Abstract
一种保温瓷砖,原料的各组分的质量份数比为:高岭土3040份、长石1522份、硅藻土1835份、石英石38份、硅藻土粉末3555份、石英石粉末1220份、硅灰石粉末1520份、空心微珠38份、硅树脂微粉25份、颜色粉料0.52.5份。本发明是一种冬季时不再冰凉刺肤,且能够储存热量,降低暖气、地暖能耗的保温节能瓷砖。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,尤其涉及一种保温瓷砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
瓷砖,磁砖,是以耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物,经由研磨、混合、压制、施釉、烧结之过程,而形成的一种耐酸碱的瓷质或石质等,建筑或装饰材料,称之为瓷砖。其原材料多由粘土、石英砂等等混合而成。
现在广泛使用的地板有瓷砖地板,以及木地板。木地板有实木地板,复合木地板,实木地板环保、经久耐用,但是也存在着价格昂贵、打理麻烦的问题,而且对林木资源消耗大。针对实木地板的缺陷,现有的复合木地板利用回收木材制成,通常由木质基材和釉层构成,很多在中间还设有美观的花纹层,模拟实木地板,乃至实现实木地板所没有的各种精美纹路。但是复合木地板存在怕水,不耐潮的缺陷。而瓷砖地板,既不怕水,打理非常方便,同时相比木地板更为经久耐用。但是,相比实木地板还有复合木地板,瓷砖地板除了夏季,因为触感冰凉,其他时候都不适合直接在地面随意地席地而坐乃至躺地上休息,而在冬天更是冰凉刺骨。对于严寒地区,人们在冬季都必须使用暖气或地暖,能耗大。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提出一种保温瓷砖及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种保温瓷砖,原料的各组分的质量份数比为:高岭土30-40份、长石15-22份、硅藻土18-35份、石英石3-8份、硅藻土粉末35-55份、石英石粉末12-20份、硅灰石粉末15-20份、空心微珠3-8份、硅树脂微粉2-5份、颜色粉料0.5-2.5份。
进一步说明,所述高岭土、长石、硅藻土、石英石和水的瓷砖坯料压制形成坯体。
进一步说明,所述坯体内为中空腔室。中空腔起到了隔热保温的效果。
进一步说明,中空腔室内填充有石棉。石棉有助于存储热量,防止热量的过快散失。
进一步说明,在所述胚体上施釉,釉浆由所述硅藻土粉末、石英石粉末、硅灰石粉末、空心微珠、硅树脂微粉、颜色粉料和水组成,并经由燃烧窑高温烧制制成。
进一步说明,优选质量份数比是:高岭土35份,长石20份,硅藻土32份,石英石4份。
进一步说明,硅藻土粉末48份、石英石粉末18份、硅灰石粉末18份、空心微珠占7份、硅树脂微粉3份、颜色粉料1份。
一种保温瓷砖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将高岭土、长石、硅藻土、石英石经过碎化,并加水混合制得瓷砖坯料;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的一些瓷砖坯料倒入坯模中,在坯模底面均匀覆盖一层瓷砖坯料,然后在底面的瓷砖坯料薄层上放入石棉,放入的石棉层面积小于瓷砖坯料的底面积,然后再石棉层上再倒入一些瓷砖坯料,并在坯模底面和顶面之间的空隙也填充瓷砖坯料,将石棉包裹于瓷砖坯体内,刮平顶面的瓷砖坯料;
(3)将硅藻土粉末、石英石粉末、硅灰石粉末、空心微珠、硅树脂微粉、颜色粉料加水搅拌混合,制得釉浆;
(4)用步骤(3)制得的釉浆对步骤(2)制得的瓷砖坯体进行施釉;
(5)将瓷砖坯体放入燃烧窑,高温烧制制成保温瓷砖。
本发明的有益效果是;
本发明在瓷砖坯体中间填充石棉,具有散热效果良好且造价便宜,而只在釉浆中使用少量的空心微珠和硅树脂微粉。因此,可以取代现有隔热瓷砖需要较大量的成本较高的隔热材料,从而大大降低材料成本。并且采用高岭土、长石、硅藻土、石英石在作为瓷砖坯体相比于传统的瓷砖坯体会形成更多的微多孔结构,是有利于绝热效果的,制得瓷砖的机械强度也不差;并且在瓷砖的釉面中也采用了较大量的硅藻土,制造成本较低,具有较好的隔热效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种保温瓷砖,原料的各组分的质量份数比为:高岭土30份、长石15份、硅藻土18份、石英石3份、硅藻土粉末35份、石英石粉末12份、硅灰石粉末15份、空心微珠3份、硅树脂微粉2份、颜色粉料0.5份。高岭土、长石、硅藻土、石英石和水的瓷砖坯料压制形成坯体。坯体内为中空腔室。中空腔室内填充有石棉。在所述胚体上施釉,釉浆由所述硅藻土粉末、石英石粉末、硅灰石粉末、空心微珠、硅树脂微粉、颜色粉料和水组成,并经由燃烧窑高温烧制制成。
一种保温瓷砖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将高岭土、长石、硅藻土、石英石经过碎化,并加水混合制得瓷砖坯料;

实施例2
一种保温瓷砖,原料的各组分的质量份数比为:高岭土40份、长石22份、硅藻土35份、石英石8份、硅藻土粉末55份、石英石粉末20份、硅灰石粉末20份、空心微珠8份、硅树脂微粉5份、颜色粉料2.5份。高岭土、长石、硅藻土、石英石和水的瓷砖坯料压制形成坯体。坯体内为中空腔室。中空腔室内填充有石棉。在所述胚体上施釉,釉浆由所述硅藻土粉末、石英石粉末、硅灰石粉末、空心微珠、硅树脂微粉、颜色粉料和水组成,并经由燃烧窑高温烧制制成。
实施例3
一种保温瓷砖,原料的各组分的质量份数比为:高岭土35份、长石20份、硅藻土20份、石英石5份、硅藻土粉末50份、石英石粉末15份、硅灰石粉末18份、空心微珠5份、硅树脂微粉3份、颜色粉料1份。高岭土、长石、硅藻土、石英石和水的瓷砖坯料压制形成坯体。坯体内为中空腔室。中空腔室内填充有石棉。在所述胚体上施釉,釉浆由所述硅藻土粉末、石英石粉末、硅灰石粉末、空心微珠、硅树脂微粉、颜色粉料和水组成,并经由燃烧窑高温烧制制成。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种保温瓷砖,其特征在于,原料的各组分的质量份数比为:高岭土30-40份、长石15-22份、硅藻土18-35份、石英石3-8份、硅藻土粉末35-55份、石英石粉末12-20份、硅灰石粉末15-20份、空心微珠3-8份、硅树脂微粉2-5份、颜色粉料0.5-2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温瓷砖,其特征在于:所述高岭土、长石、硅藻土、石英石和水的瓷砖坯料压制形成坯体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保温瓷砖,其特征在于:所述坯体内为中空腔室。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保温瓷砖,其特征在于:中空腔室内填充有石棉。
5.根据权利要求2~4任一所述的保温瓷砖,其特征在于:在所述胚体上施釉,釉浆由所述硅藻土粉末、石英石粉末、硅灰石粉末、空心微珠、硅树脂微粉、颜色粉料和水组成,并经由燃烧窑高温烧制制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保温瓷砖,其特征在于:优选质量份数比是:高岭土35份,长石20份,硅藻土32份,石英石4份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的保温瓷砖,其特征在于:优选质量份数比是:硅藻土粉末48份、石英石粉末18份、硅灰石粉末18份、空心微珠占7份、硅树脂微粉3份、颜色粉料1份。
8.一种保温瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将高岭土、长石、硅藻土、石英石经过碎化,并加水混合制得瓷砖坯料;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的一些瓷砖坯料倒入坯模中,在坯模底面均匀覆盖一层瓷砖坯料,然后在底面的瓷砖坯料薄层上放入石棉,放入的石棉层面积小于瓷砖坯料的底面积,然后再石棉层上再倒入一些瓷砖坯料,并在坯模底面和顶面之间的空隙也填充瓷砖坯料,将石棉包裹于瓷砖坯体内,刮平顶面的瓷砖坯料;
(3)将硅藻土粉末、石英石粉末、硅灰石粉末、空心微珠、硅树脂微粉、颜色粉料加水搅拌混合,制得釉浆;
(4)用步骤(3)制得的釉浆对步骤(2)制得的瓷砖坯体进行施釉;
(5)将瓷砖坯体放入燃烧窑,高温烧制制成保温瓷砖。
