Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a subset of embodiments of the invention and not all embodiments of the invention, with the understanding that the invention is not limited to the example embodiments described herein. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the invention described in the present disclosure without inventive step, shall fall within the scope of protection of the invention.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a lens assembly apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The lens assembly apparatus 1 is used for fixedly assembling the lens group 10 and the fixing unit 20.
As shown in fig. 1, a lens assembly apparatus 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a fixing unit 20, a control unit 30, a light source unit 40, and a detection unit 50.
Specifically, the fixing unit 20 is used to fix the lens group 10 to be assembled. The control unit 30 is used to control the lens group 10 to move relative to the fixed unit 20. The light source unit 40 is used to provide detection light during movement, which is transmitted through the lens group 10. The detecting unit 50 is located at a first position for obtaining an image of the detection light transmitted through the lens group 10. Further, when the image obtained by the detection unit 50 satisfies a predetermined condition while the control unit 30 is controlling the lens group 10 to move relative to the stationary unit 20, the control unit 30 controls the lens group 20 to stop moving at the second position.
In the first embodiment of the present invention as shown in fig. 1, the detecting unit 50 and the light source unit 40 are located at both sides of the lens group 10, and the detecting light is parallel light. After the detection light as parallel light passes through the lens group 10 in the process of moving the lens group 10 relative to the fixing unit 20, the image of the detection light obtained by the detection unit 50 changes as it moves. That is, the size of the spot image of the detection light obtained by the detection unit 50 changes with movement. When the image is the minimum spot image of the parallel light, the detecting unit 50 is located at the image-side focal point of the lens group 10. After the image is satisfied as the minimum spot image of the parallel light, if the lens group 10 is further moved close to the detection unit 50, the spot image of the parallel light will diverge accordingly. Therefore, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined condition is that the image is a minimum spot image of the parallel light.
After the predetermined condition is satisfied, the lens group 10 and the fixing unit 20 are fixed by dispensing, and an imaging unit for capturing an image by the lens group 10 may be disposed at the first position.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a lens assembling method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the lens assembling method according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps.
In step S201, the lens group is placed into the fixed unit. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S202.
In step S202, the lens group is controlled by the control unit to move relative to the fixed unit. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S203.
In step S203, during the movement, detection light is provided by the light source unit, the detection light being transmitted through the lens group. In the first embodiment of the present invention, the detection light is parallel light. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S204.
In step S204, an image of the detection light transmitted through the lens group is obtained with the detection unit located at the first position. In the first embodiment of the present invention, the detection unit and the light source unit are located at both sides of the lens group. After the detection light as parallel light passes through the lens group during the movement of the lens group relative to the fixed unit, an image of the detection light obtained by the detection unit changes as it moves. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S205.
In step S205, it is determined whether the image satisfies a predetermined condition. When the image is the minimum facula image of the parallel light, the detection unit is located at the image space focus of the lens group at the moment. After the image is satisfied as the minimum light spot image of the parallel light, if the lens group is further moved close to the detection unit, the light spot image of the parallel light will diverge accordingly. Therefore, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined condition is that the image is a minimum spot image of the parallel light.
If a negative result is obtained in step S205 and the image does not satisfy the predetermined condition, i.e., the image is not the minimum spot image of the parallel light, the process returns to step S202 to continue the control of the movement of the lens group with respect to the fixed unit by the control unit.
In contrast, if a positive result is obtained in step S205 and the image satisfies a predetermined condition that the image is the minimum spot image of the parallel light, the process proceeds to step S206.
In step S206, the control unit controls the lens group to stop moving at the second position. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S207.
In step S207, the lens group is fixed to the fixing unit, thereby completing the assembly process of the lens group.
Above, a lens assembly apparatus and a lens assembly method thereof according to a first embodiment of the present invention are described with reference to fig. 1 and 2. Hereinafter, a lens assembling apparatus and a lens assembling method thereof according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a lens assembly apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The lens assembly device 3 is used for fixedly assembling the lens group 10 and the fixed unit 20.
As shown in fig. 3, the lens assembly apparatus 3 according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a fixing unit 20, a control unit 30, a light source unit 40, a detection unit 50, and a reflection unit 60.
Specifically, the fixing unit 20 is used to fix the lens group 10 to be assembled. The control unit 30 is used to control the lens group 10 to move relative to the fixed unit 20. The light source unit 40 is used to provide detection light during movement, which is transmitted through the lens group 10. Unlike the lens assembly apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention described with reference to fig. 1, the lens assembly apparatus 3 according to the second embodiment of the present invention further includes a reflection unit 60 located at a third position for reflecting the detection light transmitted through the lens group into reverse detection light. The reverse detection light is transmitted through the lens group 10 again, and the detection unit 50 located at the first position is configured to obtain an image of the reverse detection light. Further, when the image obtained by the detection unit 50 satisfies a predetermined condition while the control unit 30 is controlling the lens group 10 to move relative to the stationary unit 20, the control unit 30 controls the lens group 20 to stop moving at the second position.
In the second embodiment of the present invention as shown in fig. 3, the detecting unit 50 and the light source unit 40 are located on the same side of the lens group 10, and the detecting light is parallel light. The detection light as a parallel light is reflected by the reflection unit 60 at the third position after passing through the lens group 10 as a reverse detection light in the process of moving the lens group 10 with respect to the fixing unit 20. The image of the reverse detection light obtained by the detection unit 50 changes with movement. That is, the size of the spot image of the reverse detection light obtained by the detection unit 50 changes with movement. When the spot image of the reverse detection light is the same as the cross-sectional size of the detection light, the reflection unit 60 is located at the image-side focal point of the lens group 10. After satisfying that the spot image of the reverse detection light is the same as the sectional size of the detection light, if the lens group 10 is further moved close to the reflection unit 60, the spot image of the reverse detection light will diverge accordingly. Therefore, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined condition is that the image is a spot image of the same size as the cross-sectional size of the detection light.
After the predetermined condition is satisfied, the lens group 10 and the fixing unit 20 are fixed by dispensing, and an imaging unit for capturing an image by the lens group 10 may be disposed at the third position.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a lens assembling method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, a lens assembling method according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps.
In step S401, the lens group is set in the fixed unit. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S402.
In step S402, the lens group is controlled to move relative to the fixed unit by the control unit. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S403.
In step S403, during the movement, detection light is provided by the light source unit, the detection light being transmitted through the lens group. In the first embodiment of the present invention, the detection light is parallel light. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S404.
In step S404, the detection light transmitted through the lens group is reflected into reverse detection light by the reflection unit located at the third position. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S405.
In step S405, an image of the reverse detection light transmitted again through the lens group is obtained with the detection unit located at the first position. In the second embodiment of the present invention, the detection unit and the light source unit are located on the same side of the lens group. The image of the reverse detection light obtained by the detection unit changes with movement after the detection light as parallel light passes through the lens group twice during the movement of the lens group relative to the fixed unit. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S406.
In step S406, it is determined whether the image satisfies a predetermined condition. When the image is a spot image with the same size as the cross section of the detection light, the reflection unit is located at the image space focal point of the lens group. After the image is satisfied as a spot image having the same size as the cross-section of the detection light, if the lens group is further moved close to the reflection unit, the spot image of the reverse detection light will diverge. Therefore, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined condition is that the image is a spot image of the same size as the cross-sectional size of the detection light.
If a negative result is obtained in step S406 and an image does not satisfy a predetermined condition, i.e., the image is not the same as the spot cross-sectional size of the detection light, the process returns to step S402 to continue the control of the movement of the lens group relative to the fixed unit by the control unit.
In contrast, if a positive result is obtained in step S406 and the image satisfies a predetermined condition that the image is a spot image of the same size as the cross-sectional size of the detection light, the process proceeds to step S407.
In step S407, the control unit controls the lens group to stop moving at the second position. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S408.
In step S408, the lens group is fixed to the fixing unit, thereby completing the assembly process of the lens group.
Above, a lens assembling method and a lens assembling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention are described with reference to fig. 1 to 4. Fig. 5 is a schematic view illustrating a lens apparatus assembled according to a lens assembling method of an embodiment of the present invention.
After the lens groups are fixed to the fixing unit using the lens assembly method according to the first embodiment of the present invention as described in fig. 1 and 2 or the lens assembly method according to the second embodiment of the present invention as described in fig. 3 and 4, the imaging unit 80 is placed at a position where the detecting unit (first embodiment) or the reflecting unit (second embodiment) is placed in the course of composition, and the circuit unit 90 is disposed at the lower end thereof for signal connection with the electronic device using the lens apparatus 5, thereby receiving a control signal from the electronic device and transmitting image data acquired via the imaging unit 80 to the electronic device. Further, as shown in fig. 5, between the fixed lens group 10 and the imaging unit 80, a filter unit 70 may be further disposed to further improve the imaging quality.
Above, a lens assembling method and a lens assembling apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to fig. 1 to 5, which can fix the positions of a voice coil motor and a lens group to cover a desired auto-focusing range without an Active Alignment (AA) device, thereby achieving precise assembly of the lens group at low cost.
