本发明涉及捣打料领域,具体是一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比极其制作方法。一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比,按照重量计,镁钙砂20?60份、镁砂10?30份、干燥粘土1?3份、膨润土1?2 份、二氧化硅1?2 份、固体树脂1?2 份;用桐油5?10结合。并且采用分步骤,添加原料混合制作成捣打料,具有良好的抗渣线、抗热震性和良好的高温稳定性,达到净化钢液的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及捣打料领域,具体是一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比极其制作方法。
背景技术
镁钙质耐火材料是一种碱性耐火材料,具有抗高温,抗碱性侵蚀的优良特性,且不会造成环境污染,是一种绿色环保的耐火材料。镁钙质耐火材料被大量的应用到不锈钢和洁净钢的额生产中,能有效的去处钢水中的Al、S、P等杂质,起到净化钢水的目的。镁钙质炉底环缝捣打料主要配合镁钙砖使用,用于AOD炉炉底环缝捣打填充,不锈钢包包底环缝、透气砖及水口座砖四周捣打填充。镁钙质捣打料相较镁钙砖更加不易保存,易水化在存放和使用过程中极易吸收空气中的水分发生水化反应,这种水化反应伴随着水化增重和体积膨胀,严重影响使用寿命。目前国内生产的镁钙质捣打料,性能差异很大,主要有以下几方面的缺点:⑴可塑性差及施工性能差;⑵防水化性差,保存周期短;⑶组织结构致密性差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何提供一种可塑性强、防水线强、保存周期长,组织结构致密性好的镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料。
本本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比,按照重量计,镁钙砂20-60份、镁砂10-30份、干燥粘土1-3份、膨润土1-2 份、二氧化硅1-2 份、固体树脂1-2 份;用桐油5-10结合。
作为一种优选方式:镁钙砂中,直径3-5毫米颗粒料5-20份、直径1-3毫米颗粒料5-25份、 直径0-1毫米颗粒料10-20份。
作为一种优选方式:镁砂为直径小于等于 0.088毫米的颗粒料。
作为一种优选方式:干燥粘土为直径小于等于 0.088毫米的颗粒料。
作为一种优选方式:膨润土为直径小于等于 0.088毫米的颗粒料。
作为一种优选方式:二氧化硅为直径小于等于 45微米的颗粒料。
作为一种优选方式:固体树脂为固体酚醛树脂。
一种制作镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的方法,按照如下的步骤进行
步骤一、将镁钙砂、镁砂、二氧化硅、固体树脂按照比例手动混合均匀;
步骤二、再加入干燥粘土和膨润土,手动混合均匀;
步骤三、加入桐油在搅拌机中搅拌,使混合均匀。
作为一种优选方式,增加步骤四,在60摄氏度环境下,加入纯碱调整PH=11-12,并搅拌5-10分钟后冷却到室温。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明主要是采用镁钙砂原料为主,通过确定镁钙砂最适宜的MgO/CaO比、纯度和致密度,使其具有良好的抗渣线、抗热震性和良好的高温稳定性,达到净化钢液的作用。基质中添加适量的广西粘土和膨润土,提高其可塑性能;添加适量的桐油,提高其保湿性和抗水化性能,解决保存周期短的问题,以取得更好的使用效果,通过在60摄氏度环境下,加入纯碱调整PH=11-12可以有效提高抗水化性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
第一步 :准备原料按照原料配比,按重量份计,
镁钙砂:直径3-5mm颗粒料 20份、直径1-3mm颗粒料20份、直径0-1mm颗粒料20份合共60份,干燥后混合均匀;
镁砂:直径小于等于 0.088mm 的细料30份;
二氧化硅:直径小于等于 45微米的颗粒料1份;
固体树脂:固体酚醛树脂1份;
干燥粘土:在不低于110℃温度下,将软质粘土进行干燥24小时,然后取2份
膨润土:膨润土2份;
桐油:桐油5份。
第二步、将镁钙砂、镁砂、二氧化硅、固体树脂按照比例手动混合均匀;
第三步、再加入干燥粘土和膨润土,手动混合均匀;
第四步、加入桐油在搅拌机中搅拌,使混合均匀。制得均匀混合的物料。
实施例2
按照实施例1进行制作,并增加以下步骤
第五步、在60摄氏度环境下,加入纯碱调整PH=11-12,并搅拌5-10分钟后冷却到室温。制得均匀混合的物料,通过调节PH值,并在60摄氏度环境下搅拌5-10分钟后冷却到室温可以使物料提高其保湿性和抗水化性能增加。

1.一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比,其特征在于:按照重量计,镁钙砂20-60份、镁砂10-30份、干燥粘土1-3份、膨润土1-2 份、二氧化硅1-2 份、固体树脂1-2 份;用桐油5-10结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比,其特征在于:镁钙砂中,直径3-5毫米颗粒料5-20份、直径1-3毫米颗粒料5-25份、 直径0-1毫米颗粒料10-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比,其特征在于:镁砂为直径小于等于 0.088毫米的颗粒料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比,其特征在于:干燥粘土为直径小于等于 0.088毫米的颗粒料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比,其特征在于:膨润土为直径小于等于 0.088毫米的颗粒料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比,其特征在于:二氧化硅为直径小于等于 45微米的颗粒料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的原料配比,其特征在于:固体树脂为固体酚醛树脂。
8.利用权利要求1所述原料配比制作镁钙砖炉底环缝捣打料的方法,其特征在于按照如下的步骤进行
步骤一、将镁钙砂、镁砂、二氧化硅、固体树脂按照比例手动混合均匀;
步骤二、再加入干燥粘土和膨润土,手动混合均匀;
步骤三、加入桐油在搅拌机中搅拌,使混合均匀。
