高盐溶液,由于阴阳树脂存在密度差,其内部的水分含量也不同,因此阴树脂和阳树脂内的水分子进入半透膜另一侧的高盐溶液的速度不同,造成片状腔体内的压力不一致,通过片状腔体内的压力可以准确的判断阴树脂和阳树脂的分层界面线。

一种阴阳树脂分离层测定系统
技术领域
本发明涉及浓度监测设备领域,特别地,是一种阴阳树脂分离层测定系统。
背景技术
水处理领域离子交换树脂的需求量很大,约占离子交换树脂产量的90%,用于水中的各种阴阳离子的去除。目前,离子交换树脂的最大消耗量是用在火力发电厂的纯水处理上,当树脂失效后,需要将树脂输送至分离塔(床)内擦洗分层(分层是利用阴阳树脂的密度来分离的),分别出阴树脂和阳树脂分离出来,分别再次输送至阴塔和阳塔当中进行再生(再生是用酸和碱)。再生好的树脂再混合好,输送至混床做为备用,待另一混床失效后投入运行。在阴阳树脂分离后,需要对分层后的阴阳树脂分离再生,由于阴树脂和阳树脂密度颜色不尽相同,一般采用分层的办法将阴阳树脂分离,但是传统的对阴阳树脂的分层界面线测定手段比如通过光电传感器对树脂进行颜色采样,对于新树脂,判断非常准确,但是当机组运行一段时间后,由于阴阳树脂色差逐渐接近,且管道内的杂质增多,致使传感器出现误判情况。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种阴阳树脂分离层测定系统,该阴阳树脂分离层测定系统能够准确测定阴阳树脂的分层界面线。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
该阴阳树脂分离层测定系统包括垂直设置的管体,所述管体的内壁沿垂直方向设置有一列横置的缝隙,每条缝隙在所述管体的外侧均连通片状腔体,所述缝隙由半透膜封闭,所述片状腔体水平设置且相互平行,所述片状腔体内充满高盐溶液,所述片状腔体内设置有压力传感结构。
作为优选,所述压力传感结构为设置在片状腔体内的气囊和设置在气囊内的电子气压计。
作为优选,所述片状腔体内设置有相互连通的进水口和出水口,最上层的片状腔体的进水口和出水口分别连通进水管和出水管,所述进水口和出水口由串联的堵头同步封堵和开启进水口和出水口。
本发明的优点在于:
通过在半透膜的一侧布置高盐溶液,使在所述管体内的阴阳树脂内的水分子被吸收入高盐溶液,由于阴阳树脂存在密度差,其内部的水分含量也不同,因此阴树脂和阳树脂内的水分子进入半透膜另一侧的高盐溶液的速度不同,造成片状腔体内的压力不一致,通过片状腔体内的压力可以准确的判断阴树脂和阳树脂的分层界面线。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
在本实施例中,参阅图1、图2和图3,该阴阳树脂分离层测定系统包括垂直设置的管体100,所述管体100的内壁沿垂直方向设置有一列横置的缝隙200,每条缝隙200在所述管体100的外侧均连通片状腔体400,所述缝隙200由半透膜300封闭,所述片状腔体400水平设置且相互平行,所述片状腔体400内充满高盐溶液,所述片状腔体400内设置有压力传感结构500。
参阅图4,所述压力传感结构500为设置在片状腔体400内的气囊510和设置在气囊510内的电子气压计520,通过气压可以测定片状腔体400内的压力,进而得出所述管体100各高度内物质的密度分布,进而判定阴阳树脂的分界线。
上述的阴阳树脂分离层测定系统,所述片状腔体400内设置有相互连通的进水口和出水口,最上层的片状腔体400的进水口和出水口分别连通进水管710和出水管720,所述进水口710和出水口720由串联的堵头600同步封堵和开启进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口用于释放片状腔体400内的压力,同时通过换液平均调节各片状腔体400内高盐溶液的浓度。
上述的阴阳树脂分离层测定系统工作原理:
通过在半透膜300的一侧布置高盐溶液,使在所述管体100内的阴阳树脂内的水分子被吸收入高盐溶液,由于阴阳树脂存在密度差,其内部的水分含量也不同,因此阴树脂和阳树脂内的水分子进入半透膜另一侧的高盐溶液的速度不同,造成片状腔体400内的压力不一致,通过片状腔体400内监测到的压力可以准确的判断阴树脂和阳树脂的分层界面线。

1.一种阴阳树脂分离层测定系统,包括垂直设置的管体(100),其特征在于:
所述管体(100)的内壁沿垂直方向设置有一列横置的缝隙(200),每条缝隙(200)在所述管体(100)的外侧均连通片状腔体(400),所述缝隙(200)由半透膜(300)封闭,所述片状腔体(400)水平设置且相互平行,所述片状腔体(400)内充满高盐溶液,所述片状腔体(400)内设置有压力传感结构(500)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阴阳树脂分离层测定系统,其特征在于:所述压力传感结构(500)为设置在片状腔体(400)内的气囊(510)和设置在气囊(510)内的电子气压计(520)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阴阳树脂分离层测定系统,其特征在于:所述片状腔体(400)内设置有相互连通的进水口和出水口,最上层的片状腔体(400)的进水口和出水口分别连通进水管(710)和出水管(720),所述进水口(710)和出水口(720)由串联的堵头(600)同步封堵和开启进水口和出水口。
