本发明属于爬藤网领域,具体涉及一种方便剪枝的爬藤网及爬藤网的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将10‑15份ABS、1‑2份纳米铋粉末、1‑2份滑石粉、5‑7份PC、亚硫酸钠0.5‑1份、有机硅氧烷0.5‑1份、铁粉0.5‑1份、聚苯醚酮0.5‑1份混合后加热至250‑280摄氏度并保持1‑2h,之后挤出到模腔内,所述的模腔为正方体形,模腔的厚度为1‑2cm,以上份数为重量份数;冷却成型,开模得到初产品,通过切刀对初产品进行剪切,在初产品上形成均匀设置的小孔;固定初产品的对角线两端,向对角线外侧拉伸处产品使得小孔拉伸形成更大的孔形成爬藤网制品;爬藤网制品的背面与台阶式结构贴合。本发明的爬藤网的台阶方便剪枝,且使用的爬藤网使用了新材料,提高了强度、韧性和耐候性等性能。

一种方便剪枝的爬藤网及爬藤网的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于爬藤网领域,具体涉及一种方便剪枝的爬藤网及爬藤网的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的爬藤网在比较高的情况下, 不方便剪枝,使得植物藤越来越高而无法有效修剪。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述问题,提供一种方便剪枝的爬藤网及爬藤网的制备方法,其爬藤网方便剪枝,爬藤网的制成材料具有高的强度、韧性以及防腐蚀性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:爬藤网的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将10-15份ABS、1-2份纳米铋粉末、1-2份滑石粉、5-7份PC、亚硫酸钠0.5-1份、有机硅氧烷0.5-1份、铁粉0.5-1份、聚苯醚酮0.5-1份混合后加热至250-280摄氏度并保持1-2h,之后挤出到模腔内,所述的模腔为正方体形,模腔的厚度为1-2cm,以上份数为重量份数;
(2)冷却成型,开模得到初产品,通过切刀对初产品进行剪切,在初产品上形成均匀设置的小孔;
(3)固定初产品的对角线两端,向对角线外侧拉伸处产品使得小孔拉伸形成更大的孔形成爬藤网制品;
(4)爬藤网制品的背面与台阶式结构贴合。
前述的爬藤网的制备方法,在步骤(1)中,将12份ABS、2份纳米铋粉末、1份滑石粉、7份PC、亚硫酸钠1份、有机硅氧烷1份、铁粉1份、聚苯醚酮1份混合后加热至250-280摄氏度并保持1-2h,之后挤出到模腔内,所述的模腔为正方体形,模腔的厚度为1-2cm,以上份数为重量份数。
一种方便剪枝的爬藤网,包括爬藤网主体,其特征在于,还包括与爬藤网主体贴合的由上至下排列的若干台阶,相邻台阶之间由连接件连接,若干台阶的端部均连接支撑件竖直部,所述的支撑件竖直部与支撑件水平部连接,支撑件竖直部和支撑件水平部形成L型结构。
所述的爬藤网主体为塑料材料。所述的连接件、支撑件竖直部、支撑件水平部均为钢材构成。所述的台阶与爬藤网主体不相互连接,支撑件水平部不与台阶连接。
本发明的爬藤网的台阶方便剪枝,且使用的爬藤网使用了新材料,提高了强度、韧性和耐候性等性能。

实施例1
爬藤网的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将10份ABS、1份纳米铋粉末、1份滑石粉、5份PC、亚硫酸钠0.5份、有机硅氧烷0.5份、铁粉0.5份、聚苯醚酮0.5份混合后加热至250摄氏度并保持1h,之后挤出到模腔内,所述的模腔为正方体形,模腔的厚度为1cm,以上份数为重量份数;
(2)冷却成型,开模得到初产品,通过切刀对初产品进行剪切,在初产品上形成均匀设置的小孔;
(3)固定初产品的对角线两端,向对角线外侧拉伸处产品使得小孔拉伸形成更大的孔形成爬藤网制品;
(4)爬藤网制品的背面与台阶式结构贴合。
实施例2
(1)将15份ABS、2份纳米铋粉末、2份滑石粉、7份PC、亚硫酸钠1份、有机硅氧烷1份、铁粉1份、聚苯醚酮1份混合后加热至280摄氏度并保持2h,之后挤出到模腔内,所述的模腔为正方体形,模腔的厚度为2cm,以上份数为重量份数;
(2)冷却成型,开模得到初产品,通过切刀对初产品进行剪切,在初产品上形成均匀设置的小孔;
(3)固定初产品的对角线两端,向对角线外侧拉伸处产品使得小孔拉伸形成更大的孔形成爬藤网制品;
(4)爬藤网制品的背面与台阶式结构贴合。
一种方便剪枝的爬藤网,包括爬藤网主体1,其特征在于,还包括与爬藤网主体1贴合的由上至下排列的若干台阶2,相邻台阶之间由连接件3连接,若干台阶的端部均连接支撑件竖直部4a,所述的支撑件竖直部4a与支撑件水平部4b连接,支撑件竖直部和支撑件水平部形成L型结构。
所述的爬藤网主体为塑料材料。所述的连接件、支撑件竖直部、支撑件水平部均为钢材构成。所述的台阶与爬藤网主体不相互连接而只是贴合,支撑件水平部不与台阶连接。

1.爬藤网的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将10-15份ABS、1-2份纳米铋粉末、1-2份滑石粉、5-7份PC、亚硫酸钠0.5-1份、有机硅氧烷0.5-1份、铁粉0.5-1份、聚苯醚酮0.5-1份混合后加热至250-280摄氏度并保持1-2h,之后挤出到模腔内,所述的模腔为正方体形,模腔的厚度为1-2cm,以上份数为重量份数;
(2)冷却成型,开模得到初产品,通过切刀对初产品进行剪切,在初产品上形成均匀设置的小孔;
(3)固定初产品的对角线两端,向对角线外侧拉伸出产品使得小孔拉伸形成更大的孔形成爬藤网制品;
(4)爬藤网制品的背面与台阶式结构贴合。
