Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件,具体是涉及一种带悬挂吊钩的排气管。包括排气管、卡环和支撑板,所述排气管卡在卡环内,所述支撑板置于卡环的两端,通过支撑板及卡环将排气管固定在车体底部;所述排气管通过涂装处理在其外表面形成防护膜。处理剂由10份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份芳香族羟基酸、3份柠檬酸、0.5份黄酮甙、5份乙二醇和80份水混合制成。本发明带悬挂吊钩的排气管,连接结构牢靠,使用及维护方便。通过涂装处理排气管,使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件,具体是涉及一种带悬挂吊钩的排气管。
背景技术
现有技术中,汽车排气管的固定,通常是采用焊接方式连接,易造成维修不便等缺陷。另有部分汽车厂家对其进行改进,更换了可以拆卸的悬挂吊钩,不过,这就对排气管的耐腐蚀性造成一定影响,所以必须对排气管进行防腐处理。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种带悬挂吊钩的排气管。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种带悬挂吊钩的排气管,包括排气管、卡环和支撑板,所述排气管卡在卡环内,所述支撑板置于卡环的两端,通过支撑板及卡环将排气管固定在车体底部;
所述排气管通过涂装处理在其外表面形成防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、将排气管放入处理剂中浸泡5分钟,处理剂由10份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份芳香族羟基酸、3份柠檬酸、0.5份黄酮甙、5份乙二醇和80份水混合制成;
步骤②、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为40℃;
步骤③、采用喷膜方法在排气管的表面涂装一层厚度为0.5μm的聚四氟乙烯薄膜;
步骤④、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为80℃;
步骤⑤、在排气管上的聚四氟乙烯薄膜的表面涂装底漆及面漆;
步骤⑥、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为70℃。
本发明带悬挂吊钩的排气管,连接结构牢靠,使用及维护方便。
通过涂装处理排气管,使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。
具体实施方式
一种带悬挂吊钩的排气管,包括排气管、卡环和支撑板,所述排气管卡在卡环内,所述支撑板置于卡环的两端,通过支撑板及卡环将排气管固定在车体底部。
所述排气管通过涂装处理在其外表面形成防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、将排气管放入处理剂中浸泡5分钟,处理剂由10份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份芳香族羟基酸、3份柠檬酸、0.5份黄酮甙、5份乙二醇和80份水混合制成;
步骤②、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为40℃;
步骤③、采用喷膜方法在排气管的表面涂装一层厚度为0.5μm的聚四氟乙烯薄膜;
步骤④、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为80℃;
步骤⑤、在排气管上的聚四氟乙烯薄膜的表面涂装底漆及面漆;
步骤⑥、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为70℃。

1.一种带悬挂吊钩的排气管,包括排气管(1),其特征在于,还包括卡环(2)和支撑板(3),所述排气管(1)卡在卡环(2)内,所述支撑板(3)置于卡环(2)的两端,通过支撑板(3)及卡环(2)将排气管(1)固定在车体底部;
所述排气管(1)通过涂装处理在其外表面形成防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、将排气管放入处理剂中浸泡5分钟,处理剂由10份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份芳香族羟基酸、3份柠檬酸、0.5份黄酮甙、5份乙二醇和80份水混合制成;
步骤②、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为40℃;
步骤③、采用喷膜方法在排气管的表面涂装一层厚度为0.5μm的聚四氟乙烯薄膜;
步骤④、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为80℃;
步骤⑤、在排气管上的聚四氟乙烯薄膜的表面涂装底漆及面漆;
步骤⑥、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为70℃。
