Abstract
本发明公开了一种应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器及其制造方法,带状回热器由带状物缠绕制成,缠绕中心具有纵向通孔,带状回热器包括作为内外骨架的内层和外层、以及位于内外层之间的中间层;内层和外层分别由带状物缠绕至少一圈构成,且分别粘结成固定圈结构,相邻的每两圈带状物之间相互粘结不可相互移动;中间层由带状物缠绕多圈构成,且相邻的每两圈带状物之间的缝隙可通过抖动或震动调整至均匀分布的结构。其技术方案内外层分别固定粘结构成内外骨架,中间层各圈间的缝隙可调整至均匀状态,具有均匀且优良的透气性,且制造简单方便,能够准确确定需求的内径,并紧密缠绕形成中间层,同时方便的粘结内外层,构成中间层的缝隙可调整的结构。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及斯特林热机换热的回热器技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器及其制造方法。
背景技术
斯特林热机循环装置中一般安置有回热器,用来对两端的冷热交换起到缓和的作用,提高热机的工作效率。当前技术下的回热器通常是一体制成的整体或是由带状物缠绕制成。对于缠绕制成的回热器,在缠绕过程中难免在每两圈带状物之间存在微小的缝隙,且一般是内紧外松的,越接近缠绕中心缝隙越小,越远离缠绕中心则缝隙越大,缝隙的孔隙率会大大影响回热器工作状态上下两端面的透气性。另一方面为了对缠绕式的回热器结构的固定,通常利用在圈与圈之间注入胶水或是利用胶布贴纸等外部连接媒介的方式进行结构的固定。但这些媒介也是具有一定厚度的,在固定了回热器的带状缠绕结构后本身就增加了圈与圈之间的孔隙率,从而进一步影响了回热器的透气性,使得上下端面的热量会自由透过缝隙进入另一端面。因此,需求能够形成均匀分布的缝隙的带状回热器,以得到优良的透气性而提高斯特林热机的工作效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,现提供一种旨在能够形成均匀分布的缝隙的带状回热器及其制造方法,用以克服上述技术缺陷。
具体技术方案如下:
一种应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器,由一条带状物缠绕制成,且缠绕中心具有纵向通孔,其特征在于,所述带状回热器包括作为内外骨架的内层和外层、以及位于内外层之间的中间层;
所述内层和所述外层分别由带状物缠绕至少一圈构成,且所述内层和所述外层中缠绕的带状物分别粘结成固定圈结构,相邻的每两圈带状物之间相互粘结不可相互移动;
所述中间层由带状物缠绕多圈构成,且相邻的每两圈带状物之间的缝隙可通过抖动或震动调整至均匀分布的结构。
所述内层和所述外层分别由带状物缠绕1-10圈构成。
所述内层和所述外层的带状表面上分别穿透开设有多个小孔,且所述内层和所述外层的各圈带状物间通过所述小孔注入胶水粘结或注入化学试剂融化粘结或插入电热件电热融化粘结,用以形成固定圈结构。
较佳的,所述小孔均匀对称的设置于带状物缠绕形成的所述内层和所述外层的带状表面上。
较佳的,所述内层和所述外层上的所述小孔的数量均为四个。
较佳的,带状物由PP或PE塑料制成。
本发明还提出了一种制造上述应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤a,在一预设直径的芯棒上缠绕带状物1-10圈,作为所述带状回热器的内层;
步骤b,在所述内层的带状表面上向内开设多个小孔,并通过所述小孔粘结所述内层的各圈带状物;
步骤c,将带状物继续向外缠绕至形成的所述带状回热器的外径达到需求的直径;
步骤d,在形成的所述带状回热器的外表面向内开设多个小孔,所述小孔的深度为1-10圈缠绕的带状物,并通过所述小孔粘结所述小孔深度所及的各圈带状物,用以形成所述带状回热器的外层;
步骤e,移除内部放置的芯棒,并抖动或震动所述带状回热器,用以将内外层之间的中间层的各圈带状物间的缝隙调整至均匀分布的状态。
较佳的,所述步骤b和所述步骤d中对内外层各圈带状物进行粘结的方式为:
通过所述小孔注入胶水粘结或注入化学试剂融化粘结或插入电热件电热融化粘结,以形成固定圈结构。
上述技术方案的有益效果在于:
(1)带状回热器的内外层分别固定粘结构成内外骨架,中间层各圈带状物间的缝隙可调整至均匀状态,从而具有均匀且优良的透气性;
(2)带状回热器的制造方法简单方便,能够准确确定需求的内径,并紧密缠绕形成中间层,同时能够方便的粘结内外层,构成中间层各圈间缝隙可调整的结构,简单方便且有效。

具体实施方式
以下,将会参照附图描述本发明的实施方式。在实施方式中,相同构造的部分使用相同的附图标记并且省略描述。
参阅图1,为本发明应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器的立体结构示意图;结合图2,为本发明应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器的展开结构示意图。且图1中为清晰显示所述回热器内外层3以及中间层2的结构特征,省略示出具体圈数和带状物缠绕围成的边线。
如图中所示,所述带状回热器由一条带状物缠绕制成,且缠绕中心具有纵向通孔4,所述带状回热器包括作为内外骨架的内层1和外层3、以及位于内外层之间的中间层2;内层1和外层3分别由带状物缠绕至少一圈构成,且内层1和外层3中缠绕的带状物分别粘结成固定圈结构,相邻的每两圈带状物之间相互粘结不可相互移动;中间层2由带状物缠绕多圈构成,且相邻的每两圈带状物之间的缝隙可通过抖动或震动调整至均匀分布的结构。
其中内层1和外层3粘结成固定圈结构具体为,当仅缠绕一圈时,缠绕的带状物该圈的首尾相粘结或与更外层相粘结,当多于一圈时,即两圈及以上时,则相互间进行粘结,用以形成带状回热器的固定圈结构,也即是作为带状回热器的内外骨架。从而所述带状回热器整体形成圆环状结构,内外层3分别固定粘结成带状回热器的内外骨架,中间层2的多圈带状物相互间的缝隙可调整至均匀状态,具有均匀且优良的透气性。上述的固定圈结构意指每两圈之间相互粘结不可相互移动的结构,用以形成内外骨架,具体应用中,带状回热器圆环状结构的内径根据实际生产应用的需求确定,且通过在一预设直径的芯棒上缠绕首先制成内层1并粘结,再根据需求缠绕至外径满足预设需求的外径尺寸,最后对外部至少一圈粘结处理成外层3结构,即可得到本发明的带状回热器。
在一种优选的实施方式中,具体如图1和图2所示,内层1和外层3分别由带状物缠绕1-10圈构成。内层1和外层3的带状表面上分别穿透开设有多个小孔5,且内层1和外层3的各圈带状物间通过小孔5注入胶水粘结或注入化学试剂融化粘结或插入电热件电热融化粘结,用以形成固定圈结构,但不局限于此。
作为进一步的优选实施方式中,小孔5均匀对称的设置于带状物缠绕形成的内层1和外层3的带状表面上,从而形成稳定均匀的内外骨架。且本实施例中,内层1和外层3上的小孔5数量均为四个。
作为进一步的优选实施方式中,所述带状物由PP或PE塑料制成,但不局限于此。
本发明还提出了上述应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤a,在一预设直径的芯棒上缠绕带状物1-10圈,作为带状回热器的内层1;
步骤b,在内层1的带状表面上向内开设多个小孔5,并通过小孔5粘结内层1的各圈带状物;
步骤c,将带状物继续向外缠绕至形成的带状回热器的外径达到需求的直径;
步骤d,在形成的带状回热器的外表面向内开设多个小孔5,小孔5的深度为1-10圈缠绕的带状物,并通过小孔5粘结小孔5深度所及的各圈带状物,用以形成带状回热器的外层3;
步骤e,移除内部放置的芯棒,并抖动或震动带状回热器,用以将内外层3之间的中间层2的各圈带状物间的缝隙调整至均匀分布的状态。
在一种优选的实施方式中,上述步骤b和上述步骤d中对内外层3各圈带状物进行粘结的方式为:通过小孔5注入胶水粘结或注入化学试剂融化粘结或插入电热件电热融化粘结,以形成固定圈结构。
值得指出的是,芯棒的预设直径为带状回热器在斯特林热机换热具体应用中需求的中心纵向通孔4的直径,且芯棒也可以是其他棒状或管状物替换应用,不应局限于此。
在上述技术方案中,带状回热器的内外层3分别固定粘结构成内外骨架,中间层2各圈带状物间的缝隙可调整至均匀状态,从而具有均匀且优良的透气性;带状回热器的制造方法简单方便,能够准确确定需求的内径,并紧密缠绕形成中间层2,同时能够方便的粘结内外层3,构成中间层2各圈间缝隙可调整的结构,简单方便且有效。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,对本发明而言仅仅是说明性的,而非限制性的。本专业技术人员理解,在本发明权利要求所限定的精神和范围内可对其进行许多改变,修改,甚至等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器,由一条带状物缠绕制成,且缠绕中心具有纵向通孔,其特征在于,所述带状回热器包括分别作为内外骨架的内层和外层、以及位于所述内层和外层之间的中间层;
所述内层和所述外层分别由所述带状物缠绕至少两圈构成,且所述内层和所述外层中缠绕的所述带状物分别粘结成固定圈结构,相邻的每两圈所述带状物之间相互粘结不可相互移动;
所述中间层由所述带状物缠绕多圈构成,且相邻的每两圈所述带状物之间的缝隙可通过震动调整至均匀分布的结构;
所述内层和所述外层的带状表面上分别穿透开设有多个小孔,且所述内层和所述外层的各圈所述带状物间通过所述小孔注入胶水粘结或注入化学试剂融化粘结或插入电热件电热融化粘结,用以形成所述固定圈结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器,其特征在于,所述小孔均匀对称的设置于所述带状物缠绕形成的所述内层和所述外层的带状表面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器,其特征在于,所述内层和所述外层上的所述小孔的数量均为四个。
4.如权利要求1所述的应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器,其特征在于,所述带状物由PP或PE塑料制成。
5.一种制造如权利要求1-4任一项所述的应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤a,在一预设直径的芯棒上缠绕所述带状物2-10圈,作为所述带状回热器的所述内层;
步骤b,在所述内层的带状表面上向内开设多个小孔,并通过所述小孔粘结所述内层的各圈所述带状物;
步骤c,将所述带状物继续向外缠绕至所述带状回热器的外径达到需求的直径;
步骤d,在形成的所述带状回热器的外表面向内开设多个所述小孔,所述小孔的深度为2-10圈缠绕的所述带状物,并通过所述小孔粘结所述小孔深度所及的各圈所述带状物,用以形成所述带状回热器的外层;
步骤e,移除内部放置的所述芯棒,并震动所述带状回热器,用以将所述内层和所述外层之间的所述中间层的各圈所述带状物间的缝隙调整至均匀分布的状态。
6.如权利要求5所述的应用于斯特林热机换热的带状回热器的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b和所述步骤d中对内外层各圈所述带状物进行粘结的方式为:
通过所述小孔注入胶水粘结或注入化学试剂融化粘结或插入电热件电热融化粘结,以形成所述固定圈结构。
