Abstract
卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置,包括有膨大腔体罐、储气罐阀、进气管阀、限压阀、四通接头、进气主管、回流主阀、回流管、排气阀、螺旋管、固定支架、卧罐和外连接管。螺旋管设置在固定支架上,螺旋管的一端连接设置有外连接管,螺旋管的另一端,连接设置有回流管,回流管上设置有回流主阀、回流管的上端连接到四通接头,辅助进气管上设置有限压阀。辅助进气管的前端连接到进气主管,进气主管的前端再通过储气罐阀连接到膨大腔体罐,进气主管的后端则通过进气管阀连接到四通接头,通过四通接头又连接到排气管,排气管上设置有排气管阀和限压排气阀。本发明所述的卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置整体结构简单,安装和操作使用方便,稳定性好,可靠性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及气液转换降压装置,尤其涉及卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置。
背景技术
现有技术的低温容器多采用双层壳体的结构,以方便在两层壳体之间的夹层中冲填入作为制冷剂使用的液体氮类低温液体,为了保持制冷剂的温度,需要在低温容器的内壳体的外面再加设保温层,比如一般需要加装硬质的聚氨酯泡沫层或珠光砂保护层。低温液体储罐是一种专门储存和供应低温液化气体的夹套式真空绝热压力容器,广泛应用在工业生产,医院和日常生活中。但由于低温液体具有较低的沸点、较大的膨胀性、较强的吸湿性、强氧化和易爆炸等危险特性,由于我国低温设备起步较晚,加上对低温设备操作人员培训较少,操作人员对低温设备的安全使用知之甚少,所以我国经常发生低温设备使用中出现伤亡事故,给我国人力物力造成很大损失。中国专利2013102631865公开了一种“低温容器气液转换降压装置”,主要是针对立式低温容器的运输过程中的气液转换降压问题进行的设计,通用性较差,或者说基本不适合卧罐容器使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置,其恒压装置是根据动力学和静力学设计的一种压力平衡装置,设定好工作压力,该装置即可根据卧式容器罐内的压力以气液交替使用的形式实现自动调节。
本发明所述的卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置,包括有膨大腔体罐、储气罐阀、辅助进气管、进气管阀、限压阀、四通接头、排气管阀、限压排气阀、进气主管、回流主阀、回流管、排气阀、螺旋管、固定支架、卧罐和外连接管。所说的卧罐是相对立罐而说的低温液体压力容器,在所说的卧罐内下部设置有本发明所述的卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置,所说的卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置,主体是螺旋管,所说的螺旋管设置在固定支架上,所说的固定支架固定连接在卧罐内的底面壁上,螺旋管的一端连接设置有外连接管,螺旋管的另一端,连接设置有回流管,回流管上设置有回流主阀、回流管的上端连接到四通接头,并通过四通接头连接到辅助进气管,在所说的辅助进气管上设置有限压阀。辅助进气管的前端连接到进气主管,进气主管的前端再通过储气罐阀连接到膨大腔体罐,进气主管的后端则通过进气管阀连接到四通接头,通过四通接头又连接到排气管,排气管上设置有排气管阀和限压排气阀。
本发明所述的卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置,整体结构简单,安装和操作使用方便,稳定性好,可靠性高。使用本发明所述的卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置,其恒压装置是根据动力学和静力学设计的一种压力平衡装置,设定好工作压力,该装置即可根据低温容器罐内的压力以气液交替使用的形式实现自动调节。因为气液转换后的体积比达到620:1,所以只要能够安全而有效地将气体转换成液体的形式进行储存和运输,就可以大量地节省储存和运输的成本,如果在储存或者运输的过程中液体自动转换成了气体,这种情况且只能做排空处理,无疑会大量地浪费了资源,而本发明所述的卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置较好地解决了这个问题。其恒压装置是根据动力学和静力学设计的一种压力平衡装置,设定好工作压力,该装置即可根据卧式容器罐内的压力以气液交替使用的形式实现自动调节。

1.卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置,包括有膨大腔体罐(1)、储气罐阀(2)、辅助进气管(3)、进气管阀(4)、限压阀(5)、四通接头(6)、排气管阀(7)、限压排气阀(8)、进气主管(9)、回流主阀(10)、回流管(11)、排气阀(12)、螺旋管(13)、固定支架(14)、卧罐(15)和外连接管(16),其特征在于螺旋管(13)设置在固定支架(14)上,所说的固定支架(14)固定连接在卧罐(15)内的底面壁上,螺旋管(13)的一端连接设置有外连接管(16),螺旋管(13)的另一端,连接设置有回流管(11),回流管(11)上设置有回流主阀(10)、回流管(11)的上端连接到四通接头(6),并通过四通接头(6)连接到辅助进气管(3),在所说的辅助进气管(3)上设置有限压阀(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卧罐用气液自动转换降压装置,其特征在于辅助进气管(3)的前端连接到进气主管(9),进气主管(9)的前端再通过储气罐阀(2)连接到膨大腔体罐(1),进气主管(9)的后端则通过进气管阀(4)连接到四通接头(6),通过四通接头(6)又连接到排气管(12),排气管(12)上设置有排气管阀(7)和限压排气阀(8)。
