Abstract

本发明公开了PP加湿模块及其制造工艺,包括瓦楞和平板,相邻的两个所述瓦楞之间设置一层所述平板,若干所述瓦楞和若干所述平板叠加形成整个加湿模块,所述瓦楞和所述平板之间的接触点通过热熔合分切技术连接,所述瓦楞折叠形成波浪状的滤网层,相邻的滤网层的波峰之间的距离为2?12㎜,瓦楞高度为2?30㎜。本发明通过热熔合分切技术,利用滤网的熔点,来粘结,牢固而且不易脱落,不仅能使滤网延长寿命,而且吸水性能更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种加湿滤网,具体涉及的是PP加湿模块及其制造工艺。
背景技术
目前对熔喷PP材质制成其他形状主要靠粘结剂而成,粘结剂在正常空气状态中还可以,但遇到在液态状况下,就会出现松散脱落,同时对粘结剂的成分要求比较局限,气味要求、成分要求、无毒无害要求、不溶于水的要求等等。因此,特别是不溶于水这一点很麻烦,根据这些问题是,反复研究,发现用热分切技术,能够解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供PP加湿模块及其制造工艺,使用寿命长。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
PP加湿模块,包括瓦楞和平板,相邻的两个所述瓦楞之间设置一层所述平板,若干所述瓦楞和若干所述平板叠加形成整个加湿模块,所述瓦楞和所述平板之间的接触点通过热熔合分切技术连接,所述瓦楞折叠形成波浪状的滤网层,相邻的滤网层的波峰之间的距离为2-12㎜,瓦楞高度为2-30㎜。
作为优化的,所述平板和所述瓦楞的材质为聚丙烯。
作为优化的,所述平板和所述瓦楞的材质厚度为0.3-2㎜。
PP加湿模块的制造工艺,瓦楞和平板通过热熔合分切技术连接而成。
本发明的有益效果是:
传统使用粘结剂来连接滤网和压边,但是由于粘结剂在液态状态下,会出现松散和脱落,所以滤网的使用范围受到了限制,本发明通过热熔合分切技术,利用滤网的熔点,来粘结,牢固而且不易脱落,不仅能使滤网延长寿命,而且吸水性能更好。

下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
参照图1所示,PP加湿模块,包括瓦楞2和平板1,相邻的两个所述瓦楞2之间设置一层所述平板1,若干所述瓦楞2和若干所述平板1叠加形成整个加湿模块,所述瓦楞2和所述平板1之间的接触点3通过热熔合分切技术连接,所述瓦楞2折叠形成波浪状的滤网层,相邻的滤网层的波峰之间的距离为2-12㎜,瓦楞高度为2-30㎜。
所述平板1和所述瓦楞2的材质为聚丙烯。
所述平板1和所述瓦楞2的材质厚度为0.3-2㎜。
PP加湿模块的制造工艺,瓦楞2和平板1通过热熔合分切技术连接而成。
传统的瓦楞和平板之间通过粘结剂连接,不能长期使用,粘结剂的状态不稳定,容易脱落,因此需要改变这种连接方式来提高过滤网的性能。
热分切技术能够提供一种结构合理,工作效果好的载体模块,将聚丙烯平板状的瓦楞2和聚丙烯瓦楞板状的平板1间隙叠加,相邻的瓦楞2与平板1的接触处用热熔合分切技术形成连接,适合各种颜色及各种规格的要求,适用于各类空气清新机的滤块载体及加理机的各种加湿模块,有利于尺寸精准,外形美观,同时也利用自身材料熔化表面牢固,整洁,不用其他任何粘结剂,替代了陶瓷基材成本高的缺点,利用材质本身具有抑菌的优点,克服了制成的加湿块,用其材料长期浸在水中易发霉变形的缺点。

1.PP加湿模块,其特征在于:包括瓦楞(2)和平板(1),相邻的两个所述瓦楞(2)之间设置一层所述平板(1),若干所述瓦楞(2)和若干所述平板(1)叠加形成整个加湿模块,所述瓦楞(2)和所述平板(1)之间的接触点(3)通过热熔合分切技术连接,所述瓦楞(2)折叠形成波浪状的滤网层,相邻的滤网层的波峰之间的距离为2-12㎜,瓦楞高度为2-30㎜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PP加湿模块,其特征在于:所述平板(1)和所述瓦楞(2)的材质为聚丙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PP加湿模块,其特征在于:所述平板(1)和所述瓦楞(2)的材质厚度为0.3-2㎜。
4.PP加湿模块的制造工艺,其特征在于:瓦楞(2)和平板(1)通过热熔合分切技术连接而成。
