本发明公开了一种水膜喷射头的加工方法,包括加工一种水膜喷射头,所述水膜喷射头包括喷射本体,水膜喷射头包括喷射本体,所述喷射本体的出水端处设有外螺纹,所述喷射本体设有扁平段,所述扁平段从接近所述进水端至所述出水端逐渐扁平,所述本体一面呈扇形,所述本体扇形的倾斜角度为60°,所述本体的出水端扁位最小处宽度为0.6毫米至1.3毫米;其加工步骤包括:下料,淬火,在短管内放入硅胶,采用冲压机和带有扁平位的成型模具对短管进行冲压,形成扁平状拿出硅胶,车出外螺纹。本发明与现有技术相比,可以解决现有喷射头无法喷出平面式的薄薄的水膜的问题。

水膜喷射头的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及水暖器材制造技术领域,尤其是一种加工可以喷射出平面式水膜的喷射头的方法。
背景技术
现有的水膜喷射头的加工方法一般都是包括基管,基管通过螺丝连接的喷射头,喷射头呈圆筒型,喷出的水为水柱,而生活中常常需要平面式的薄薄的水膜,而现有的喷射管件无法喷出平面式的薄薄的水膜。因而需要设计一种可以喷射水膜的喷射管件,以满足市场的不足。本水膜喷射头的加工方法即为喷射出水膜的喷射头的加工方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种水膜喷射头的加工方法,以解决现有喷射头无法喷出平面式的薄薄的水膜的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本水膜喷射头的加工方法包括加工一种水膜喷射头,所述水膜喷射头包括喷射本体,所述喷射本体的出水端处设有外螺纹,所述喷射本体设有扁平段,所述扁平段从接近所述进水端至所述出水端逐渐扁平,所述喷射本体一面呈扇形,所述喷射本体扇形的倾斜角度为60°,所述喷射本体的出水端扁位最小处宽度为0.6毫米至1.3毫米;
其加工步骤包括:采用45号钢圆管剪裁下料形成短管,之后对所述短管进行淬火,之后在短管内放入硅胶,采用冲压机和带有扁平位的成型模具对所述短管进行冲压,形成扁平状,拿出所述硅胶,最后车出外螺纹。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述喷射本体的出水端扁位最小处宽度为0.85毫米。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本水膜喷射头采用设有扁平段,所述扁平段从接近所述进水端至所述出水端逐渐扁平的设计,可以使喷出的水呈扁平的薄薄的水膜型,扇形角度及扁位的宽度限制,保证了出水的稳定性。本方法采用先淬火再冲压的方式使材料变得柔韧性高的情况下再冲压,使冲压过程中材料不至于锻炼至拉伸将近疲劳极限,再结合带有扁平位的成型模具,很好地实现了扁平喷射头的成型,同时保证了加工的工艺要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
本水膜喷射头的加工方法,包括加工一种水膜喷射头,如图1、图2所示的水膜喷射头包括喷射本体,喷射本体的出水端1处设有外螺纹2,喷射本体设有扁平段3,扁平段3从接近进水端1至出水端4逐渐扁平,喷射本体一面呈扇形,可以使喷出的水呈扁平的薄薄的水膜型。喷射本体扇形的倾斜角度b为60°。喷射本体的出水端4扁位最小处宽度a,a=0.85毫米,保证了出水的稳定性。
其加工步骤包括:采用45号钢圆管剪裁下料形成短管,之后对短管进行淬火,之后在短管内放入硅胶,采用冲压机和带有扁平位的成型模具对短管进行冲压,形成扁平状,拿出硅胶,最后车出外螺纹。采用先淬火再冲压的方式使材料变得柔韧性高的情况下再冲压,使冲压过程中材料不至于锻炼至拉伸将近疲劳极限,再结合带有扁平位的成型模具,很好地实现了扁平喷射头的成型,同时保证了加工的工艺要求。
在其他实施例中,根据出水管径的大小,喷射头的出水端扁位最小处宽度可以为0.6毫米至1.3毫米任意一个数值。

1.一种水膜喷射头的加工方法,其特征在于:包括加工一种水膜喷射头,所述水膜喷射头包括喷射本体,所述喷射本体的出水端处设有外螺纹,所述喷射本体设有扁平段,所述扁平段从接近所述进水端至所述出水端逐渐扁平,所述喷射本体一面呈扇形,所述喷射本体扇形的倾斜角度为60°,所述喷射本体的出水端扁位最小处宽度为0.6毫米至1.3毫米;
其加工步骤包括:采用45号钢圆管剪裁下料形成短管,之后对所述短管进行淬火,之后在短管内放入硅胶,采用冲压机和带有扁平位的成型模具对所述短管进行冲压,形成扁平状,拿出所述硅胶,最后车出外螺纹。
