本发明涉及一种锥摆式少齿差减速装置,其特征在于机壳的一侧通过轴承安设内侧设有齿圈的输出盘,机壳的另一侧设置有固定齿圈并连接有联接座,固定齿圈中安设有带齿圈齿轮与其构成可摆动零齿差齿轮联轴器,机壳的中心安设有输入曲轴,输入曲轴的两端横穿机壳分别由输出盘的中心轴承和联接座的中心轴承相支承,输入曲轴的偏心轴通过调心滚子轴承安设可摆动双联齿轮,双联齿轮的一端与带齿圈齿轮的齿圈相啮合构成少齿差行星传动齿轮副,双联齿轮的另一端与输出盘齿圈相配置构成可摆动零齿差齿轮联轴器。本发明结构简单,传动比大,体积小,重量轻,性价比高,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属机械传动技术领域,具体涉及一种锥摆式少齿差减速装置。
技术背景
减速机是应用非常广泛的机械传动装置。在现有技术中大传动比的行星传动装置种类较多,应用的范围广,效果也不错。但现有大传动比传动装置存在的共同问题就是结构比较复杂,加工精度要求很高,难度大,成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术存在的不足提供一种锥摆式少齿差减速装置,它不仅结构简单紧凑,易于加工,制作成本低,而且传动比大,体积小。
本发明为解决上述提出的问题所采用的技术方案为:
包括有两侧贯通的机壳,机壳的一侧通过轴承安设内侧设有齿圈的输出盘,机壳的另一侧设置有固定齿圈,固定齿圈中安设有带齿圈齿轮与其构成可摆动零齿差齿轮联轴器,机壳的另一侧还连接有联接座,机壳的中心安设有输入曲轴,输入曲轴的两端横穿机壳分别由输出盘的中心轴承和联接座的中心轴承相支承,输入曲轴的偏心轴通过调心滚子轴承安设可摆动双联齿轮,所述双联齿轮的一端为行星齿轮与带齿圈齿轮的齿圈相啮合构成少齿差行星传动齿轮副,所述双联齿轮的另一端为联轴齿轮与输出盘齿圈相配置构成可摆动零齿差齿轮联轴器。
按上述方案,所述的少齿差行星传动齿轮副的齿差为1~4齿,即行星齿轮的齿数少于齿圈1~4齿。
按上述方案,所述的双联齿轮的联轴齿轮为鼓形齿轮或弧顶弧底齿轮,所述的带齿圈齿轮的外齿为鼓形齿轮或弧顶弧底齿轮。
按上述方案,所述的可摆动双联齿轮的自转回转中心线与输入曲轴的回转中心线相交,相交的夹角α为0.5~2°。其中输入曲轴为高速级,双联齿轮为低速级,双联齿轮回转中心线绕输入曲轴的回转中心线作锥形摆动。
按上述方案,所述的少齿差行星传动齿轮副采用双摆线齿形,零齿差齿轮联轴器采用渐开线齿形。
按上述方案,所述的少齿差行星传动齿轮副的单级减速比为10~120。
按上述方案,所述的输出盘内侧外周安设滚动轴承,滚动轴承的外圈与机壳孔座相配置,输出盘的外侧外周直径较大处,安设密封装置,输出盘的外侧端面设置有连接螺孔。
按上述方案,所述的输入曲轴一侧开设有驱动联接孔,所述的驱动联接孔为花键孔或键槽孔。
本发明的工作过程为:高速动力从输入曲轴输入,输入曲轴的偏心轴通过调心滚子轴承带动双联齿轮摆动公转,使双联齿轮回转中心线绕曲轴的回转中心线作锥形摆动,同时通过少齿差行星传动齿轮副的作用,双联齿轮作低速自转,若机壳固定,自转方向与曲轴的转向相反,通过输出盘的齿圈将低速大扭矩的动力从输出盘输出。若带齿圈输出盘固定不动,双联齿轮的锥摆方向与曲轴两轴颈的转向相同,减速增矩后的动力由带齿圈机壳输出。
本发明的有益效果在于:1、结构简单紧凑,体积小,重量轻,加工装配的工艺性好,制造成本低,性价比高;2、采用少齿差多齿啮合传动,同时设置带齿圈齿轮,本发明可实现高精度传动,其传动功率和扭矩范围大,功率可从1W~数百KW,扭矩可从1Kg.m~50T.m;3、本发明单级传动比大(i=10~120),传动效率高(η≥0.95~0.97),微型机效率稍低,运行平稳,过载能力强,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的实施例。
包括有两侧贯通的机壳2,机壳的左侧通过轴承连接内侧设有齿圈的输出盘3,所述的输出盘内侧外周对应齿圈安设滚动轴承5,滚动轴承的外圈与机壳孔座相配置,输出盘的外侧外周直径较大处,安设有密封装置,输出盘的外侧端面设置有连接螺孔。机壳的右侧设置有固定齿圈,固定齿圈中安设有带齿圈齿轮8构成可摆动零齿差齿轮联轴器,零齿差齿轮联轴器采用渐开线齿形,所述的带齿圈齿轮的外齿为鼓形齿轮。机壳的右侧还连接有联接座9,机壳的中心安设有输入曲轴1,输入曲轴一侧开设有驱动联接孔,所述的驱动联接孔为花键孔或键槽孔。输入曲轴的两端横穿机壳分别由输出盘的中心轴承4和联接座的中心轴承10相支承,输入曲轴的偏心距为e,输入曲轴的偏心轴上装有调心滚子轴承7,调心滚子轴承的调心中心为Oˊ,其轴承外圈安设在中空的可摆动双联齿轮6中,所述双联齿轮的右端为行星齿轮与带齿圈齿轮的齿圈相啮合构成少齿差行星传动齿轮副,所述的少齿差行星传动齿轮副采用双摆线齿形,其中齿圈的齿数为101齿,行星齿轮的齿数为100齿,齿差为1齿,单级减速比为100或101。所述双联齿轮的左端为联轴齿轮与输出盘齿圈相配置构成又一个可摆动零齿差齿轮联轴器,零齿差齿轮联轴器采用渐开线齿形,所述的联轴齿轮为鼓形齿轮,可在齿圈中作相对的摆动。所述的可摆动双联齿轮的自转回转中心线与输入曲轴的回转中心线相交于O点,相交的夹角α为1°。其中输入曲轴为高速级,双联齿轮为低速级,双联齿轮回转中心线绕输入曲轴的回转中心线作锥形摆动。锥形摆动的摆臂长度为A,垂直间距为B。

Claims (8)

1.一种锥摆式少齿差减速装置,其特征在于包括有两侧贯通的机壳,机壳的一侧通过轴承安设内侧设有齿圈的输出盘,机壳的另一侧设置有固定齿圈,固定齿圈中安设有带齿圈齿轮与其构成可摆动零齿差齿轮联轴器,机壳的另一侧还连接有联接座,机壳的中心安设有输入曲轴,输入曲轴的两端横穿机壳分别由输出盘的中心轴承和联接座的中心轴承相支承,输入曲轴的偏心轴通过调心滚子轴承安设可摆动双联齿轮,所述双联齿轮的一端为行星齿轮与带齿圈齿轮的齿圈相啮合构成少齿差行星传动齿轮副,所述双联齿轮的另一端为联轴齿轮与输出盘齿圈相配置构成可摆动零齿差齿轮联轴器。
2.按权利要求1所述的锥摆式少齿差减速装置,其特征在于所述的少齿差行星传动齿轮副的齿差为1~4齿,即行星齿轮的齿数少于齿圈1~4齿。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的锥摆式少齿差减速装置,其特征在于所述的双联齿轮的联轴齿轮为鼓形齿轮或弧顶弧底齿轮,所述的带齿圈齿轮的齿轮为鼓形齿轮或弧顶弧底齿轮。
4.按权利要求3所述的锥摆式少齿差减速装置,其特征在于所述的可摆动双联齿轮的自转回转中心线与输入曲轴的回转中心线相交,相交的夹角α为0.5~2°。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的锥摆式少齿差减速装置,其特征在于所述的少齿差行星传动齿轮副采用双摆线齿形,零齿差齿轮联轴器采用渐开线齿形。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的锥摆式少齿差减速装置,其特征在于所述的少齿差行星传动齿轮副的单级减速比为10~120。
7.按权利要求1或2所述的锥摆式少齿差减速装置,其特征在于所述的输出盘内侧外周安设滚动轴承,滚动轴承的外圈与机壳孔座相配置,输出盘的外侧外周直径较大处,安设密封装置,输出盘的外侧端面设置有连接螺孔。
8.按权利要求1所述的锥摆式少齿差减速装置,其特征在于所述的输入曲轴一侧开设有驱动联接孔,所述的驱动联接孔为花键孔或键槽孔。
