背景技术
现有技术中，钢丝经过预处理后，必须在表面形成一层保护膜，其既能防止钢丝表面再次氧化，又能承载润滑粉，提高拉拔的效率。而钢丝表面经过涂硼后需要快速吹干，才能保证硼砂干燥后在线材表面形成一定的结合能力，使得进入拉拔后不会破坏和刮落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种钢丝表面吹风部件，能够将钢丝表面涂硼快速吹干，使得硼砂干燥后在线材表面形成一定的结合能力，避免钢丝进入拉拔后涂层被破坏和刮落。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，钢丝表面吹风部件包括涡旋风泵、吹风管和过线轮，其特征是：涡旋风泵固定在风泵支架上，过线轮和吹风管固定在吹风管支架上，过线轮位于吹风管下方；涡旋风泵的出风端连接三通管的进风端，三通管的两个出风端分别通过一个连接管连接固定在吹风管支架上的吹风管，吹风管上设有多个出风口。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
如图1~2所示，本发明主要包括涡旋风泵2、吹风管6和过线轮7，涡旋风泵2固定在风泵支架1上，过线轮7和吹风管6固定在吹风管支架5上，过线轮7位于吹风管6下方。
涡旋风泵2的出风端连接三通管3的进风端，三通管3的两个出风端分别通过一个连接管4连接固定在吹风管支架5上的吹风管6，吹风管6上设有多个出风口。
所述吹风管支架5下端设有加强板8，通过加强板8提高吹风管支架5的强度。
本发明在工作时，钢丝表面涂硼后经过吹风管下方进入过线轮。涡旋风泵工作产生吹风，吹风通过吹风管吹干下方经过的钢丝。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，能够将钢丝表面涂硼快速吹干，使得硼砂干燥后在线材表面形成一定的结合能力，避免钢丝进入拉拔后涂层被破坏和刮落。
