Abstract
本发明公开一种锚点卡爪,包括钢片,卡套,卡套与钢片为整体结构,卡片包括嵌入部和卡爪部,卡爪部从卡套伸入到卡套内腔中,卡套内可插入半径为R2的管子,卡爪部包括圆弧型钢片,在圆弧型钢片两端分别设置锚点,两端锚点倒圆角且拱桥连接,使锚点首先接触管子表面,锚点的桥接半径R3与管子半径R2的径向Y轴的轴心线上形成偏距为E,且偏距符合关系式:E=R2?R3。本发明的锚点卡爪结构可靠,经抗拉力测试:L>200N,可以减少快插管路连接的漏水现象,使用在家用净水器上可以减少因漏水造成人民群众家庭财产损失。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及家用净水器技术领域,更广泛地说,是涉及一种流体管路锚点结构的锚点卡爪。
背景技术
目前,国内外公知的快插卡爪结构,它是由卡爪1和卡座2组成的。请参见图1-7,装配时先将卡爪收缩(图3)插入卡座2推进卡喉21(图4),并使卡盘11p平面与卡座平面靠拢,将PP软管3按箭头正向插入卡爪中孔,过O形密封圈4一直插到管底25,插入管子3使弹性爪臂12张开,此时钢片14与管子R2表面接触,然后把管子返向外拉,使卡爪触点16沿锥体22收缩产生向心力F,F由爪臂12传递于爪刃15贯入管子表层,形成切口17爪持水管,所述的管子返向外拉旨在施加预紧力,使卡盘与卡座之间形成间隙插入卡环5,以增强爪、管的防滑止退功能。但是,目前大多数快插卡爪,其抓紧力度、防滑、止退性能均不够理想;孰知一台净水器其滤、器、泵、罐、阀门等连接器件,要用20-30套快插卡爪,因此泄漏概率大,危机事件时有发生。我国2015年产净水器达6000万台,随着净水器的普及,研发创新锚点卡爪,提高防漏性能,降低泄漏概率,对促进我国健康饮用水事业的发展具有着重要意义。
总而言之,现有快插卡爪大致情况如下:1、现有卡爪第一种类型圆弧型钢片:钢片半径R1=管子为半径R2,几何圆心、位置度相同(见图2),两者属于同心圆重叠的弧线接触,接触比较面大,接触处压强小,刃口贯入性能差,因此爪持力不够稳定。2、第二种卡爪钢片:为平口型(见图7),平口直线与管子外圆相切,随着切入深度增加,接触面沿长,渐渐演变成线接触,其刃口贯入,爪持性能虽优于第一种类型,但其抗拉力度L仍不能满足DIN标准要求(L>180N)。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术之不足,提供一种锚点卡爪,该锚点卡爪不仅能很好地夹持管路,而且能将管路夹持牢固可靠,防止松脱和泄漏,以克服现有的快插卡爪卡接不牢固的缺点。
本发明的技术方案是:锚点卡爪,包括钢片,卡套,卡套与钢片为整体结构,钢片包括嵌入部和卡爪部,卡爪部从卡套伸入到卡套内腔中,卡套内可插入半径为R2的管子,卡爪部包括圆弧型钢片,在圆弧型钢片两端分别设置锚点,两端锚点倒圆角且拱桥连接,使锚点首先接触管子表面,锚点的桥接半径R3与管子半径R2的径向Y轴的轴心线上形成偏距为E,且偏距符合关系式:E=R2-R3。
所述卡爪部包括由分隔槽H分开的四个圆弧型钢片,共形成八个锚点,锚点在圆周上呈45度八点匀布。
圆弧型钢片逆向止退角度β的范围为35°—45°。
所述卡套锥体的单边斜角为a,a的范围为20°—30°。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的锚点卡爪结构可靠,经拉力测试:L>200N,可以减少快插管路连接的漏水现象,使用在家用净水器上可以减少因漏水造成人民群众家庭财产损失。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
本发明的锚点卡爪是在现有圆弧型钢片卡爪(钢片半径R1=管子半径R2,见图2b)的基础上进行的创新,参见图8-9,在圆弧型钢片两端,分别增加锚点C,锚点C倒圆角,倒圆角半径为Rr,于是在四个钢片14上,就构成八个锚点C,锚点C在圆周上呈45度八点匀布,使锚点C首先接触管子表面,点接触面积小,单位面积压强大,锚点C贯入性强,爪卡稳固可靠。钢片逆向止退角度β(β的范围为35°—45°)锥体单边斜角为a(参见图1所示),a的范围为20°—30°,钢片经冲压卷边一体注塑构成卡爪。四个圆弧型钢片由分隔槽H分开。
两锚点C尖齿倒圆角之间圆滑过渡连接桥接半径R3,桥接半径R3与管子半径R2的径向Y轴的轴心线上形成偏距为E的几何关系式:E=R2-R3。其爪持性能已经达到DIN标准要求,其抗拉力度L>200N。爪持力F=COSaL。
Claims (4)
1.锚点卡爪,包括钢片,卡套,卡套与钢片为整体结构,钢片包括嵌入部和卡爪部,卡爪部从卡套伸入到卡套内腔中,卡套内可插入半径为R2的管子,其特征在于:卡爪部包括圆弧型钢片,在圆弧型钢片两端分别设置锚点,两端锚点倒圆角且拱桥连接,使锚点首先接触管子表面,锚点的桥接半径R3与管子半径R2的径向Y轴的轴心线上形成偏距为E,且偏距符合关系式:E=R2-R3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锚点卡爪,其特征在于:所述卡爪部包括由分隔槽分开的四个圆弧型钢片,共形成八个锚点,锚点在圆周上呈45度八点匀布。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的锚点卡爪,其特征在于:圆弧型钢片逆向止退角度β的范围为35°—45°。
4.根据权利要求3所述的锚点卡爪,其特征在于:所述卡套锥体的单边斜角为a,a的范围为20°—30°。
