The ultrasonic probe cleaning device can automatically clean the couplant of the ultrasonic probe and disinfect the ultrasonic probe, and the ultraviolet, plasma ozone and disinfectant disinfection measures ensure that the ultrasonic probe is disinfected well.

Background
The ultrasonic probe is generally cleaned after detection, so that cross infection among patients is prevented. At present, after the probe is used, the probe is generally wiped by soft cloth, and a cleaning agent is required to be coated on the soft cloth before wiping, so that the manual wiping mode has the defects of complicated operation, inconsistent coating amount of the cleaning agent, and low medical efficiency caused by the fact that the cleaning agent is required to be coated for many times.

Preferably, an automatic spraying device is further arranged in the ultraviolet disinfection container, the automatic spraying device is further connected with a disinfectant container through a disinfectant pipe, a pump body is arranged on the disinfectant pipe, in addition, a waste liquid collecting pipe is arranged at the bottom of the ultraviolet disinfection container, and the tail end of the waste liquid collecting pipe is connected with a waste liquid collecting bottle.
Preferably, the couplant cleaning device, the ultraviolet disinfection device and the plasma ozone disinfection device are all connected with a single chip microcomputer, and automation of the whole process is achieved.
Preferably, the couplant cleaning container, the ultraviolet disinfection container and the plasma ozone disinfection container are all stainless steel containers.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the ultrasonic probe cleaning device is simple in structure, can automatically clean the coupling agent of the ultrasonic probe and sterilize the ultrasonic probe, and ensures good sterilization effect of the ultrasonic probe by using triple sterilization measures of ultraviolet rays, plasma ozone and disinfectant.

A full-automatic smearing and cleaning device for an ultrasonic probe comprises a case 1, a couplant cleaning device 2, an ultraviolet disinfection device 3 and a plasma ozone disinfection device 4, wherein the couplant cleaning device 2, the ultraviolet disinfection device 3 and the plasma ozone disinfection device 4 are arranged in the case 1, the couplant cleaning device 2 comprises a couplant cleaning container 21, a motor (not shown in the figure) and a roller 22 are arranged in the couplant cleaning container, a non-woven fabric 23 is arranged on the roller 22, and the motor drives the roller 22 to roll and is used for cleaning the couplant on the ultrasonic probe; the ultraviolet disinfection device 3 comprises an ultraviolet disinfection container 31, an ultraviolet generator 32 is arranged in the ultraviolet disinfection container, and the ultraviolet generator is used for carrying out ultraviolet disinfection on the ultrasonic probe; the plasma ozone disinfection device 4 comprises a plasma ozone disinfection container 41, a plasma ozone generator 42 is arranged in the plasma ozone disinfection container, and the plasma ozone disinfection container 41 is communicated with the ultraviolet disinfection container 31 through two circulating air pipes 5.
The ultraviolet disinfection container 31 of this embodiment is further provided with an automatic spraying device 33, the automatic spraying device 33 is further connected with a disinfectant container 35 through a disinfectant pipe 34, the disinfectant pipe 34 is provided with a pump body 36, in addition, the bottom of the ultraviolet disinfection container 31 is provided with a waste liquid collecting pipe 37, and the tail end of the waste liquid collecting pipe 37 is connected with a waste liquid collecting bottle 38. Wherein, couplant cleaning device 2, ultraviolet disinfection device 3, plasma ozone degassing unit 4 all are connected with singlechip 6, realize whole process automation. The couplant cleaning container 21, the ultraviolet ray disinfection container 31 and the plasma ozone disinfection container 41 are all stainless steel containers.
The principle of the embodiment is as follows: an ultraviolet generator 32 and an automatic spraying device 33 are arranged in the couplant cleaning container 21, a pump body 36 extracts disinfectant and sprays the disinfectant through the automatic spraying device 33, two circulating air pipes 5 are communicated between the ultraviolet disinfection device 3 and the plasma ozone disinfection device 4, and the ultrasonic probe is cleaned and disinfected by combining the two devices. The plasma ozone generator 42 is arranged in the plasma ozone disinfection device 4, and the generated plasma and ozone enter the ultraviolet disinfection container 31 through the circulating air pipe 5 to effectively disinfect the ultrasonic probe. The couplant cleaning device 2 can clean the couplant on the ultrasonic probe.
The operation process of the embodiment: the motor drives the roller 22, the non-woven fabric 23 on the roller cleans the coupling agent on the ultrasonic probe, and then the ultraviolet disinfection device 3 and the plasma ozone disinfection device 4 disinfect the ultrasonic probe, so that a good disinfection effect is achieved. The couplant cleaning device 2, the ultraviolet disinfection device 3 and the plasma ozone disinfection device 4 are all controlled by a singlechip 6.
