Abstract

本发明涉及一种补偿收缩型混凝土膨胀剂,其特征在于其原料组分及各组分占原料总量的质量百分比分别为:矾土28%~40%、聚乙烯醇纤维5~8%、橡胶粉2~4%、甘醇类有机小分子6~9%、锂盐2%~5%、海泡石硅酸镁38%~46%。本发明特点是掺量为胶凝材料质量的6%~8%,成本低廉,环保无害,应用于混凝土中产生的有效膨胀来补偿收缩,从而解决混凝土材料裂渗的问题。

一种补偿收缩型混凝土膨胀剂
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种混凝土外加剂,具体涉及以矾土和海泡石硅酸镁为主要原料配制的一种补偿收缩型混凝土膨胀剂。
背景技术
混凝土材料由于干燥收缩变形会引起干燥开裂,对混凝土的力学性能及耐久性能造成一定影响。尤其在高强度高等级混凝土工程中,随着矿物掺合料和减水剂的普遍使用,混凝土干燥收缩难以避免,开裂风险加剧。利用膨胀剂水化产生的体积膨胀可以补偿混凝土的收缩系数,防止开裂。目前,常用的膨胀剂主要为氧化钙类和硫铝酸钙类,氧化钙类膨胀剂水化十分激烈,且放热量大,对混凝土水泥水化热产生不利影响,破坏水化产生的晶体结构,造成混凝土后期抗压强度降低。硫铝酸钙类膨胀剂掺量较高,一般为8%~12%,且需要膨胀率大时,掺量更大。专利CN 103771744 A公开了一种环保型混凝土抗裂膨胀剂,该发明由氟石膏、碳酸钙粉、苯酚等组成,降低了成本,但氟化物的存在对混凝土后期强度不利,且苯酚有毒,常温下难溶于水。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了改进现有技术的不足而提出一种补偿收缩型混凝土膨胀剂。
本发明的技术方案为:一种补偿收缩型混凝土膨胀剂,其特征在于其原料组分及组分占原料总量的质量百分比分别为:
优选上述甘醇类有机小分子为一缩二乙二醇、二缩三乙二或三缩四乙二醇中的至少一种。
优选上述锂盐为碳酸锂、硫酸锂、醋酸锂或硅酸锂中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了上述补偿收缩型混凝土膨胀剂的制备方法,将称取的各原料置于混料机中均匀混合,即得混凝土膨胀剂。
本发明还提供了上述的补偿收缩型混凝土膨胀剂在混凝土中的应用,其特征在于,应用于混凝土时膨胀剂的掺量为混凝土中胶凝材料质量的6~8%。
有益效果:
本发明制备的混凝土膨胀剂,采用矾土和海泡石硅酸镁为基本原料,掺入橡胶粉和甘醇类有机小分子有效地控制体积膨胀,锂盐对膨胀剂在混凝土中的适应性起到调节作用,无环境污染,掺量低,产生的膨胀系数高,遇水不会发出大量的热量,对混凝土后期抗压强度无影响。
具体实施方式
以下实施例均按表1配比,将称取的各原料置于混料机中均匀混合,即得混凝土膨胀剂。

各组配比所得混凝土膨胀剂使用基准水泥和标准砂在规定环境中测试,选用市面上常见的硫铝酸钙类膨胀剂作为对比样品。本发明掺量为6%~8%,对比样品掺量为8%。
实测数据如表2:

从表2可以看出,本发明一种补偿收缩型膨胀剂指标均优于国标规定,应用于混凝土具有较高的补偿收缩性能,且对后期抗压强度无影响。

3.根据权利要求1所述的补偿收缩型混凝土膨胀剂,其特征在于,所述的锂盐为碳酸锂、硫酸锂、醋酸锂或硅酸锂中的至少一种。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的补偿收缩型混凝土膨胀剂在混凝土中的应用,其特征在于,应用于混凝土时膨胀剂的掺量为混凝土中胶凝材料质量的6~8%。
